今次要介紹嘅係位於上環嘅上林茶舍，主打日本茶類嘅飲品同甜品。店內最多坐六個人，出面就有張長椅，面積雖小，但環境格外舒服。Green Ginkgo Tea is located in Sheung Wan, specializes in Japanese tea beverage and desserts. The maximum capacity of the indoor area is six people, with a bench outside. Although the area is small, the atmosphere is exceptionally comfortable.◽草莓窩夫配星野抹茶雪糕 (Strawberry Waffles with Hoshino Matcha Gelato) $138 窩夫係即叫即焗，夠熱同時外脆內軟。由於現在並非士多啤梨嘅當造季節，所以加入少量嘅煉奶去提升返個甜味。雪糕可由幾款口味中選擇，我哋就揀咗星野抹茶雪糕，味道甘香，融化後配上窩夫一齊食嘅味道都好襯。Waffle is baked after you have made the order. It is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Since it is not the season for strawberry, condensed milk is added to escalate the level of sweetness. You can choose the flavour of gelato, and we have chosen Hoshino Matcha. It tastes sweet and fragrant, and it matches well with the waffle as it melts.◾蕎麥棒茶 (Buckwheat Twig) 冰涼嘅蕎麥棒茶散發住淡淡嘅麥香，味道清雅，唔會好重苦澀味，容易入口。The icy buckwheat tea exudes a light aroma of wheat, which tastes elegant with a little amount of bitterness. It suits the taste of the majority.◽焙茶鮮奶朱古力 (Hojicha Choco) $50具驚喜嘅飲料，飲落先品嘗到濃烈嘅焙茶味道，而焙茶嘅底下蘊含住淡淡嘅朱古力味。上面加入少量朱古力碎，令質感更豐富同濃郁。This hojicha choco is full of surprise.
