我一向鍾情港式小食,蛋撻和雞蛋仔是我的兩大至愛,這趟說了多時的大澳遊最大原因就是為了一睹炭燒雞蛋仔的風彩! 在大澳巴士站下車,那邊大澳大街見到有類似的炭燒雞蛋仔檔口,心想難道黑超雞蛋仔叔叔換人了?繼續走,又發現好幾檔雞蛋仔,原來是因雞蛋仔出名了,所以不少食店也仿傚售賣呢~找找地圖,原來叔叔的是在吉慶街這邊,見到一條短短的人龍,終於發現這間夢寐以求的雞蛋仔!去到時正值下午茶時間,不過等的食客不多,前面大概有三至四名,約等了二十分鐘。因炭燒雞蛋仔是即叫即製,製作需時,黑超叔叔全程沒有停過不斷弄雞蛋仔,很厲害!我也算吃遍雞蛋仔,但炭燒雞蛋仔還真是第一次,製作時叔叔全神貫注,十分認真弄好每一底雞蛋仔。相信炭爐很熱,十分欣賞其認真精神!剛沉醉完叔叔的英姿,不知不覺間我們的炭燒雞蛋仔($15)便出爐了!顏色跟平時吃到的不同,呈點點啡色,看上去有點像在荃灣吃過古早味雞蛋仔。這裡的雞蛋仔蛋粒較細,口感不像平時那種有咬勁和鬆軟,反而咬下去有綿綿脆脆的感覺,蛋香偏甜。若要比較的話,其實我較愛平時吃到的雞蛋仔,baka也說不太合其口味。吃完後發現人龍已在不知不覺間變長,真幸運呢!雖然大澳炭燒雞蛋仔沒有期待般驚艷的感覺,不過我真的非常非常欣賞叔叔對雞蛋仔製作的那份堅持和用心,值得再來捧場!…Read More

找炭燒雞蛋仔,要過橋。經過的時候,發現有很多警察在維持秩序,原來今日有傳統婚禮的文化介紹,就在橋的另一頭。不過因為擠滿了遊人,而以我的eye level,卻什麼也看不到。吉慶街是一條美食街,其記檸檬茶、大澳小食香妃卷、阿伯魷魚、阿伯雞蛋仔、張財記蝦醬、阿伯糯米滋、蘇盧咖啡等盡在此處,所以遊大澳不得不來。我記得兩年前來的時候,雞蛋仔伯伯仍在路邊擺檔,今日再來已經有固定的舖位了。店內有一隻大狗陪伴伯伯工作,不過狗狗不喜歡被拍,更不喜歡鏡頭對着牠,不論是專業用長鏡相機,還是手機,都不喜歡。伯伯的樣子挺認真和嚴肅,堅持一次一塊,即叫即燒。Order也是逐個逐個接,未輪到你,你遞錢他也不會收。雞蛋仔一底$13,從倒蛋漿到燒製而成,前後大約5分鐘。燒好的雞蛋仔會攤涼一會,令外皮變脆,但就算攤了一會,入袋之後雞蛋仔仍然非常熱。這個單看伯伯背後的兩把風扇、他戴的太陽眼鏡,還有炭爐噼噼啪啪迸飛著的點點星火就會了解。雞蛋仔每粒都很飽滿、香脆。它的香,混合着濃郁的麵粉香、蛋香和炭燒的香味。雖然只有原味,不過吃過一次,總會忘不了這個味道。…Read More

早前到了大澳來個一天遊,在大澳邊行邊找黑超伯伯的蹤影,當找到伯伯時他正在準備開檔,但在檔口前已有三人在等候,看人數還不算太多,於是我們便加入排隊的行列。看著伯伯不斷的調整炭爐的溫度,又在雞蛋仔模內掃油和放在炭爐上預熱才加入蛋漿做第一底雞蛋仔,伯伯做事認真的態度是值得我們學習的。等了一會,終於等到伯伯開始製作我們的一底雞蛋仔,不消數分鐘,一底金黃帶微焦的雞蛋仔便交到我們手上。見人群開始多起來,我們還是趕緊離開前往下個目的地其記,再邊行邊吃這底雞蛋仔。這一底雞蛋仔吃來外層微脆,帶有炭燒的香氣,每一粒雞蛋仔都是飽滿的,內裡的口感就像在吃蛋糕,很充實。不會像其他雞蛋仔般有半個是很薄的殼,只得一半是有蛋漿的。不過每粒雞蛋仔之間比較容易散開,伯伯給我們的時候已經不是完完整整的一底了。…Read More
