週六晚上7pm來到屯門的小曼谷泰國美食,餐廳門前已企滿人候位。我們一行5人拿到54號號碼票,前面還有30多張號碼票,足見其受歡迎程度,我們等了大概一小時,終於可以入座。打開中、英、泰文對照的餐牌,難以置信定價如此低,半打沙嗲串燒才$38、午市海南雞飯才$34。我們一口氣點了許多食物,後來發現份量普遍較少,便加點再加點。份量少正合我意,可以多試幾款不同的菜式。泰式生蝦刺身是menu上沒有的,看見隔桌有點,我們便跟著點,生蝦新鮮,配酸辣的醬汁夠開胃。馬拉盞炒通菜($39)炒得有鑊氣,有別一般的馬拉盞味道,這個應該是加了魚露,甜甜的,微辣。燒豬頸肉($38),外層燒得香,內裡的豬頸肉仍是嫩嫩的,惹味的醬汁是靈魂,把蘸滿醬汁的豬頸肉放進口,油脂滲出來,非常香。泰式炸蝦餅($42)十分十分十分彈牙,炸得香而不油膩,是每枱必點的小食,我喜歡蘸上很多酸甜醬同吃。辣椒香草肉碎炒飯($36)極為香口惹味,炒飯有鑊氣,而且粒粒分明。要注意的是,它的辣度,連平常以辣椒下飯的媽媽都覺得非常辣,但卻有魅力讓我們一口接一口的吃,辣得過癮。以下三款食物則略為遜色:椰汁黃咖哩雞($42,送白飯)富椰香,微辣,很下飯,可惜雞柳不算入味,部分薯仔未稔。半打沙嗲串燒($38),雞牛豬各兩串,串燒燒得過久,肉質有點柴,沙嗲醬也很「稀」,像溝了水似的,欠缺花生味。明爐蒸烏頭($88),在我們糾結烏頭熟了沒有時,魚肉已經變得很老了。是我們沒有拿捏好時間,但調味是不錯的,檸檬、辣椒、香草煮成的湯底,酸辣、開胃。椰青($28)很大顆,滿載清甜的椰青水,我們還刮很多椰青肉來吃。芒果白糯米($14),新鮮芒果,配黏糯的糯米,淋上極濃稠的椰汁,雖然和泰國的還有差距,但在香港來說算是挺不錯了。五個人吃了這麼多東西才$500,真是性價比極高的一餐!…Read More

星期日未到六點鐘到達 (六點鐘開晚市),已經有人在門外排隊。六點鐘開始入座,剛好坐安排到位置,排在我們之後的人都要開始等號碼。提示:星期五六日晚市請早安排朋友等號碼菜色方面,提供基本泰國菜應該有的菜色,咖哩蟹,冬陰公等等。。。沒有特別創新的菜色。價錢方式算相宜,但餐廳放太多人,出入上菜路太少,肥一點點進出有點困難,基本上大家都是坐背對背,十分親密(如果你想親近一下你的鄰居)。裝修略舊。所點菜色: 咖哩牛腩, 串燒, 泰式沙拉, 冬陰公, 炸蝦餅, 燒豬頸肉, 芒果黑糯米可能是第一批人入座,等待上菜時間略長,上菜裝飾擺盤粗糙,買相中下。咖哩牛腩一般,咖哩沒有辣味,牛腩太少,味道尚可軟硬適中。串燒(牛豬雞):尚算鬆軟,味道適中,但沒有燒烤味。泰式沙拉:比想像中好,有柚子,味道清新,如果以炒青菜及泰式沙拉選一樣,泰式沙拉可以一試。冬陰公:略清淡,味道尚算中上,咸酸適中,值得推介。蝦餅買相粗糙,蝦餅像蝦球,但剛上鍋,熱騰騰,有蝦味,彈牙,值得推介。燒豬頸肉買相粗糙,肉鬆軟有燒烤味,點上特別辣味汁料,味道凸出,值得推介。芒果糯米飯:芒果甜,糯米飯甜味適中,一人份量,剛剛好,可以一試。總結:以屯門區泰國菜,小曼谷算中上,菜色買相一般但味道可以。價格相宜。但地方太少 不宜久留。…Read More

