店子的老闆Terence Lee是位藝術家,餐廳其中一部分是「陶藝製作體驗工作坊」;多年前曾跟友人上過陶藝課,是個滿有趣味的體驗。餐廳內的手製陶瓷,精美餐具、清酒杯、提壺及畫作,令進餐環境滿佈藝術氛圍,可謂雙重享受!新張期間更有8折優惠店裏的食材來自本地及各國的優質精選,配合廚師們的創意;將其置於藝術味濃的食器內,滿足嘴巴前先愉悅了眼睛!套餐的選擇極具彈性,由$288起,視乎個人喜好及接收量;大胃王或小鳥胃都照顧得到。Canapé 可選三款或五款的小食拼盤,我們揀後者,有魚子醬小盒、大閘蟹酥皮盒、荔枝紅咖哩牛肉小撻、矮瓜紅菜頭多士 及 蕃茄羅勒小撻,全都鬆脆可口,一口一件剛剛好。當中大閘蟹酥皮盒最為吸引,濃郁鮮甜的蟹粉與香脆的酥皮盒十分匹配!慢煮帶子配墨汁脆片~低溫烹調不但能減少水份及蛋白質流失,令肉質保持鮮嫩;維他命也得到較佳的保全。軟嫩的帶子面頭披了一層神秘面紗 (墨汁脆片),上再置放了咸香的魚子醬,和着一傍的焦糖意大利火腿同吃;鮮甜爽脆共冶一爐!鮮花鏡裏香~造型也配得上這仙氣的名字,以鮑魚及鮮雞肉造成的雲吞,皮薄餡靚,外形俏似UFO,加上爽口的烤菇及鮮美的雞湯,作為前菜,實在是很不錯。燒帶子配羅勒青醬意粉~金黃微焦的帶子口感鮮嫩,配清新的羅勒醬、爽脆的粟米心及蘆筍,美味又不失健康。西班牙緋紅蝦香烤八爪魚配XO醬~不落俗套,以蝦多士概念呈現的西班牙緋紅蝦外層粘滿香脆的麵包粒,令甜彈的肉質加添酥脆的口感;精彩之處還有藏於蝦頭內的誘人蝦膏,香腴得緊!煙韌的燒八爪魚配特製的XO醬更顯特色。Vegan 糕點~檸檬撻外層香脆、酸度剛好,因沒有蛋奶成分,純素者也適合享用。抹茶芝麻撻的餡料濃郁且香滑;和面頭的抹茶粉也頗搭配。Latte~杯子的造型很別緻,藝術家的視角果然與別不同,不知是否心理作用,喝下去的咖啡也零舍香滑可口!美食配美器,視覺令味覺層次得以昇華;真是一次特別的體驗!Lilium by Gitone地址: 尖沙咀梳士巴利道18號Victoria Dockside K11 Musea 5樓509號舖電話: 35963415…Read More
