一年一度重要既人生日既大日子,一早book左港島香格里拉酒店灘萬日本料理食鐵板燒。午市餐牌有鐵板燒同非鐵板燒餐牌。鐵板燒餐牌有6款特選鐵板套餐,價錢由$420至$1000一位,另加一,視乎食材同包幾多野食。每個餐基本都包青菜沙律,雜錦野菜,炒飯或炒麵,味噌湯同泡菜。貴餐會包多樣前菜。散叫有肉類鐵板燒,海鮮鐵板燒,蔬菜鐵板燒,炒飯,壽司,壽司卷,手卷,刺身,前菜,湯類,沙律,燒物,飯麵同甜品。預先預留鐵板燒枱,食鐵板燒要坐bar枱係常識啦。今日每人叫一個餐。日本和牛套餐$1000另加一,包以下食物:前菜青菜沙律日本西冷和牛雜錦野菜炒飯或炒麵麵豉湯及泡菜鐵板特選套餐$580另加一,包以下食物:前菜三文魚刺身牛油煮帆立貝青菜沙律西冷牛扒或者牛肉薄燒雜錦野菜炒飯或炒麵麵豉湯及泡菜服務員先幫我地忙戴好圍裙,呢度係用藍色布質圍裙,唔係即棄。好快就上前菜沙律。青菜沙律係沙律雜菜加少見既白蘿蔔片,加上柚子醋做調味,味道清淡。普通料。前菜有三款。豆腐比平常厚實,居然有少少芝士感覺,好味道。面頭有少少以為係wasabi既物體,不過無wasabi味。銀鱈魚三舊加上洋蔥絲,青瓜,同紅蘿蔔絲,味道甜甜酸酸。銀鱈魚就好麻麻,淋身而味道又無特別,無乜魚味。最後高身兜就係裝住鮮嫩菠菜加菇仔,面頭加上木魚花。三文魚刺身有三片較瘦同兩片較肥,其實質素都幾好,仲有黃色花瓣裝飾。然後我地既鐵板廚師就攞住我地今餐既肉,海鮮同飯麵菜黎我地鐵板燒枱前面準備啟動。先煮海鮮,師傅將醬汁加係帆立貝殼上面,然後將帆立貝一切二直接係爐上面煎,最後加少少黑椒調味,帆立貝放返係殼上面上枱。帆立貝都好嫩,不過味道方面係正常貨色,牛油味都唔重。然後就食美國西冷,都好大塊,我地鍾意食生d。廚師切粒煎,然後就可以一口size入口。西冷食落都好嫩,而個皮係有少少脆,算唔錯。日本和牛西冷係A5,油花當然平均又靚,師傅都係切粒煎,呢塊牛就非常淋而脂肪重,入面啖啖油。塊皮都相對脆少少,少食多滋味。醬汁有蒜頭酸汁同胡麻醬,兩款醬汁都唔錯,當然其實食食物原味都好食。然後到主食。師傅先炒飯。師傅將一隻蛋,紅蘿蔔粒,綠色瓜粒,洋蔥粒,同頭先剩返既牛肉粒一起炒。分成兩碗上枱,每人有一中碗份量。飯炒得夠乾身,味道唔錯,仲有少少飯焦添,唔覺油膩。呢個時候服務員就上麵豉湯及泡菜。泡菜有三款,包括黃色蘿蔔片同牛蒡各兩件,爽脆少鹹。伴有紅色泡菜就幾鹹。麵豉湯味道鹹香,有好多料,包括昆布,蔥花同腐皮,真係滿滿既料。然後師傅就炒麵。麵條係粗身黃色麵,好滑下,加埋椰菜,菠菜,芽菜同紅蘿蔔絲一齊炒,口感豐富,當然仲有牛肉粒。個醬汁好正,係甜甜地,令個麵好好食。師傅都係一份分兩碟上比我地。最後就係雜錦野菜,包括芽菜,菠菜,生菜同紅蘿蔔絲。每人大概有半碗左右,蔬菜唔會太油,味道正常。個餐可惜唔包甜品。整體而言,食物質素係唔錯,不過又唔係好食到值呢個價。價錢主要係食地方同裝修。服務方面我覺得可以再好d,例如主動加密d茶水。兩個餐而言,鐵板特選套餐絕對係抵食d,因為美國牛都唔錯。間中黎一次慶祝都可以。…Read More

