南越南之前已經黎過,佢係一間新派越南Fusion菜,啲野食好食得黎,環境好光猛坐得亦舒服,感覺都幾relax,所以趁清假就帶媽媽黎試下。因為中午12點就黎到,起初都未有客人,之後lunch繁忙時間都開始越黎越多人。南越南除左散叫,逄一至五三點前都有lunch set供應,lunch set包左一款主食同一杯冬瓜茶,價錢當然比散叫平少少,亦可以加錢加配其他小食或者轉其他野飲。但因為set冇散叫咁多款,我地叫左一個lunch set另外再散叫其他野。南越蛋咖啡(跟餐加$25) - 蛋咖啡就係將蛋、砂糖同煉奶打到起泡再加落咖啡上面,所以飲落去有啲似平時嘅Cappuccino,但就會多左陣蛋香味,喺香港唔算太多越南餐廳有得飲,但南越就有。蛋咖啡只有熱,係冇凍嘅,蛋香以外,咖啡味香而不苦,未試過嘅朋友可值得試下。凍柑桔檸檬綠茶($23) - 柑桔檸檬綠茶係原樽雪凍,所以唔會越飲越淡,唔會太甜,比較健康。五香豬腩伴鍋巴($60) - 豬腩肉肥瘦適中,醃得都入味,不過鍋巴脆口得黎有少少偏硬,影響左口感。南越蟹肉醬配脆球餅($68) - 哩碟小食上次都有叫,幾好食所以encore。蟹肉醬入面加左蟹籽,所以食落有少少卜卜脆口感,份量都夠多,畢滿晒脆球餅都仲有淨,脆球餅好薄好脆。烤蔞葉雞配青蘋果條($88/半隻) - 半隻烤雞大約有七八件,份量都唔少,烤雞醃得幾入味,唔會得雞皮有味,雞肉冇味,雞肉亦唔會太鞋,上面仲加左啲炸紫蘇葉,另外如果覺得唔夠味,都仲可以蘸埋碟邊嘅醬汁一齊食。青蘋果酸酸甜甜好開胃,比醃蘿蔔多左啲清甜味,更討喜。招牌金邊粉($88) - 我哩個金邊粉係lunch set黎,雖然同散叫一樣價錢,但因為我加配蛋咖啡,兩樣加埋都有平少少。金邊粉麵量都唔少,金邊粉唔會太腍仲有少少彈,裡面有牛肉片、牛面肉、牛筋、牛尾、牛丸同油炸鬼,牛骨湯底味道超濃甜,好好味。總結,兩次黎南越南食左唔同野,兩次都好食,我特別鍾意佢嘅金邊粉同蛋咖啡,金邊粉牛骨湯好濃甜,蛋咖啡好香蛋味同咖啡味,如果下次再黎都要試埋佢地個法包先得。…Read More

走進這間餐廳,感覺好舒服,選了近窗口的位置坐低。原來呢間不單只係越南餐廳,而係南越南餐廳,餐單上嘅食物都好特別,我同朋友沒有叫到平時食開嘅米紙卷、金邊粉、撈檬粉。。。反而叫咗幾個平時喺越南餐廳見唔到嘅越南新派食物及飲品。脆米紙薄餅 $48這個前菜好清新,好開胃,餅底係用米紙餅來炸到香脆鬆化,配料有越南香腸、紅蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲、千島醬。千島醬酸酸地,好醒胃。NVN 高樓米塔 $48呢個小食好特別,疊高炸脆咗嘅米粉,然後自己淋上秘製醬汁,酸酸甜甜好好味,食落不油膩,感覺唔熱氣。Shake Shake 雞軟骨 $42這個上菜方式又係有得玩,首先將調味粉、辣椒片、青檸汁倒入袋子裏,袋子裏面已經有青檸葉、香茅、以及主角雞軟骨,然後自己 shake shake shake,加了青檸汁、香茅一齊食,味道好清新,唔油膩。烤蔞葉雞配青蘋果條$78侍應說這個是用蔞葉來烤煮雞,味道有些似南乳味,配上青蘋果沙律,完全平衡返炸雞嘅油膩。南越蛋啤酒$38呢個飲品又有得玩,創意十足,杯裏面放了雞蛋泡泡,然後自己把啤酒倒落個杯裏,口感有些似啤酒味嘅milkshake,完全沒有雞蛋嘅「腥」味。這個飲品完全平衡各款油炸小食,一流!荔枝雲朵咖啡$32這個餐飲外表好靚,底層似荔枝梳打,中間係咖啡,上面配上花瓣。沒想到荔枝同咖啡係咁夾,好好飲。全部食物都好特別,創意十足,又有得玩,Menu 上仲有好多特色食物,下次一定要再來品嚐。…Read More

前排同一個成幾年冇見嘅朋友見面🙈咁循例就梗係問吓佢鍾意食乜嘢,呢個朋友比較特別,原來係鍾意食越南菜😆俾我搵到一間喺旺角新開冇耐嘅越南餐廳,啲菜式十分有特色,有別於一般嘅越南菜。由餐牌可見,好多菜式都好有特色,一般嘅越南餐廳都冇㗎😊越式米紙卷相信好多人都食過,呢度就用創意變咗脆米紙薄餅😁材料同一般嘅米紙卷都好似🤣有蛋黃醬、蘿蔔、青瓜、米粉等等,系多咗香腸粒。每一塊都好脆,多蔬菜所以食落都幾fresh,同埋酸酸哋幾開胃。參考某間連鎖快餐店,近年都有啲菜式系shake shake,真系第一次食雞軟骨😹好盞鬼。裡面有辣椒粉、辣椒、香茅葉,幾樣調味料都系偏向濃味,同雞軟骨shake勻之後都有啲辣🙊雞軟骨脆脆哋好食啊。睇個樣就打卡居多🤣側邊嘅醬汁系由青檸同埋香茅葉製成,味道酸酸甜甜,米塔都幾似平時喺酒樓會食到嗰啲脆米粉。燒雞向來系好多國家嘅菜式,只系整法吾同,越南菜原來都有燒雞😊仲要系配青蘋果條,好新鮮嘅組合。燒雞嘅燒烤味都幾明顯,雞肉好滑,juicy就ok啦,略嫌都少乾🙊醬汁類似咖央醬,甜甜哋,feel到啲椰漿味。呢個招牌金邊粉有嘅材料真系不得了,有牛肉片、牛面珠、牛筋、牛腱、牛肉丸、油條,牛全部都系牛🐮牛肉片系肥牛,好滑,入口即溶😍牛筋就爽口啲,好似啫喱咁。牛腱口感相對結實,都好入味。牛肉丸都爽口彈牙。呢杯打卡真系一流😁雲朵部分系泡沫,泡沫系玫瑰味🌹底部系荔枝醬同埋expresso 感覺好奇妙😹檸檬加薑呢個組合又系好特別,檸檬味強烈好多,薑味吾算好feel到🙈整體黎講有啲似檸蜜,都好飲嘅。…Read More
