母親大人生日食飯, 係元朗搜尋到Granada by JW, 一間較新既西班牙私房菜🇪🇦 事先已經BOOK 好咗, 係安興街足球場同泰菜MINT旁邊搵到Granada by JW 低調既門口: 只有一個簡潔發光招牌同門口洞咗個餐牌 拉開躺門, 小店有4組枱, 20個位以內; 室內裝修平凡樸素, 牆上掛左少許木枝裝飾, 枱櫈都係簡單款式; 成件事同佢MENU既價錢係唔成正比😬 私房菜既MENU兩款選擇; 分別係488同658; 分別係差咗個自選海鮮前菜同埋廚師揀既前菜 第一份係帶子、海苔、檸檬味; 三塊半煎熟既帶子係檸檬汁造成既粒粒下坐左係一堆海帶上面, 帶子入口底韌面鮮, 送入口咬破檸檬汁粒粒混埋海帶小許既海水味; 打開咗今晚美麗樂章序篇🤫 第二道分別有藍鰭吞拿魚🐟同西班牙火腿🐖 吞拿魚係魚子醬同醬汁混和下將本身優質魚肉味道發揮得更鮮, 旁邊既白露荀除咗伴碟亦平衡番魚子醬重味; 西班牙火腿既沙律, 有少少驚喜係加咗蒜頭, 令火腿無平時咁咸, 應該係廚師細心既處理🧐 另外, 由於有要求唔要蝦蟹, 廚師快速應變咁比咗個鴨肉Tiramisu🦆比我哋, 全晚既BEST PICK, 好似hidden sound track 咁; 上枱以為真係甜品芝士蛋糕🥧 連聞落去都係甜味, 但一破開表面, 鴨香伴隨白煙升起, 入口不是甜, 而係無羶既鴨肉鮮味 (有機會要求廚師整)😲🤩 白露荀, 洋葱湯係平凡既黑碗盛載上黎🥣味道溫馴, 前面兩道序章後黎個小停頓 入主章用龍蝦汁黎煮既龍蝦同埋松葉蟹肉鹹雪魚慕絲, 絕對係必試: 龍蝦肉🦞小小一排好似微笑咁係灰色碟上枱, 熟度透心唔老既龍蝦肉點埋龍蝦汁, 將成餐既味道水平推高一格; 另外既鹹雪魚慕絲黎到我以為係魚子醬水蛋🍳 面上有兩種魚子醬梅花間竹出現, 下面原來係魚汁Mousse, 松葉蟹肉🦀沉澱係入面, 每一啖筆出黎既蟹肉都由mousse 包住, 混和埋頂上既魚子醬, 係帶你入深海潛水既天籟🎶 廚師前菜係黑貝🐚有少少失望, imperfect係因為個非常鮮味既貝類, 稍稍OVERCOOK, 令佢咬口過韌🤨 主菜反而係今晚精彩樂章既配角, 大概係樂團入面既大堤琴🎻小號🎺 不可或缺, 但又未是主角🙄 安格斯肉眼, 落單時店員已表示廚師對掌握火喉極有信心; 兩人份量, 用咗木頭塾底上枱; ORDER咗既七成, 以完美粉紅表現係肉心🐂最欣賞係廚師連配菜既蘿蔔同薯仔都調好味, 一個人去煮成個大餐, 竟然可以細緻如此😮 豬鞍架🐷亦都係煮出白裏透紅既透肌色, 加埋佢既松露醬, 配合天衣無縫👏👏 最後係要加錢既智利白雪魚🐟食得出佢既用料靚, 醬汁同中間既配菜亦都係細選過😍 作為謝幕, 兩度甜品百里香布丁🍮同朱古力慕士🍫貫轍咗廚師既心機: 百里香布爽朗既清草味同埋輕淡既朱古力慕士同成餐飯基調一致: 濯清漣而不妖✨ Granada by JW, 廚師想比到既係你要細味去發掘深意既交響樂, 可以保持細水長流既精彩, 歷久常新👴而唔係其他fine dining既重金屬式單次震撼👨‍🎤 同廚師閒談間, 原來有客間唔時都會黎叫外賣, 係講緊成SET咁叫, 一個500-700既外賣😎; 另外一個重點係廚師純粹係ONE MAN BAND👨‍🍳 只有一個樓面幫手, 成餐飯, 菜同菜中間等候時間無超過15分鐘, 而當晚亦有三枱人, 10個客; 一個人都可以譜出如斯精彩既私房菜局, 真心盛讚; 下次會再黎食佢LUNCH, 不過大家記得記得一定要預訂☎️…Read More

環境是小品溫馨情調的西餐館,燈光用了溫暖的橙黃色,樓面有一個女店員,非常親切,而且感覺專業,坐得舒服,周邊亦令人放鬆。洋蔥和白松露味道互相協調,帶出獨特的口感,令整碗湯味道昇華,一試難忘。上等新鮮龍蝦,肉質爽甜,一咬下彈牙有嚼勁,而且很新鮮,濃郁的龍蝦味道配上此蛋黃的海膽汁,將味蕾帶到深海!還是頭一次嚐熟薰三文魚,平時嚐的煙三文魚是質感和煎的三文魚很不同,今次的熟薰三文魚結合了煙三文魚的味道和熟三文魚的口感,配上一粒粒三文魚子,吃下時口感特別,爆了的魚子精華融入魚肉中。突破的味道帶給味蕾驚喜!帶子魚子醬蠔的味道,帶子底部是微微烹調過煎熟了,上面新鮮又有嚼勁和下面一絲絲實在的質感成強烈對比,幾有衝擊,魚子醬和橄欖油味道濃烈,如果少一點橄欖油,整體味道會更平衡。西班牙伊比利火腿36個月很raw,一大片鹹香火腿放上舌頭,已經有濃濃的甘香味,比常吃的風乾火腿稍為多一點味道,油花也比較多,懷念在巴塞隆拿每一天瘋狂吃火腿的日子!五成熟燒安格斯頂級肉眼扒有伴碟的薯菜到牛扒都是無懈可擊!有一片炸菠菜葉,香煎薯仔用了最簡單鹽作調味,亦是嚐過最好吃的薯仔!牛扒腍滑有肉汁,沒有挑剔的地方了。風格雖然走溫馨餐廳路線,但菜式及牛扒卻堅持着fine dining的極致烹調,希望店主joe wong可以保持水準,這間店值得更多人賞識!…Read More
