很久沒有在這裏晚餐,因為平時都很多人不想排隊,今晚聚會之後早放晚飯,就和朋友來吃飯。座位非常狹窄,枱與枱之間距離亦都很少,不過座位下可以擺放書包,不錯的設計。火炙三文魚都幾肥美,而且厚切很滿足。熟八爪魚夠煙韌,加芥末好吃!玉子手卷紫菜淋得很快,玉子微甜,這一個壽司飯我不太好,還是喜歡純白米飯加壽司醋。燒明太子雞翼超大隻,中間爆滿明太子,辣辣地很惹味!難怪很多枱都有點。蒸蛋又是必吃的,很嫩滑的蒸蛋,有點加入了蟹柳和嗚門卷的味道,配壽司豉油好好味,不過有粒白果超級苦,減分,不應該加白果!豚肉生姜燒飯燒汁很濃,豚肉份量很多,冠肉有點乾身,不過洋蔥和豚肉配飯很夾,亦都很飽肚。食物相對價錢不錯的,但是地方太狹窄,枱面完全沒有位置放食物。…Read More

不難發現尖沙咀金馬倫道的這家日本餐廳經常大排長龍,主打優質壽司,更由日藉師傅主理。今日做完facial後還要等朋友收工,所以決定邊排邊等,差不多二十分鐘就被安排入座。內部裝修甚有日式風格,吧檯位置還可以看到師傅做壽司。除了一般壽司主食外,餐廳門前有列出廚師推介菜式,以海膽為重點。【燒明太子雞翼 $38】雞翼經過去骨處理,裡面釀了滿滿的明太子,讓雞肉完整吸收了明太子的鮮味。炸過的雞翼外皮焦脆,肉質嫩滑多汁,口感豐富,值得一試。【火炙壽司拼盤 $98】拼盤一客有5件指定壽司,分別有芝士蝦,魷魚,吞拿魚,左口魚,三文魚。其中最突出的包括三文魚和左口魚邊。火炙三文魚豐膄嫩滑,經火炙燒至半熟,魚味更香。左口魚邊火炙後油香四溢,甚為肥美。【火炙牛肉湯烏冬 $88】安格斯牛肉有三大片,經過炙燒後多了一份焦香。烏冬質地彈牙,加上湯地清甜,若除了壽司外想多點一個熱食,這烏冬也是不錯的選擇。【超特選壽司拼盤 $288】一共有十款壽司,拖羅、魚子、松葉蟹腳、牡丹蝦、海膽、星鰻等等不同種類,還有吞拿魚蓉卷,應有盡有,適合2人份。另外壽司拼盤還配上茶碗蒸和味噌湯,非常豐富。【三色丼 $168】三色丼的大小跟茶碗蒸相約,三種口味包括海膽,松葉蟹和呑拿魚茸,魚生材料滿滿,差不多要溢出來了~海膽丼的海膽竟然比壽司更新鮮,口感綿密,加上豉油和醋飯,鮮甜味更突出。松葉蟹丼的絲絲蟹肉入口軟滑,配上松葉蟹膏,味道濃郁,口感豐富。吞拿魚茸丼粉嫩的賣相非常加分,魚茸肥美,更顯魚脂的香味。整體而言,十和田總本店的食材每日空運到港,加上日籍師傅主理,性價比比一般連鎖壽司店高得多,加上店舖座落於尖沙咀的心臟地帶,難怪深受歡迎!…Read More
