今日難得放假就同屋企人出街食飯,難得可以喺荃灣路德圍泊到咪錶位,一於舊地重遊,再試一試呢間泰國菜今日喺平日,人流唔算太多,唔洗等位直接入座,座位一如既往闊落,睇一睇餐牌都有啲優惠做緊一於試一試佢主食方面揀左鮮蝦炒金邊粉,菠蘿炒飯另外仲叫左無骨鳳爪,燒豬頸肉,咖哩軟殼蟹拼蒜蓉條仲有以$1優惠價可以叫到半隻海南雞上菜速度都相當快,而且無論食物質素,份量都相當之有水準最有驚喜既係嗰半隻海南雞(本身有唸過會唔會交啲行貨出黎)雞夠嫩滑,配搭醬料口感非常好燒豬頸肉燒到好淋(最怕食到啲好韌)菠蘿炒飯好足料 鮮蝦金邊粉配料好正宗另外飲品方面都叫左3杯 最推薦既係班蘭椰汁沙冰 味道好有層次最後仲有一份小小嘅甜品送(類似係大菜糕)呢一餐相當滿足 埋單$600有找 相當之有性價比…Read More

其實荃灣區的泰國菜館唔多, 金坊係其中一間, 於是搵日放工走去試下, 原來佢地係中國人做老闆, 侍應同廚師係泰國人, 即係泰國唔晒的泰國菜館, 唔同九龍城個d, 由上之下, 內而外都係泰國人我地叫左四款野食同一杯青檸梳打($16)試下, 首先係燒豬頸肉($42), 唔係熱到辣口個隻, 而且無咩炭燒味, 應該都係電爐燒, 豬頸肉比較林, 邊位燒得少少脆(其實我覺得可以再脆d), 但配上正宗泰式酸辣汁, 整體味尚算唔錯我要左個佢地話正宗的泰式海南雞飯($38), 有8-9舊雞, d雞當然無咩鮮味, 但都算嫩滑, 點佢地的自製醬汁食都幾好味, 飯亦有淡淡的香茅同雞油味, 但係就偏向油膩些少老婆則點了冬蔭公金邊粉($35), 都幾足料, 有5,6隻蝦, 因為本人唔食得太辣, 所以只係試左幾啖, 飲落去發覺都幾辣, 帶有香茅同番茄味, 但係唔夠酸, 而且無落椰汁, 少了一份椰子的香味, 不過只可能係每位廚師唔同家鄉的做法最後叫左兩隻燒雞全翼($22), 呢個即叫即燒, 一定要試, 我地等左成15分鐘, 佢地燒得好好味, 雞翼用醃料醃過再燒, 熱辣辣皮脆肉嫩, 但係又唔燶喎, 唔需要點沙嗲醬已經好好味, 簡直係隻超水準的燒雞翼以荃灣來說, 呢間泰國菜館可以係坐亞望冠, 得閒可以試下…Read More
