跟長輩吃飯, 打算安排去茶室, 跟她懷舊一番, 但又不想去太殘舊的茶室, 擔心坐得不舒適, 環境不太好, 她會不習慣。幸好跟好友閒聊時, 得知位於灣仔的奇華茶室已經開張啦!不是單單即場現烤的經典酥餅, 還有多款茶室美食, 可坐定定慢慢嘆。長輩一向也很喜歡我所送的奇華禮盒, 相信帶她來奇華茶室, 必定高興。沿地舖旁邊的梯樓上一層便是茶室, 環境優雅簡約, 裝潢古色古香,很有味道。分有室內和半室外兩個用膳區, 座位不算很多, 設有數張卡座和普通座, 但枱與枱之間有不少空間,還配上寬闊的藤椅, 感覺非常舒適。長輩較喜歡半室外的用膳區, 覺得更舒服自在, 而我也很喜歡, 一於坐在這裏。翻開設計精美的餐牌, 選擇不算多, 但所供應的菜式跟一般的茶室有不同, 竟然有喇沙、海南雞飯、泰式燒豬頸肉、俄羅斯雞肉卷等非一般港式茶室食品, 好驚喜。******************************先點一客明蝦多士 Prawn Toast ($58)回味一下, 不是很多茶室有得吃架! 一客有兩大件,每件都是全隻大蝦 上陣,夠晒霸氣,還配些清爽的沙律菜 和一小碗他他醬。多士 厚度適中,全件都炸得金黃香脆,伴上肉厚彈牙的蝦肉,啖啖肉,很滋味!吃落不算油膩,再蘸些他他醬 和伴些沙律菜 平衡一下,配搭合宜,亦很美味!******************************啖啖肉的無骨海南雞飯 Hainanese chicken rice ($98)就最岩長輩。有一大碟配有菜心 的無骨雞肉、滿滿一大碗雞油飯、一碗冬瓜湯,及三款醬料,份量都很足。米飯 粒粒分明,稍稍"令"身,帶有雞油香,但吃落沒有油膩感,讚!而冬瓜湯 入口暖暖地,湯身並沒有泛油光,味道清新,冬瓜粒 腍身多汁,簡單而美味。連皮的雞肉 相當嫩滑,夾雜着一些黃油脂,甘香油潤得來又不會太過肥膩,完全無骨,啖啖肉好滋味!單嚐原味已不錯,又再試試蘸上三款醬料,有香辣的辣醬、甜甜地的醬油 和滿有油香的薑蓉,各具特色,而個人就最喜歡蘸上甜醬油 再佐飯,一流!******************************估不到連茶室也有窩夫, 岩晒我這個窩夫迷, 就點一客鮮果雪糕窩夫 Waffle with fresh fruit & ice cream ($58)一起共享。四件金黃色的窩夫 以黑色石板盛載上枱,灑上白糖霜 和唧了些朱古力醬,賣相吸引!每件窩夫 均配了不同的配料,一件有酸咪咪的藍莓、一件有香甜的香蕉片、一件有藍莓 和甜美的芒果肉,還有一件配上一大球冰凍香滑的雲尼拿雪糕,配搭多變,而我就喜歡先將所有配料集於一件,變得更豐富。趁熱馬上品嚐,厚厚的窩夫 外微脆,內裏鬆軟綿綿,帶些彈性,滿有蛋奶香,加埋豐富的配料,更加美味,令人吃得好滿足!******************************長輩喜歡喝中國茶, 當然要陪她。在三款秋冬滋選中揀了薑蜜蘋果龍井 Long Jung w/ apple ginger & honey ($42), 用來伴香甜的窩夫的最適合不過。原壺上枱,慢慢斟,慢慢飲,好嘆!如果點着小蠟燭保持溫度就更正。有不少龍井茶葉、鮮蘋果片 和薑片 沖泡而成,啖啖茶香,亦有少少蘋果 的清甜,而薑 的辛辣味最為突出,但並不會嗆喉,味道溫順亦暖身,喝得很舒服!------------------------------每逢過時過節, 我也會在奇華餅家挑選禮盒送給長輩和好友, 皆因它在每個節日也有新產品推出, 每次總有驚喜。現在奇華不單止在產品上不斷突破, 奇華茶室又一新突破, 環境舒適優雅,菜式也有驚喜, 別以為茶室只適合老一輩,事實這裏大人細路都好岩!…Read More
