間唔中都會同屋企人出去食飯,唔想次次都食個幾間,所以今次就出旺角揀咗間想環境舒服啲食小菜既地方,一家人輕輕鬆鬆食餐飯,今次全權由屋企人落單。首先就係脆皮德國鹹豬手,皮脆肉嫩大大碟,再點少少酸辣汁,味道啱啱好。接著就係OK汁煎南非大虎蝦,個汁酸酸甜甜,蝦大大隻蝦肉爽口彈牙,好開胃會自然想食多幾隻。然後係籠仔荷葉海龍皇蒸飯,飯上面有魚蝦蟹加少少蒜蓉,但個重點係個飯到,好香口入哂味,唔小心又會想食多碗。再黎既係薑蔥焗美國桶蠔,上菜時熱辣辣出哂煙,蠔好大隻夠哂肥美,配合薑蔥味無得輸,非常滿足。之後係生炒骨,味道唔會過份酸甜,好適合送飯。最後就係燒汁脆米安格斯牛粒,一半矮瓜一半牛肉,味道濃沃送飯一流。結論,旺區好選擇,適合一家大細去食,好多餸式選擇,一定有野啱你食。…Read More

早排叫朋友幫我買咗啲嘢,交收完就一齊去食晚飯。我哋去咗旺角呢一間樓上嘅「私家廚房」,聽聞呢到嘅餸除咗夠大碟,而且仲鑊氣十足,所以唔可以錯過。是日一行人四個人,都叫咗相當多野食,事關環境唔同大排檔,冷氣十足岩哂我地呢班怕熱嘅人士,就可以慢慢食一邊傾計。二話不說,柯打咗嘅OK汁煎南非大虎蝦、脆皮德國鹹豬手都一齊上菜。大虎蝦除咗炒得香脆,而且仲大隻夾彈牙,呢種調味同煮法真係無得輸,非常開胃,可以食幾碗飯。至於豬手皮就焗得非常脆口,但內裡嘅肉就非常林身,可以點蘸隔離泰式嘅酸汁,又另一種風味。接住到嘅係籠仔荷葉海龍皇蒸飯、薑蔥焗美國桶蠔、燒汁脆米安格斯牛粒。蒸飯比想像中更大盤,分別有魚蝦蟹鋪面,帶陣陣蒜香豉油味,隨之仲有淡淡嘅荷葉香,海鮮嘅鮮味完全融入到米粒裡面,味道一流。而桶蠔更為誇張,由於用瓦鍋熱住上菜,故裡面嘅蔥同蠔仍滋滋作響,眾人都嘩然,除咗香味撲鼻,隻桶蠔果然足料,一共六隻都大大隻:點樣分呢。起筷,桶蠔充滿鮮味且啖啖肉,夾埋薑蔥食成件事惹味更多,令人欲罷不能。至於牛肉粒相比之下較遜色,因為調味似乎重手咗,口味太咸,但不得不提小菜裡除咗有牛肉粒,仲有一啲茄子切咗粒混合其中,結果一齊食又幾夾,只要唔太咸。其後有即叫即炸生炒骨、拍蒜炒油麥菜、懷舊琵琶豆腐。生炒骨意想不到地大碟,入口非常脆同熱,果然係即叫即炸。食咁多重味小菜,油麥菜最岩中和一下口中嘅味道,大大碟四個人都食唔哂。最後琵琶豆腐即係豆腐同鯪魚肉混合再煮嘅一道小菜,有種接近食齋嘅感覺,芡汁調味適中,鯪魚肉新鮮,入口唔會覺腥。總結,無諗到小菜嘅份量都幾多,食到最後真係太飽而需要打包。所以建議四個人的話,大概叫4至5個菜再配飯,應該都夠飽。…Read More

一向都鍾意捐窿捐罅搵好野食,今次比我搵到間超正私房菜環境好舒服,寧靜得黎有種家嘅感覺,檯邊有帳幕,如果想有啲私人空間仲可以拉埋去添,絕對適合一家人或三五知己舒舒服服食番餐。菜色種類包羅萬有,海鮮、火鍋、小菜、雞煲樣樣齊,想試嘅菜都好多款,老闆仲特別介紹左個焗魚腸,可惜要訂先有得食,下次一定要再黎過海鮮方面,有好抵食嘅鮑魚,一隻都係$48咋。如果唔想食清蒸鮑魚,不妨試下呢個避風塘椒鹽大連鮑魚。椒鹽味十足,非常入味。鮑魚又夠新鮮。燒汁脆米安格斯牛粒真係超有驚喜,除左安格斯牛粒之外,原來伴碟仲有我最怕食嘅嘢....茄子,無諗過一個完全抗拒茄子嘅我會因為呢碟餸而踏出第一步試食茄子。當我第一啖以為夾左牛肉粒嘅時候,我先發覺佢原來唔係牛肉粒,外脆內軟,口感好特別,酸酸甜甜嘅燒汁完全蓋過茄子嘅味道,令我一試再試。牛肉粒肉嫩多汁,一啖一口,非常美味,再加上上面嘅脆米粒,令口感更豐富,味道更上一層樓,絕對值得推介!自家製造撚手墨魚片頭炸得金黃香脆,墨魚爽口彈牙!食完濃味嘅嘢,食番個清清地嘅海皇翠塘滑豆腐,以三十年前造法製作,坊間已經好少機會食到呢味菜。豆腐好夠滑, 芡汁充滿住鮮蝦,斑塊嘅鮮甜味,再加上菜粒同埋蟹柳,紅紅綠綠,互相輝映,賣相吸引,送飯一流。食完飯,老闆仲好好送左個冰鎮菠蘿,一口碎冰,一口菠蘿,喺炎炎夏日食冰鎮嘅菠蘿,真係超爽!…Read More
