陪姐妹去金都買結婚用品,買完之後我地就係附近覓食。行過呢間火鍋小廚,見門口貼咗啲明星相,相信食物都唔會差得去邊,於是決定入去試下。炸蝦餅 $98炸蝦餅熱辣辣上枱,爽口彈牙,點埋個醬汁,酸酸甜甜特別開胃。重慶原味雞煲 (小辣) $188 等咗15分鐘,主角雞煲出場。離遠見侍應捧住個鍋,行嚟過黎嗰陣,真係俾佢嚇親,因為個鍋好大個,心唸點食得晒。好彩黎到望望,份量係正常。侍應好細心話我哋知,想食嫩滑雞肉的話,而家就可以食 ; 相反想食濃味啲的話,就可以等多陣,煮耐少少。仲話我哋知呢個鍋係花崗岩石鍋,會釋放一啲物質,會對皮膚好好 (係真唔係,就唔知喇~)。我哋兩樣都想試,於是就開始食咗一部分先。即食嘅雞肉真係好嫩滑,而且特別喜歡佢嘅醬汁,因為好濃味而且夠杰身。其餘嗰啲煮多陣再食,果然係比之前濃味好多,而且辣味再出啲,更加惹味。兩者比較,我會鐘意後者多啲。油麥菜 $32食完個雞煲,因為唔想浪費個醬汁,所以叫咗個油麥菜。於是侍應係個雞煲加水,俾我哋淥菜。 油麥菜吸晒醬汁嘅精華,正~…Read More

朕今日同埋幾個隨從去到太子區出巡,行到有啲肚餓,咁啱個四眼隨從話有間好野介紹俾朕,話去食雞雞雞煲 - 重要既要講三次,係食雞煲,大熱天時三十幾度呢條四眼仔既然提議去食雞煲,個雞煲一定好好食,如果唔係朕一定拖佢出去返掩。。。黎到滾德起火煱小廚,望一望個餐牌,有雞煲,有烤魚,有火煱仲有小菜炒,咁朕就緊係叫左個靚靚花膠雞煲食下,睇下四眼隨從使唔使返掩啦!!!其他既就俾隨從發版啦!靚靚花膠雞煲 - 朕就叫左小辣,個雞煲一上枱,好香濃既麻辣味,呢度標明係用(原味雞),朕就問下店小二係咩東東?原來原味雞係以無激素方式飼養,屠宰後快速冷藏至零下50度,藉此鎖住肉汁,保留原來鮮味,所以就叫原味雞。市面上大多數雞煲,因為麻辣既關係,多數都係用雪藏雞,因為麻辣係超濃味,往往都會遮蓋左哂啲雪藏味,但係呢度竟然用原味雞,令到客人食到較高質既雞肉,值得一讚!講返個雞煲,呢度用石碢上,幾有氣勢,一上枱煲一陣己經(滾得起),嗰陣麻辣味己經撲鼻而出,朕首先就試下個醬汁先,食雞煲除左雞肉要嫩滑同有雞味之外,最緊要都係個汁,呢度個汁夠哂濃味,麻味夠香,辣味唔會太勁遮蓋哂一切(因為朕叫左小辣),朕覺得呢度個汁仲好味過一X雞煲!好味過,好味過,好味過,重要的要說三次!跟住隨從竟然叫左炸蝦餅同避風塘尤魚鬚,佢話佐酒不能少喎!炸蝦餅幾乾身咬落幾彈牙,唔會腍身,而避風塘尤魚鬚辣味就夠喇,而尤魚鬚略嫌唔夠乾身,同埋炸蒜可以再多啲,咁會更加香口,佐酒會更好!既然隨從咁鍾意佐酒,朕就留俾佢慢慢嘆,朕都係食哂個雞煲先喇!雞煲,雞煲,雞煲,重點係唔止講三次咁少架!!!------完------…Read More

今晚同班fd去太子尋食,見到間食店門面和名幾特別走埋去睇吓見除左雞煲、烤魚、火煱,還有小菜:)噤多選擇一於入去試吓,坐低睇完菜單,想想近期食得太多火煱,所以祇係叫左個雞煲和幾款小菜花膠雞煲(小辣),呢間店用石窩上,可能係傳熱比較快和保温比較耐:)煮左一陣好快滾可以食得,雞都算多肉,而且唔梅,其實雞煲最主要唔係雞,而係個醬汁好唔好,個味入唔入到雞件裹面,呢間個味道係拍得住x品嗰間因為佢醬汁除左多得來而且杰,唔係水流流,食落口後在脷和口腔内係感覺到除左辣、少少麻,之後還有個甘甘甜甜既感覺,有少少似食街邊蒸腸粉時,將醬料混和後既感覺再正d,越食越想食炸蝦餅,新鮮熱辣炸出來,皮薄爽脆,咬落彈牙可口沙爹芥蘭炒牛肉,芥蘭爽得來唔澀,牛肉嫩滑黑椒牛仔骨,牛仔骨味道適中,唔靭避風塘魷魚鬚,咬落好彈牙,味道辣辣地非常嘢味,送啤酒一流最终四個人埋單$792另外老闆在店內試新菜,即值炒辣酒煮花螺,叫我哋試吓味俾意見,之後先推出,花螺鮮甜彈牙,個汁辣味十足。提一提大家,如要幫襯請早d致電訂枱,因經常爆滿,Walk in通常都冇位…Read More
