咕咾 Goolo 位於 佐敦同尖沙咀之間嘅柯士甸路, 簡單啲嚟講其實即係三角公廁對面。 餐廳唔大, 座位唔多, 因為其實都只係以咕嚕肉作為 主打小食。 但係我想講餐廳其實裝修得好摩登, 以石屎水黎做主打裝修, 配上唔同嘅酒吧樽, 以及霓虹燈作吊飾, 有股懷舊嘅風味。酥炸咕咾豬呢度既主打係豬肉, 以冇激素嘅丹麥皇冠豬肉嚟做成咕嚕肉。 今次因為想飽啲,所以叫咗刈包, 刈梗係中間夾著呢到主打的 咕嚕 豬扒。豬扒選自肉質腍軟無筋的梅頭肉, 而且仲有 大大塊厚菠蘿,加埋店裡自家製的咕咾 菠蘿 醬,酸甜開胃由唔會太過膩。隨包附送的係兩條健康條, 有青瓜同甘筍, 可以喺 5款不同醬汁揀一款,而我就揀左金沙蛋黃醬, 平時可能唔係咁鍾意就咁食甘筍,但係配埋流沙嘅鹹蛋醬, 原來又好好食。 炸菇菇另外隨餐又可以加配 炸菇菇, 啲姑仔得唔油膩,有少少鹹香, 加埋流沙嘅蛋黃醬, 邪惡得嚟又忍唔住一口接一口。洛神花茶啤酒另外又叫咗一杯 呢度自家製嘅 洛神花茶啤酒, 其實係冇酒喺入面嘅, 上面嘅泡泡係嚟自用蜜糖打成嘅泡泡, 酸甜得嚟 又非常過癮。…Read More

本身好少掃街, 但都會好留意街頭小食, 睇下有咩新搞作, 有創意嘅本土美食。 做得出色嘅美食都不妨支持吓撐吓場。今日係尖沙咀行沿住金巴利道行去佐敦方向, 俾我發現到新大陸。小食店好有舊香港風味。 店名叫咕咾, 主要係賣豬肉, 咁一定就聯想都係咕嚕肉。 當然係豬肉 重新包裝嶄新食法。 豬肉醃好囉去炸, 部位包括豬腩肉,豬青肉, 梅頭肉…試咗佢嘅豬腩肉, 就好似燒腩仔冇咗皮 囉去酥炸, 外皮酥脆裏面甘香仲有啲肉汁, 肥瘦相間有肉香,再蘸上自選嘅醬汁, 非傳統食法但又不失風味, 再配上特製嘅"竹蔗涼茶啤", 劲爽! 涼茶啤冇酒精, 沖好之後就 唧上好似生啤表面幼滑嘅泡。 當然還有樽裝啤酒, 但溫馨提示要喺店外飲, 非常優閒, 難怪外國人都有興趣品嚐這款中式嘅咕嚕肉。 牛油果醬冇貨選了咕嚕甜酸醬, 酸酸甜甜仲有菠蘿肉好開胃!小朋友仲揀咗"虎咬原隻軟殼蟹"。 用咗中式蒸包, 好軟熟,夾住熱辣辣炸起嘅軟殼蟹, 配合一層番茄和酸瓜仲有沙律醬汁, 非常美味。炸軟殼蟹保持肉汁, 蟹肉美味唔係淨得層殼。 此食品加15蚊 升級套餐,包括香炸菇菇,汽水,健康棒和任選一款醬汁。選了皮蛋紅薑醬, 食落甜甜地,有皮蛋和薑味,俱東方色彩的醫汁。炸菇好香口, 長型嘅應該係炸雞髀菇較硬身。 味粉炸漿調味剛剛好唔會太鹹。另加一款炸魷魚圈小食, 同樣美味,魷魚肉質軟熟彈牙。有老香港涼茶舖特色。店舖主要做外賣,不過兩旁都有單邊位坐低食吓chill 吓。 整體來說食物質素唔錯, 把民間美食重新包裝見心思有創意。…Read More
