三個人食晚飯,點了蠔仔粥,兩隻賴尿蝦,兩隻奄仔蟹,炸湯圓,醬油吊桶。好滿足,好好味!好想推介給大家!先介紹咗兩隻奄仔蟹,多肉,多膏,鮮味,好好食。仲要大細適中,連腳都有肉食!椒鹽賴尿蝦,勁大隻筷子咁長,外殼香脆,肉質鮮甜有汁,肉唔會痴殼,連個配料都超正,有豆豉及炸香脆的香葉,如果同啤酒一齊食,會超開心,超推介!蔥油吊桶,個蔥油醬汁好香濃,真係可以點一份,加碗白飯食,都好開心。個吊桶鮮味唔會比醬汁搶走,仲要有汁,彈牙的同時又好易咬,好好味😋。必試!蠔仔粥,相對較為普通,但食到尾凍了,都唔會有腥味,用料新鮮。甜品炸湯圓,一定要食,一粒外脆內軟嘅芝麻湯圓,唔會癡呀,唔會太甜,有芝麻香味,食完會再想食。而且湯圓的由來是一個充滿父愛嘅故事,想知就真係要去試吓啦!最後,一杯看似普通的茶,原來是有用心的調制出來,是用幾種不同的茶葉混合而成,飲落有香片的清香,但係又有青鐵觀音嘅味,所以都真係要飲,不要只用來清洗餐具!整體而言,好滿意,推介!…Read More

朋輩中的德高望重F兄,今年的生日壽局,在西貢金九記擺下三圍,雖然此局在周日進行,但是小弟當日還要上班,恐怕趕不及來,幸好在中環入西貢,一小時也不用.如果因為這個原因而甩底的話,就一定心有愧.F兄在小弟年年生日局也捧場,反過來我不出席的話,未免太過"唔識做".來到人還未齊,先吃一點主人家在台灣帶回來的手信,是夜菜單由星爺一早安排好.他經常來,當然不會怕吃不到好東西.說回這間金九記,無論是身邊朋友,或者是專線小巴司機,也一致推崇此店,材料新鮮又不貴,比西貢市中心那些更好.連主人家都說金九記一向比有"星"的六福,水準更高.第一味菜,是白灼跳螺,肉質鮮甜有彈性,可是份量很少,如果一大碟,每人吃幾粒,更加開心.蒜茸蒸扇貝簡簡單單,扇貝肥大肉厚,很鮮甜,同碟的蒜茸粉絲,當然惹味.豉油王吊桶也是不能錯過之物,惹味的豉油同鮮味十足的吊桶,產生出一種微妙的火花.蒸魚是東星,火喉恰到好處,魚肉剛離骨,魚味濃郁而肉質嫩滑,當面對著蒸魚上的豉油,大家也不理會最後還有炒飯,也要來個白飯來伴.煎大蝦香口得可連殼吞,蝦肉結實得來帶爽,味道鮮甜.豉椒炒聖子的聖子一早去殼,用豉椒炒特別惹味.椒鹽炸豆腐入口熱辣辣,外表香脆內裏也滑,但同六福比又差一點點.鹽焗雞甚有水準,味道咸香,雞皮滑而爽,雞肉嫩亦帶有彈性.全夜的戲肉是奄仔蟹,用鹽焗處理之,奄仔蟹未算去到爆膏,但也夠份量,蟹膏味道不算特別甘香,但吃落感覺頗豐滿,蟹肉本身很鮮甜,同桌有人不吃蟹,我當然不客氣吃多半隻.結尾的炒飯有點濕,論味道也算不俗.最後的甜品是炸湯丸,同高力豆沙有異曲同工之處.另外的甜品是桂花糕,帶有幽幽的桂花香.夜涼但不如水,整個二樓給我們弄得熱鬧起來,兩個生日蛋糕,主人家吹蠟燭,歡呼聲不絕,鏡頭下的主人家一對,份外甜蜜.再一次祝F兄生日快樂,身體健康,同女友繼續甜下去,直到永遠.…Read More
