忙碌完一輪,與日本旅行認識的香港朋友再在晴空聚舊。思鄉情所致?食物入口都有故鄉滋味。當中我覺得好食嘅有:刺身類:~中拖羅:肉質軟冧冧,有豐富嘅肉味😝 真心拍得住和牛~鰈魚:賣點係清甜爽口~響螺 / 螺片:彈牙爽口~銀鱈魚🐟:西京燒銀雪魚就食得多,刺身第一次食,肉質少少韌,但都有鮮甜嘅感覺。小菜類~七味魚旗:味道好好食,拎嚟送酒就一流流。周星冇走,就咁點沙律醬都好夠味~三文魚沙律🥗:原本以為會係煙三文魚沙律,但係出人意外嘅,係真係薄三文魚連皮燒灸完嘅嘢!😍 燒魚皮香脆可口,夾埋啲omega3 oil就好正。~豆腐魚餅:都係幾值得叫嘅小食,應該係豆腐同魚肉混合左之後嘅內餡熟食:~海膽炒飯:用蟹殼裝,睇賣相上就一流。你就覺都唔錯嘅,但係海膽炒熟咗,感覺就同平時食開始真嘅海膽唔同,最突出嘅唔係鮮甜。~味醂煮魚頭:雖然上倉嘅時候就好有啲似去飲會食到嘅東星斑,但係入口感覺有幾得意,因為甜甜地,所以我估計佢加咗日本味醂。雖然係源頭,但其實肉嘅份量都足夠不過,食到最尾,可能最後嘅一兩啖會感覺甜膩嘅。…Read More

星期日喺尖沙咀行完街原本想食韓國嘢,但行下行下又覺得太熱,所以最終轉戰日本菜🇯🇵。估唔到韓國街入面有間幾養眼嘅日本餐廳,「晴空日本料理」門面好光猛,再加上店員見我哋喺門口睇餐牌之際,就主動出嚟介紹。餐廳環境幾舒服,簡簡單單嘅裝修,光線充足,有高枱亦有普通枱,而且仲見到「富士山」添🗻。本身有諗過食Omakase,但第一次嚟都係先單點試吓質素如何😛。燒三文魚沙律($80),🥗沙律同三文魚刺身成日食,但燒三文魚就比較少見。三文魚連魚皮,肉身偏薄,燒起上嚟好脆。我本身唔食魚皮,但都建議一定要食埋佢,先食得到份魚油香。炸豆腐魚餅($50),魚餅個樣看似普通,不過內有乾坤。佢唔似一般魚餅(即係魚蛋)咁彈牙🍢,反而入面真係加咗豆腐,所以口感特別得意。鮪魚腹筋($80),🐟拖羅筋細細粒,邊皮位經煎香,魚肉帶點筋帶點肥,幾有咬口。最為突出嘅係個醬汁,有蔥粒有洋蔥粒,鹹香味濃,惹味。汁煮獅魚($128),嗯…,朋友指定要食…,原來係獅魚鮫🙈,好多骨要噒,唔係好啱我。不過個汁同樣幾好味,所以我食咗少少魚肉,原來呢個部位嘅肉都幾滑。章紅魚薄切($130),章紅魚又名間八,魚片每塊厚薄均勻,肉質細嫩,味道鮮甜,脂肪含量適中。即使唔係厚切,都已經令人回味。伴旁有明太子,夾埋一齊食微微辣🌶,又係另一番風味。海膽蟹肉炒飯($150),哇呢個炒飯不得了,超好食😋。器皿用上一個大蟹殼,其實比普通飯碗還要大。炒飯熱辣辣送上,但並無濕氣,飯粒用上珍珠米,每粒大而分明🍚。餸料除咗有鮮甜海膽之外,蟹肉仲滲透喺成個飯入面,每啖都有蟹絲🦀,當中嘅黑椒味亦幾突出,將鮮味帶咗出嚟。櫻花蝦香蔥吞拿魚腩手卷($85),一場嚟度當然要試埋壽司類嘅出品🍣。手卷影完相就要即刻食喇,如果唔係紫菜好快就淋。我認為手卷略為的骰,不過幸好每個部份都唔錯,魚蓉軟綿,櫻花蝦更能發揮畫龍點睛嘅作用🦐,好香。總括嚟講,晴空日本料理嘅出品幾有質素,同居酒屋唔同,反而更接近廚師發辦嘅級數👨🏻‍🍳。呢度嘅Omakase賣緊$800或$1,000,算係業界中較相宜嘅選擇😉。呢日有幸同老闆娘傾偈,感受到佢樣樣嘢親力親為,值得支持啊💪!…Read More
