這一家「燒味滷師」大概一年多前已光顧過,都是居於附近的親友推介,而近來因為禁了晚市堂食,所以,都多了買外賣,正因今天路過此處,就索性不如「斬料」,煮點飯,灼點菜,又可以當一餐,叉燒就留來明天做炒飯。正值下班時間,鋪外已有不少街坊客光顧。燒味掛滿在櫥窗之上,琳瑯滿目,非常吸引,款式又多,定價亦相宜。店後是工場,食物都是現場即製,夠新鮮吧!上次試了客家鹽焗雞,今次改試「麻辣手撕雞」($60 /半隻份量),不吃得辣的可以選原味,半隻份量其實也頗多,肉質嫩滑而不膩,曬上了大量芝麻,加上麻辣的味道不霸道,有辣勁,卻不嗆喉,最好的是已拆肉,吃得方便,一次過吃不完,也可以留起來用作配粉麵。雖然叉燒打算用作炒飯,但也先偷偷吃了幾片,要了半斤的「燒味佬叉燒」($40),燒得賣相不錯,有少少燶邊,叉燒屬半肥瘦的,切得厚身,入口軟腍不死實,又有點油脂香,並帶微微蜜糖的甜蜜香味。至於燒鵝是家人至愛,怎可以錯過,半隻「至尊燒鵝」($180)絕對滿足了大家,一打開盒蓋,那份鵝香立時湧出,更附了一大包鵝汁,翻熱加入燒鵝中,更芳香;鵝皮色澤亮麗,薄身脆口,肉質嫩滑細緻,又充滿肉汁,並富油香卻不油膩,可以說水準依舊。做生意是看長線,只要食物好自不然有口皆碑,今次再吃,就知是保持到高水準啊!…Read More

今天與友人到長沙灣吃餃子,回程時途經保安道遊樂場,看到燒味店【燒味滷師】人頭湧湧,便來八卦一下。原來店舖只開業三數月,正進行新張優惠,豉油雞/鹽焗雞只需$59一隻,非常超值。有別於傳統燒味店,【燒味滷師】以鮮黃色為主,店面鮮明整潔,乾淨衞生。 Google一下,原來老闆曾任職酒店,並在世界粵菜比賽(燒味及滷水組別)中獲得金獎殊榮,當然要斬料加餸試試其手勢。燒鵝、油雞及燒味飯盒都在做特價,價錢實惠。"至尊燒鵝"色澤光鮮,油光誘人,豈能錯過。選了下莊,鵝腿啖啖肉,油香四溢。鵝肉質地軟腍,蘸些甜酸醬同吃,可中和肥膩感。油雞有貴妃雞、豉油雞及鹽焗雞3款可選。"玫瑰豉油雞"顏色紅亮,口感嫩滑,醃得入味卻不會過鹹,亦不會蓋過雞的原味。店家還貼心地附上2包豉油汁,醬汁入口帶香甜,用來拌飯吃2大碗也沒問題。另外買了"燒味佬叉燒"及"老師傅燒腩仔"各半斤,叉燒肥瘦適中,沾滿了甜香的麥芽糖,邊位帶焦香最為美味。燒腩仔瘦肉較多,雖然回到家已不帶脆,不過鹹香得宜,也算不俗。…Read More
