To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有個喜歡吃的朋友就是福!今天他帶我們來到會員*才可用膳的香港華商銀行公會吃晚飯。*會員不一定要從事銀行界,會藉每年$500便可其實世界各地有很多美食,不過中餐是我的第一位!款式花樣多,而且最喜歡飲老火湯/燉湯今次我有食神了,可以試一試我未到過的餐廳!先來小吃 南乳脆鱔球沒想過小吃也很大件在侍應放上枱的一刻,已飄來陣陣的南乳香味超級熱騰騰,咬落啖啖肉!第一次吃這個組合的味道, 因為通常都係以薑蔥豆豉蒸或者蜜糖燒烤咬一口, 南乳味道不會太過份,就連我怕別魚骨的也推介, 肉多唔腥也沒骨, 大家可以放心吃金沙南瓜片, 又係熱辣辣小吃的份量就如普通餸菜一樣大份, 加了剛才的鱔球, 已經飽了少許南瓜軟稔不鬆散, 加上香口的咸蛋黃, 是超級邪惡食物咸蛋黃加甜甜的南瓜, 味道又出奇地夾 剛剛說過, 我喜歡中菜的原因, 很多時都是為了想喝湯 川貝無花果燉鷓鴣湯, 最近天氣有點涼意, 早上起來喉嚨有少少乾呢款燉湯就最適合不過, 喜歡燉湯是因為夠清, 加了無花果又甜, 有滋養潤腸作用, 而川貝就是化痰止咳潤肺功效我喝了兩碗才收手 侍應為每位客人端上燉湯後, 便把湯渣送上原來當中加了響螺, 雞腳等, 料很足, 怪不得勁觧甜 焗釀鮮響螺, 都是超足料及大隻的餡料吃到有螺肉, 蝦肉, 蟹肉, 洋蔥等絕不是外間肉少薯茸多那款假金湯百花釀海參名字全部分開都吃過,但是偏偏沒想過可以組合成一就菜金湯是南瓜濃湯,香甜色靚中間放了啖啖蟹肉,令口感更豐富而釀海參真是第一次吃,啫喱糖口感的海參,夠實在,下方是蝦膠,夠彈牙中菜可以用刀义來吃,很elegant!  蜜餞欖角骨呢個骨真係不得了, 咪睇佢面頭一點點黑色以為燶咗, 其實係欖角來的又是熱辣辣端上檯的, 表皮脆, 加了蜜餞, 食落有少少义燒的感覺, 每件骨都唔會有太多肥肉呢個菜大家都大讚, 有朋友更Encore食咗兩件添 蛋黃千層榚也是比較特別的甜品好像已很久沒吃過, 有層次的榚點一定是多用心思白黃鮮明的蛋黃千層榚, 鬆軟帶蛋黃的咸香味比起中間一大舊甜餡料的榚點也減卻甜度, 而每口也吃到蛋黃味,吃過甜點後, 便劃上完美的句號!…Read More
