呢幾日天氣同心情都係一樣麻麻地,今日見天氣好D揸架車出去遊吓車河散吓心。今日揸車去咗城門郊遊吓,回程途經和宜合道,經過一間好開揚感覺好新派嘅燒味鋪頭"燒味滷師"外賣專門店。相片門口附近仲可以比我泊低架車添。相片老實講鋪頭門面裝修好光猛同埋乾淨係最吸引我既地方。食燒味來來去去都係果幾樣嘢,師傅見我左度右度,考慮咗好耐都未有決定,就好殷勤為我推介咗幾款撚手燒味,我今日買咗「至尊燒鵝」、「燒味佬叉燒」、「客家鹽焗雞」、仲有好少燒味鋪會有嘅「海蜇拼泰式鳯爪」。相片燒鵝層鵝皮有層薄薄肥膏,食落去好甘香,鵝肉都算入味。相片我個人就鍾意偏瘦嘅义燒,所以叫師傅斬咗嚿偏瘦义燒,估唔到呢嚿「燒味佬义燒」,肉質唔嚡又夠腍,蜜汁味又幾豐富(下次試吓半肥瘦先)。因為我之前去過D所謂名店,買過D外表橙色同D肉係白曬曬嘅义燒,諗起都一肚火!呢度嘅燒味佬义燒真係零舍唔同!相片而鹽焗雞就好入味,滿口咸香,肉質唔會嚡口, 物超所值。相片至於我覺得最驚喜係海蜇拼泰式鳯爪,我好鍾意食D脆口/爽口嘢,呢度嘅海蜇夠晒爽口,只係略嫌辣味唔夠,如果可以加辣,咁就過癮 !!地址:葵涌和宜合道90-114號成城大廈地下13號鋪…Read More

年初曾光顧過「燒味滷師」在長沙灣的店子,當日「斬料」與一眾親友共享,大家都讚賞這小店的燒味不俗。近日,經過葵涌一帶,發現這家燒味店己俏俏在葵涌開了新分店,而且,店子位處上葵涌舊區一帶,附近有不少舊樓、屋苑,真是不愁沒有客源。就像這次,才兩時左右,已見不少街坊光顧。鋪面吸引之處,就是櫥窗之內,掛滿了不同的燒味,琳瑯滿目,鋪內深入之處,就是工場,不時看到新鮮燒味出爐,好不吸引。而所有燒味的價錢,已全貼了出來,一目了然,定價亦很相宜。定價相宜,就自不然多人光顧,在這勢頭下,很多基層生活都很艱苦,所以,店家的燒味單雙拼飯非常有吸引力,更可以幫到不少基層「有啖好食」,因為,無論單拼,還是雙拼,都只是$22盒,絕對是基層恩物。而另一邊,有不少涼拌小食,如手撕雞、大墨魚、麻辣醬蹄、五香牛展………等等十多款,單買又得,雙拼又得,配飯都得。左揀右揀,心多多,一下手就買多了,不過,才只是二百多元,性價比十分高。今晚在親友定的晚飯,灼一份菜、蒸一尾魚,加上這些「斬料」,已變得十分豐富。先介紹「至尊燒鵝」($120/下莊),雖然燒鵝只是一份下莊,但份量十分之多,滿滿的填滿一整盒。將奉送的燒鵝汁翻熱,熱辣辣的淋下去,那份鵝香更加立時湧出。而燒鵝真的燒得很不錯,外皮色澤亮麗,咬下去非常甘脆,充滿油香,肉質嫩滑。沾一些冰梅醬,可說是油膩感大減。上次試過「客家鹽焗雞」($30/半隻),不單質素好,更是十分便宜,故今次也要了半隻,真是差不多成本定價。雞肉吃下時肉質鮮嫰,因為鹽焗,有陣陣鹹香味滲出來,雖然有配上蔥油及特製醬油,但不沾任何醬料都已經好吃到不得了。斬料,斬料,斬大嚿叉燒,是上一輩人人盡皆知的廣告語,「燒味佬叉燒」($50/半斤)也要了半斤,為是應應境。最喜歡是叉燒有少許燶邊位,份外香口好吃,而叉燒屬半肥瘦的,入口軟腍,燒得不會太乾身,又有點油脂香,並帶微微蜜糖的甜蜜味。上次沒有試其涼拌小食,這次就試一試「海蜇拼泰式鳳爪」($42/半磅),阿姐磅得十分認真,一點都沒有少給。而海蜇厚度適中,柔軟有韌性,口感帶爽,最喜歡加了大量白芝麻,香脆多一點;而泰式鳳爪特色是去了骨,方便食用,其味道酸酸香香,真是叫人越吃越開胃。再細看鋪面的介紹,原來,分店已不只葵涌這一家,在屯門及慈雲山也有分店了,估不到短短半年不夠,已發展了多家分店。…Read More