小曼谷其實都食咗好多次,亦都次次要等好耐,對於我同大少呢啲好憎等位嘅人嚟講,佢係絕對有等位嘅價值,雖然坐就坐得迫啲,但係最緊要食物好食,間食店幾大、坐得幾舒服都好,唔好食都冇用喇係唔係﹖泰式生蝦刺身 - 去到任何一間泰國食店,一定要食佢個生蝦刺身先安落,小曼谷更加唔例外喇,佢呢間個酸辣汁一流,而且啲蝦好新鮮,連平時成日話可唔可以唔叫生蝦嘅大少,今次都無反對,可想而知,呢間個生蝦一定係好得燒豬頸肉 - 佢個汁又係唔知點解會咁好味,但係……我就比較鍾意沾刺身嗰個酸辣汁,硬係覺得佢可以同好多泰式美食好夾泰式乾炒牛河 - 我本來要濕炒,但係大少話炒河梗係要乾炒喇,濕邊好食架,OK,無所謂,最緊要好食嘅者,我乾定濕無乜所謂,點知,嚟到,我諗中式好多酒樓負責炒乾炒牛河嘅廚師,你地可以收皮,因為真係完全冇得比,酒樓、茶記嗰啲,食緊都見佢成碟油,呢個雖然睇到佢唔係乾身,都係令立立,但係至少,食到底,啲油都未及港式嗰啲3份1春卷 - 基本上,我地食泰式、越式,大少都好鍾意叫春卷,唔知點解,我其實就麻麻地,點解﹖因為唔特別嘛~~鹹魚椰菜苗 - 唔知點解我真係好鍾意食椰菜苗,呢個基本上可以變咗我去泰式食店必食之物,呢個我覺得好香,好“野”味,不過,都係同其仔嗰啲一樣,唔夠苗,大致上味道好過好多間~~…Read More

今日係星期六 , 特登約埋三五知己去小曼谷食晚飯 , 因為可以叫多d野食呀嘛 , 我地一共有5個大人 , 1個小朋友 其實我去小曼谷已經去左多多年 , 1 年都最小去5次 , 但係寫食評真係第一次 , 今次食既野係全讚 由於小曼谷實在太多太多太多人喇 , 所以我一家三口首先到場 , 當時係下午5點45分乍 , 門口已經有部份人排定隊入去喇 , 但係小曼谷係六點先開門架 , 咁老闆都好好早左放我地入去 天氣太熱喇 , 我地一坐落黎 , 第一時間叫野飲先呀 , 我就叫左西瓜冰 , 老婆就叫左龍眼冰 (龍眼冰黎講小曼谷係好好飲) , 以前仲係細舗時間 , 龍眼冰係送架 , 不過係每人限一杯 , 送完即止 每次去小曼谷都會先叫例牌野先 生蝦刺身 , 只可以用3個字形容 , "平靚正" , 我地叫左兩碟 蒜溶炒椰菜苗 , 由於有小朋友關係 , 所以要清小小 , 都好好味架 燒豬頸肉 , 呢個都應該都算係推介之一 , 唯獨係水準就一時時燒羊架 , 好有羊味 , 小小酥味 , 好好味燒烏頭魚 , 呢個絕對係推介呀 , 水準保持得十分好 , 每次去食都係有讚無彈 , 食開明爐魚既朋友 , 可以試下燒魚呀 , 另有一番風味咖哩炒蟹 , 蟹膏特別多 , 蟹都特別大隻 , 肉質非常新鮮 , , 咖哩汁都係好好味 , 指定要叫薄餅去食佢d咖哩 牛油煎蠔餅 , 呢個餸其實係雞蛋+蠔仔+芽菜 , 最重要蠔仔一粒沙都無 , 鐵板上配合牛油 , 賣相ok , 香味一流 , 口感佳 生菜包 , 呢個一定要注意 , 因為肉比較辣 , 可叫佢小辣架 哈 ! 其實除左上面8樣野外 , 我地仲有叫左蝦餅 / 菠蘿炒飯 , 真係爽 , 5個人叫左10樣野食 , 今次仲要比起上次6月黎小曼谷更加好味左 , 正正正 , 埋單既時間大家俾錢都俾得特別開心 , 因為佢真係做到 "平 . 靚 . 正'' 絕對係一間出色既泰國餐廳 …Read More
