為食兵團近日發現利園三期地牢原來有間中菜館「淂記」,某網購平台會員可專享晚市七折優惠,閒日黃昏四點至八點仲有歡樂酒酒飲,收工可以直落唔洗轉場,蕃薯uncle吹雞即有十人附和,私人飲食助理當然係立即登記做會員啦!經商場內嘅正門進入餐廳,食客必先行落多級樓梯。小肥會建議大家從新寧道入口搭𨋢落去,安全方便得多。「淂記」室內面積堅大,除咗私人廂房之外,用餐大堂都分好幾區,洋式嘅裝潢及合拼式餐枱似係咖啡廳多啲。酒鬼們五點鐘先喺高半層嘅酒吧區暢飲歡樂頭輪。主飲品牌共有九頁。人多最抵就係點選指定樽裝紅酒或白酒,因為打完八折仲送兩客酒吧歡聚小食。小食最平都要$68/客,即係慳多百幾蚊㗎!脆脆薯條($68):粗粗肥肥嘅薯條新鮮炸出,外脆內腍。椒鹽魷魚鬚($68):小食層炸皮就好香脆,無奈魷魚鬚本身偏韌,牙力唔夠的話唔好亂咁試。乾煸豬大腸($68):食落麻多過辣嘅豬大腸仍有少少餲味,個人並不推介。晚市散點餐牌共有十頁之多,中英對照,並附插彩圖,簡單易明。茶位費$20/位;前菜$22/碟。每個位都有齊備嘅自用餐具。馬蘭頭百頁千卷($80):以百頁包捲住嘅馬蘭頭清新爽嫩,一口一件極易入口,完全唔會食得好遴迍。香芒沙律蝦球($198):唔知係蝦球層炸漿過厚定係黏上嘅沙律醬汁過多呢,蝦隻偏腍同濕,毫不爽彈,敗筆係個芒果味好似芒果布甸粉開出黎咁假,堅食唔過!烤北京填鴨($230/半隻;$450/隻):請留意,鴨鴨只有一吃,原隻叫的話個鴨殼係可以包走嘅,環保人仕可自備大盒,唔係就要收外賣盒或外賣袋錢。北京填鴨皮脆肥膏少,鴨肉柔軟香潤,招牌菜差不多枱枱都有點。十一人其實點咗一隻鴨,但因長枱難夾餸,Apple妹妹就細心安排咗廚房分兩盤上,下圖為半隻嘅份量。雪花日本松葉炸蟹鉗($78/位):脹卜卜嘅炸蟹鉗個蝦膠爽脆富彈性,真係打得好靚,無奈入面隻蟹鉗未為最鮮嫩,有少少似雪藏貨,不過$78再有七折真係冇得投訴。冶味蘿蔔糕蟹($380):席上嘅隱世廚神狠批菜式要用辣醬黎炒全因蟹蟹毫無鮮味,師傅應該係想個辣味可以遮蓋到,拌配嘅蘿蔔糕仲好黐口,完全唔掂檔!珍珠川椒雞($118):舖面嘅川椒葉芳香清脆,可惜啲雞肉出哂事!兩碟雞肉加埋都唔係好見到有雞皮嘅蹤影,黑肉白肉嘅肉質同樣乾嚡,老人家直頭想退貨。威士忌東坡肉($198):火焰上陣嘅東坡肉夠哂熱辣辣,溶喺口嘅五花腩肉腍滑非常,食落又唔會覺得好油膩,唯一冇人食得出有任何威士忌味。淮揚雞火煮乾絲($168):大家對雞火煮乾絲嘅意見不一,有人讚個湯夠清,亦有人話唔夠雞味,睇價錢做人嘅XO仔就嫌雞絲份量偏少,唔知個餸係咪貴在啲火腿絲呢?!嫩雞煨麵($78):好少見到嫩雞煨麵有咁多湯,因為通常隻碗冇咁大,啲麵又索哂啲湯。要讚嘅係碗中嘅麵條軟腍得黎完全冇糊埋一團或者係發到過脹,不過個湯底有少少苦,入面嘅菜粒同雞肉好似少咗啲。灌湯小籠包($88/六隻):小籠包皮薄餡軟嫩,而且都好夠湯汁。一客有六隻,中間一點紅嗰隻用上紅菜頭汁醃紅咗層皮,據悉係設計者想令賣相突出啲嘅手法而已。高力豆沙香蕉($68/五件):甜品熱力欠奉,相信因為個蛋白打得唔夠鬆,所以食落好似麵包咁實,加上餡心嘅香蕉量少,大人細路都話唔合格!楊枝甘露雪糕($38/位):正宗地選配芒果雪糕嘅楊枝甘露不單香甜滑溜,仲要係少少酸味都冇,大肥爸爸大讚此乃整頓晚餐之最,必吃也!銅鑼灣名牌商場新店「淂記」面積寬廣,環境企理,服務生誠懇好客。餐廳所提供嘅菜式集合咗不同種類嘅中菜,當中仲混入咗不少新潮元素,質素的確甚為參差,不過平均每人四百幾蚊由歡樂時光開始飲,仲包埋晚飯喎,價位好難有太高嘅要求囉,睇得出點解要用七折吸客嘅,所以結論係一試無妨嘅OK評,希望廚房團隊可以俾多少少心機作出改善。…Read More
