冬至食泰國菜,就是貪其辣味夠暖身。泰象館位於九龍城城南道,位置不算太理想,全因附近的大型工程改道而至。因此,走到泰象館已足夠熱身……坐下來先來柸”椰汁珍多冰”,為了身體著想,免去了冰粒。亦可能因此而感覺這椰汁珍多冰極為濃厚,椰香濃郁,啫喱爽滑。接來個”生蝦刺身”生蝦夠新鮮,處理乾淨。對開後配上辣椒及生蒜一起食用,鮮甜中帶點辣香,加點青咖哩食用,更感泰式風味。冷盤過後便來過熱食” 燒豬頸肉” ,燒豬頸肉煮食時間控制相當恰當,豬頸肉能保持肉質鬆軟,外層卻香脆可口,雖然味道不算突出,但火喉十足絕對穩陣之選。續來客”泰式燒魷魚” ,豐厚的魷魚外層燒得香脆,肉質豐厚口感十足,沾上泰式燒醬,實在停不了一口又一口。言而香口食品更不可不提”炸芝士蝦丸” ,炸芝士蝦丸是利用了蝦膠包含芝士炸至金黃,熱力熔化芝士有如流心芝士一般,非常可口。炸物食品中”炸皮蛋球”更具其特色。相比炸芝士蝦丸,炸皮蛋球就是把芝士換成皮蛋炸至金黃,言而口感及味道截然不同,因而令皮蛋餘香配合蝦膠香甜突圍而出,不論加甜酸醬與否亦非常合適,可以說此炸皮蛋球推介之一。泰式食品又怎能沒有泰式串燒,”串燒三併”為此最失望的菜色。串燒三併當中包括豬、牛、雞各兩串,外觀亦算吸引,可是火喉略嫌過度,肉質乾韌味道亦只靠醬汁,因為只能說不試也罷!最後有個50/50之選,全因為這”咖哩軟殼蟹”一半很好一半差了一點點,不足的地方可能在於材料上的問題,軟殼蟹不夠軟身,令其炸物變得韌,沒有了那香脆口感。言而釀在南瓜內的咖喱值得加分,微辣咖喱汁非常醒神,椰香配合南瓜蓉、洋蔥、青椒香氣四溢。即使配合白飯、薄餅或麵包亦能食過不停。咖哩汁就是精髓,不試就不用說了!…Read More
