是日放工之後,我和兩位姐妹淘來到銅鑼灣黃金廣場樓上這家日料名店做首次嘗試。8點到達,店鋪內以紫色燈光烘托氣氛,光線暗淡,讓人想要安靜下來,果然店裡沒有太多大聲喧嘩的食客。先來一張店裡環境的相片,其實這家店不算大,佈置也非常簡單,好在座位夠寬敞,讓人坐下不會太迫。接下來就是點單時間,一邊喝著玄米茶,一遍點單,串燒是一個特色,不過價錢不菲,一串單價在30-60港幣之間。除了串燒,其他如刺身、壽司、拌飯等菜式也有。話不多說,先嘗嘗魚生沙律和牛油果壽司。魚生非常新鮮,有三文魚、甜蝦和帶子,拌上蔬菜和番茄,沙拉醬不會太多,一點沒有喧賓奪主的意思,口感清新已經贏得我們的好感。壽司很簡單,只是一片牛油果覆蓋在白米上,但壽司夠緊實,蘸上一點醬油就很夠味,米粒也有嚼勁,看上去平凡,但不會讓人失望。接下來點了豚肉豆腐湯,沒有我討厭的豆腥味,還有最愛的香菜!美中不足是肉太少了。。。串燒時間到!分別嘗試了燒牛舌和燒雞翼。牛舌非常的厚!簡直是我吃過最厚的牛舌了,但是一點都不會覺得老,可以很輕鬆地咬開嚼爛。雞翼則相對遜色一些,雖然店家很細心地把每個雞翼分開成兩半,免去了啃雞翼的麻煩,但雞肉品質不佳,無法彌補。吃過大肉,接下來想清淡一些,於是我們點了這家店赫赫有名的蟹肉蛋燒,玉子燒看起來平淡無奇,卻夾著豐富的蟹肉和蟹子,雞蛋和蟹肉都沒有腥味,反而是微甜的味道,涼涼的口感吃起來更是享受。最後就是飯啦,我們點了窩蛋石鍋飯,服務生手腳很快地幫忙拌好,都沒來得及拍下端上桌時的最美一幕,不過石鍋飯熱辣辣,吃得人好開心!這一餐,一共花去748元,加錢不算太貴但也不算便宜,應該說性價比還不錯,不過食量很大的朋友恐怕會覺得意猶未盡~~~…Read More

約左位同樣是識飲識食的朋友仔出來, 今次地點由她決定, 恰巧一門都是我其中一間想試的餐廳。本身想訂7:30, 但要9:00交枱, 因為不想太趕, 所以訂左bar枱, 無限時交枱, 大家要去的話記緊訂定位先。成間餐廳都好黑暗, 只有很微弱的燈光, 入座時看不見門差點檻跌低。本想問侍應要茶, 但原來要收$15壺, 決定叫飲品。 柚子梳打燒酌$36: 平時都好少飲含酒精成份的飲品, 入口真的有少許酒味, 對於不飲酒的我都不難入口,最底有些柚子蜜,飲到最後都不會變淡哂。 蟹肉厚燒玉子$50: 絕對不能不叫,另有海膽、原味、葱、蝦等味。蟹肉很鮮甜, 玉子甜甜地而且好鬆軟, 感受到佢彈下彈下咁, 記得很久之前吃過一件極甜又實的玉子壽司, 令我不敢再試。坐bar枱有樣好就是見到師傅係在面前煮東西, 真是密密整未停過手, 煎好之後又會用個模印個logo係蛋面。 東洋卷 $48: 這個又是值得推介, 外面是軟軟的班戟皮, 甜甜的帶蛋香, 包住好creamy的牛油果、肥美的鰻魚、同埋滿有咬口的蟹子, 仲有少量沙律醬,真是意想不到咁夾:), 但價錢可不便宜, 廿多塊一件。 燒牛舌 $25: 原來朋友仔也愛牛舌的, 每人要了一串, 還以為切厚粒, 咬落不算好韌, 幾爽, 夠味, 加埋七味粉更加惹味。 鐵板帶子蝦煎餅: 我覺得似韓式煎餅,用鐵板上夠哂熱辣。吃到尾都還是暖暖的, 煎餅外層特別係邊位好香脆, 中間心包住帶子粒、蝦肉、椰菜, 都唔錯, 我自己鍾意點醬汁吃,酸酸甜甜的。 燒蜆鍋: 有兩種菇, 一種係本菇, 蜆肉幾鮮甜, 唔韌, 幾清淡的一道菜。 炸芝士: 見到芝士就會兩眼發光的我忍不住不叫呢! 一客有四件, 炸漿咬落不覺硬身, 不像之前係tony roma's 個種炸芝士條般實, 較鬆脆, 但一定要趁熱吃先好, 否則拉不成絲了。 賣單差不多$430, 雖然貴但食物實在太吸引, menu上有很多款式都想試, 絕對有再來的機會。 …Read More
