星期六於九龍灣完成工作後非常肚餓, ,想起此區近年活化工廈,開了不少上樓餐廳,朋友介紹,這間位於牛頭角工廈的"談風vs再說"評語不俗,一於去試試!長長的走廊,一旁放了MTB, RB單車做裝飾,不知店主們是否也喜歡踩單車呢?!店主們是本地獨立樂隊的原固吧,另一旁則貼滿關於音樂的poster.走過長廊,見到半開放式廚房內,型男廚師們忙著,以為到了用餐區。 殊知原來是waiting area. Waiting area的懷舊傢俬擺設看來有花心思呢!是到來的食客必會photo shooting的地方。隔離還有間band房,而用餐區是位於另一邊 ,地方頗大呢!就坐前店員先貼心地問過我們,因為沒有訂座所以會安排坐大檯而且要搭檯會否介意,肚子打鼓了當然不介意!值得一讚的細心呢!用餐區兩邊的窗戶引進自然光,窗外更是一覽無遺的東九龍景色,食客頗多,略為有點嘈,但都不失為一個閒坐的好去處。Menu有2張紙,lunch set跟drink list, 簡單的文字對每道菜式的形容,沒有半點花巧的修飾。亦因為這原固,需要向店員賜教,他們亦耐心逐項解釋。Lunch set 附送暖烘烘的麥包配灑有海鹽的牛油, 麵包味道普通但鬆軟, 塗上鹹味牛油可加強味覺' 煙肉薯團"-煙肉,洋蔥,蒜頭,64c蛋($94)賣相很漂亮,最吸引是烤焦了邊的洋蔥和大大塊置於薯團上微燶的芝士!軟淋淋的洋蔥非常香甜,獨自吃,配上香濃芝士抑或伴薯團吃,一樣好味!醬汁亦很香口很creamy.薯團的澱粉質含量高反而太實,有點膩口,而且吃不到有煙肉配料。咬開用65c煮的溫泉蛋,入面液態狀的蛋黃湧出來,好味!"雞"-粟米,炸粟米餅,孜然($102)腌過的雞肉很入味,沒太大雪藏味,配上濃郁creamy的粟米汁,伴著隨碟的豆苗和芫茜吃,香口惹味!炸至金黃的粟米卷,裡面充滿軟綿綿的粟米蓉,一脆一軟口感很好,如果加入粟米粒會更有趙口!伴碟還有用豬皮炸至薄薄的脆片,爽脆像吃薯片般,但沒有甚麼味道焦糖泡沫咖啡(餐轉特飲+$18)拉了漂亮的心形圖案,一口整個口腔都充滿了苦澀味,咖啡香味不算濃郁,以這水準於工廈中品嚐到的,已經不俗小豆蔻,蜜糖,奶,雲尼拿(餐轉特飲+$19)整杯白雪雪的,再配上白杯碟,面頭打至起泡,喝下,很香濃豆蔻味和甜甜的雲尼拿味,奶味甚濃的一杯,有點兒像吃著熱的雲尼拿雪糕呢!夾band的不代表是飛仔,玩音樂的不代表沒目標理想。雖然沒有聽過tfvsjs的作品(引發好奇之後搜尋他們的音樂) ,但從他們烹調的食物中,吃得出他們的心機熱誠!而手法味道比一般的cafe,茶記還好。一群年青人為理想打併,值得支持!…Read More
