To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近吃任食火锅多了,真的要吃点健康食品清清肠胃。以前吃过其他分店,水准可以。旺角店在波鞋街很近,午市自助餐也是11点半开始。周末午餐是每位80元,不用加一,价格不贵。地方也干净整洁,环境舒适。自助餐区的食物细分得很清梵,而且种类繁多。单是炸物已经有超过10种选择,沙律吧也是干净卫生,而且经常有人抹枱,不会看到汁液和食物碎遗留在桌上。限时75分钟,吃饱自己清理碗筷。平时上班都是吃肉和垃圾食物,偶尔吃点健康又高纤维食物也不错。…Read More

成個月食咗N咁多餐生日飯,於是農曆生日就返璞歸真,同屋企人食餐清清哋嘅素。去年幫襯過北角無肉食,印象幾好,今次就去旺角食。6點20分去到已經好多人入前去食之前要先在收銀處俾錢,跟住就可以入去搵位坐星期日自助晚餐$140,限時90分鐘。先巡視一下,好多選擇新舊派素食材料共冶一爐,沙律菜、冷盤、醃菜、涼拌、熱菜、煎炸食品、水果、湯、飲品及中西甜點…等, 涼拌及沙律吧有:羽衣甘藍、秋葵、栗米、車厘茄、紅菜頭、沙律菜、紅腰豆、酸辣蘿蔔、青瓜片、蓮藕、木耳、豆芽、薯仔沙律、麻醬凍豆腐、珊瑚草,旁邊有幾種醬,隨自己喜好添加炸物有:炸蕃薯片、春卷、粉絲餃子、蛋散、炸豆腐同腐皮卷,而且係不停咁補充,夠哂熱辣辣花生芽好特別,係超大版嘅芽菜普通芽菜係用綠豆泡浸發芽而成,而大豆芽菜就由黃豆浸發,花生芽自然係來自花生囉甜品都有幾款,綠豆沙、南瓜糖水、南瓜糕、涼粉、拔絲蕃薯、芝士撻等各種食物不停供應,侍應們都好落力,熱盆有時剩半盆就已經換新的飲品有茶、檸檬水、羅漢果、夏桑菊,下火又潤喉雪耳粟米湯好好飲秋葵和羽衣甘藍清新,珊瑚草健康養顏炸蕃薯片外邊炸得香脆,裡面又軟又甜。炸豆腐外脆內滑,好吃芝士撻好好味,係限量供應每款試少少,未試勻已經飽喇。走前把自己用過的餐具拿到後方分類擺放好。…Read More

自問並非健康素食份子,偶爾會有想吃全素的念頭。在素食仍未在食界流行之際,素食仍只屬小眾口味,直到近年出現自助素餐,在素食風潮之下選擇變多了,「自助素餐」就成了新興的飲食名詞。對「無肉食」一直耳有所聞,由開初期的風風雨雨,到現在發展至三家分店,同時也迎來不少對手,可見「自助素餐」是有多受歡迎,即便如此,要找到志同道合的也不容易,也難得友人中有好此道者,也就能一試這「自助素餐」了。素菜予人清新的感覺,「無肉食」給我的第一印象也是如此。餐廳無印風的簡約環境,加上客人自助的運作模式,很有日式食堂的感覺。「無肉食」的自助素餐,賣點是素菜款式較多,重要是相宜的價格,在款式、環境、價位上,確是完勝大部份的素食餐廳。曾聽親友談到「無肉食」時,評價普遍是「不錯的」、「可以吧」,親身體驗過後,確實談不上是豐富多釆,但對於有着不同口味的客人而言,素菜選擇是足夠的。自助餐桌有約數十款的素菜可選,較為偏重中式口味的素菜,故涼菜比例上較沙律為多,而熱菜、炸物亦偏向中式口味,亦有人見人愛的甜品,定能滿足吃素的要求,但若是為吃得健康而來,還是要理智一點,避開那些甜品、炸物為上。涼拌前菜在炎熱的夏日最受歡迎, 川辣雲耳、蓮藕辣度相當輕微, 麻醬涼拌秋葵、茄子是大熱之選, 最喜歡的還是酸甜的紅菜頭, 但不要錯過清爽的 涼拌珊瑚草,屬涼菜中屬較少見的一種。沙律相對是有點遜色,但基本的項目還是不缺的。炸物佔了自助素餐不少席位,以如山般的拔絲甜品最為矚目,雖然炸物有一定水準,薯泥球、炸蕃薯、小煎堆、炸雲吞新鮮香脆。至於甜品除了熱烘烘的芝士撻外,別的只是中規中矩,終究肥膩之物淺嚐就好。涼菜、沙律吃得太多的關係,熱菜也就無胃納再嘗了,只要清甜無添加佛手瓜湯便足,倒是友人大愛這款像大豆芽的熱菜,帶微苦口感跟金針菇類近,只是個人不太懂得欣賞。三款自助飲品都是健康的選擇,分別是檸檬水、夏枯草、羅漢果茶,平日討厭羅漢果茶的味道,這杯味道偏淡微甜,反而更對口味。自助餐桌,不一定要與「豐富」、「暢吃」劃上等號。這頓晚餐沒有肆意暢吃, 也沒有盡嚐每一道素食,重點是不求要吃得很飽。內心總是覺得自助素餐,跟平常的自助餐是不一樣的,那是為素食者的多元需要而設,畢竟素食仍屬於小眾的口味,對能照顧到素食者需要的餐廳,實在是沒有不支持的道理吧!…Read More
