燒醬油毛豬白切肉配大醬生菜 $162 我個人就唔鍾意紫蘇葉,用生菜加蒜片,泡菜,韓辣醬夾住塊肉食好好味!白切肉肥瘦分明,醬燒得入味,肉質唔柴。燉牛肋骨蛋包飯 $142 𠝹開個奄列蛋之後並無預期中自動翻開,不過賣相唔錯,個蛋算幾滑。味道只吃到類似大板燒的醬汁味,或是配牛肋骨汁的韓式風味。牛肋骨肉質軟腍入味,正阿!泡菜豬肉煎餅 $78 唔係好食得到有豬肉,只咬到有些少豬軟骨的口感,整體感覺就是一塊頗為乾身的泡菜煎餅,點個醬汁辣辣地都算惹味。有骨炸雞 1份 $218 (甜辣炸雞/蜜糖炸雞) 醬汁完全包住炸雞,非常熱燙,口感味道比平時食到既韓式炸雞更濃厚,甚至乎有點張住個口。有骨炸雞有不同部份,其中有件肉不算多,不過大家食一件都停口了,有點太膩。炸雞之外,墊底仲有年糕,好飽肚!最後講下碟前菜,望住呢碟賣相奇特的螢光粉紅物體,似是不能放入口的顏色!勇士放入口之後表示感覺其實還好,就是紅菜頭LOL…Read More
