朋友們成日出黎旺角開完會都會去哩度食野,所以我今日都跟埋佢地去食下點心先,我地叫左燒汁虎皮尖椒、燒汁釀茄子、醬皇蒸鳳爪、金沙肥豬仔流沙包、黑松露野菌腸。燒汁釀茄子先上檯: 食落口,魚肉甜甜地,非常彈牙,好味。燒汁虎皮尖椒: 尖椒辣辣地,配埋燒汁中和反個辣度,當中同樣都用左彈牙既魚肉釀製。醬皇蒸鳳爪: 份量只有4隻,醃得好入味,而且係無指甲的,唔洗就住黎損。金沙肥豬仔流沙包: 外型好可愛,個樣仲串串地,忍唔住即刻要咬佢一啖,D流沙跟住流出黎,D流沙太甜,我唔系好鐘意,即刻食反舊黑松露野菌腸中和反下先,腸粉都幾滑,黑松露味道都幾出,好味。等既時候係有點耐,而環境質數朋友們話好似每況愈下,美食係可以留得住人,但環境差只會嚇走人客的,希望改善。…Read More

有韓國朋友(OPPA)到訪香港,盡地主之誼帶佢周圍行下,落機第一餐問佢想食咩,佢話想食點心。當堂考起我,因為係夜晚8點幾嘅時間。香港人平時多數都只會係早餐或者午餐去酒樓飲茶食點心,所以呢個時段我真係未試過,唯有上openrice搵下啦。原諒我孤陋寡聞,作為一個香港人,今日先至知道香港都有好多夜晚營業嘅點心店。我同OPPA兩個人,等位大約15mins﹐都算快。入坐後發現…幾乎9成都係遊客。以下係我同埋OPPA對點心嘅評價:蟹子燒賣皇 - 用豬肉跟蝦做的「餃子」,是傳統點心,外國人必定會點。賽螃蟹翡翠菜餃 - 清清地,但都好食。懷舊棉花雞 - 雞肉好大件,魚雞吸晒d雞汁,好味,但都好油。金沙肥豬仔❨流沙包❩ - 呢個係主打食物。流沙唔夠杰,隻豬個樣普普通通。黑椒金錢肚 - OPPA說呢個汁嘅味道好特別,未試過,不過點心較為油。燒汁釀茄子 - 茄子上面嘅蝦膠幾好食,不過茄子較為油。OPPA話好食,但因為多油,所以飲咗4-5杯茶。我覺得一般啦,我都飲咗3-4杯茶。…Read More

我和先生是這點心店的常客,這已不知是第幾次光顧了。試過這間的點心,你會赫然覺得其他酒樓的點心也變得不值一提。牛肉方面,這是我暫時全港吃過最好吃的山竹牛肉球。別的店多是太「膠」(粉太多)或鹼水味太重,但這間吃到真材實料,有肉感,有肉味,甚至比米芝蓮一星的某點心店更佳。必點。這花菇包近來成了我最愛,外表已很可愛了,像真度很高(香菇﹗),內裡的松露味很濃很香,而且汁也算足夠,不會很乾﹗別處吃不到呢﹗這個飯其實以前較好吃,因之前的蛋不是全熟,與飯與牛肉交融在一起,實在美味無比。現在的蛋是全熟,但幸好牛肉依然是嫩滑,有興趣者可著廚房煎半熟蛋,也許有驚喜﹗燒汁香濃,甜甜蜜蜜,茄子亦能鎖住水份,上面的魚肉加上了芝麻亦是點晴之作。這也是暫時我在香港吃過最好吃的脆皮腸。曾在別處吃過,那脆皮的香脆度全然不及,有些甚至是「林」了的,這個軟與脆的配搭,依然好味﹗我們到旺角也很喜歡到此處吃點心,除了因為感受到用心外,還要排隊時間不會太久(也許是我多在晚上去吃),而且價錢相當合宜,兩人去多是100-120元,二人已吃得飽飽的。…Read More

朱生終於能離開機場的曰子 幸好我要去醫院而朱生又有很多最後的事情要辦妥所以近九時才來到點點心不用等就能進內 先來的是芥末咸水角辣味把咸水角常有的油膩感蓋下去 但我素來愛吃大熱的芥末炸蝦球這個比起來用料不夠有幾口咬下去空空的有點失色但整體來說非常好吃 雞肉忌廉薯茸批雖然有點冷但出奇地很好吃 小小的枇卻很夠餡而且薯茸焗得很香 朱生說味道有點像小籠包我贊同脆皮鮮蝦腸最欣賞是這個 把炸兩和蝦腸溶合了能同時吃到炸兩的香口和蝦腸的鮮甜 實在很讚難怪一直沒從聲單拿走金沙豬仔包就是為了這個來點點心 可愛的豬仔就是來恭喜朱生踏入新里程 預計了不會流沙也不會爆沙沒有太大失望味道挺好就好了 反正可愛 燒汁釀茄子看上去很吸引外觀攞足分 但因為很大件及很熱被拆件才能吃 但蝦肉夾茄子一起起倒很配很不錯前面的路如何沒人知道但願你享受這一分鐘為無常的人生添上色彩 …Read More
