今日抹窗抹了幾個小時,累炸了,晚上跟老公外出吃飯。到處吃飯的人都很多,我們隨便找了家不用等太久的就算,最後這家囍越只是等幾張枱。我沒有太餓,所以只點了幾個菜。《鮮蝦柚子沙律》份量真的很少,但味道還可以啦,蝦爽口,醬汁幾醒胃,微辣,仲有青木瓜絲都好味。《燒豬頸肉配濱海及生菜》事前已問過店員什麼是濱海,因為我沒有吃過😅 原來濱海是越南一種幾出名的食物,好像米粉似的,用生菜包住豬頸肉和濱海,沾點醬汁一齊吃的,口感特別,生菜的爽脆,濱海的軟滑,豬頸肉的香口。《原個椰青海鮮焗飯》用整個椰青焗飯我都是第一次吃,好有特色,椰漿都漏出來了,本以為有很多椰漿,原來只是表面一層才有。所以要預先拌勻才吃,否則只是表面的飯才沾到椰漿。味道不錯的,但椰香味不夠,海鮮有少量魷魚和珍珠帶子。《香芒糯米飯》芒果香甜,糯米飯軟軟口感煙靭,一凍一熱的,好好吃。老公還點了杯鹹檸七。…Read More
