To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實嚟過呢度好幾次,但係每次都冇寫食評😅。紅燒乳鴿($68一隻)燒得幾靚,都幾大隻,但係唔夠肥美。雞油菌蜜豆炒蝦球[推廣]($88)呢碟超抵食👍🏻,平時茶餐廳都要咁嘅價錢仲要冇咁靚。有八隻大蝦球,好新鮮。蜜豆煮得幾腍,芡汁可能會油左少少。第一次食呢個雞油菌,覺得比較甘,我個人唔鍾意食😅。花菇燒豆腐($108)有好多舊,兩個人都食唔晒😅炸得幾好,裏面好腍。都有唔少蔬菜👍🏻紅酒燴牛腩($158)啲細路每次黎親都要叫,爭住食🤣用啲紅酒汁撈飯一流🤤。牛腩好腍,有好多舊,仲有蘿蔔同埋番茄👍🏻。清炒西蘭花($108)炒得幾靚唔會好油膩,份量都幾多。個人覺得貴左少少。白飯($16)要講埋呢度嘅白飯。雖然係要比普通酒樓貴,但係真係靚啲,啲飯係白雪雪嘅,又唔會太濕唔會太乾,仲有啲番薯做裝飾😆。最鍾意嚟呢度係因為免加一、免茶介,同埋坐得又舒服,環境光猛乾淨俐落,係成日同屋企人一齊聚嘅好地方👍🏻☺️…Read More