記憶中我是沒有在香港吃過鐵板燒,灘萬聽聞多時,所以早兩星期訂在官網訂了位。。。當日定位計時你知道會是坐鐵板燒的位置,順理成章,當日就點選了一份鐵板燒做其午餐~揀選的是鐵板燒特選套餐分別包括有前菜,三文魚刺身/帆立貝/沙律,西冷牛扒或牛肉薄切/炒雜錦時菜/炒飯或炒麵,麵豉湯及醃製泡菜~先上枱時三文魚刺身,切得比較厚,唔算肥美,但可選鮮~⭐️⭐️⭐️再來是三份前菜分別有凍豆腐冷菜,以及一些像炸魚經過醬汁混合在一起,簡單的配角簡單的味道不過不失⭐️⭐️⭐️繼續上是帆立貝,廚師輕輕的帶過點點牛油,入口不算太過濃重,熟成度亦都剛好,是自己喜歡的⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️西冷牛扒,其實點選之前自己都有點兒糾結,要薄切牛肉還是要牛扒?最終我還是選擇後者,雖然明知西冷是比較油脂少一點,但其實我相信廚師的功力,糾結了薄切或牛扒後繼續便是糾結了究竟要的熟成度?最終我還是要想七成熟,唉,這一回其實真係很好廚師功力亦都考了這片西冷牛扒,入口一如自己心目中所想的較多纖維,考考自己的咀嚼力⭐️⭐️⭐️邊位部份厨師用了大火煎香,油脂多入口更脆來接近尾聲便是炒飯,簡單而要粒粒分明廚師做到了,不過就略嫌比較淡口左一點⭐️⭐️⭐️簡單的一道炒雜錦時菜,沒有過時色澤剛好,新鮮的時菜加些少鹽花與及米酒,(剛好)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️麵豉湯及醃製泡菜整體上以這個定價來講在酒店我覺得都算差不多,(雖則聽講九龍(分店)香格里拉價錢好像更會便宜一點,但我還是選擇港島區,因為感覺空間以及大大的玻璃窗舒服一點)酒店本身已經不是年輕化,但裝修尚算保持得企理,只是座椅上輕微看得到帶着歲月的痕跡,服務上也不錯,坐好以後點餐在即職員以給衣服鋪上一條圍巾 ,唯恐衣服會給油煙所散落,如果下次在訪相信我會嘗試一下他們的刺身又或者壽司,(雖則懷石料理是他們的較優之強項)。★此店有加一服務★…Read More

承蒙香格里拉40週年,享用了生日優惠。「豪一豪」佢。首選Lobster Bar,但要排waiting2,最後都安排不到,唯有轉戰「灘萬」。訂位時,會被問道選壽司那邊,還是鐵板燒。老公喜歡吃燒物,便訂「燒」啦!在吃餐前,額外叫點壽司,作前菜。誰知.....三文魚壽司$35/1pc、三文魚籽壽司$50/1pc。論size/賣相/質素,好過夾夾壽司少少,還說道是「在日本本土之外開設的第一家海外餐廳引進香港」。絕對是大失所望!說回鐵板燒,叫了舞$680 & 琴$780各一份。極”欣”勤的女侍應們,先把不同的醬汁端出來,介紹每款汁料,點什麼食物。之後再來白露筍薯仔湯,白露筍和薯仔味道混為一體,沒分彼此,幼滑非常!看著「廚師」如在表演似的,純熟地燒每一樣食物,次序/手法,都是精心鋪排。讚!燒帶子非常鮮味!燒龍蝦,一般一般,要靠點”專用”醬汁,才帶出這好的味道。燒銀鱈魚是最出色,最難忘的。「廚師」用銅鍋,加入清酒、洋蔥,看著火候,又煲又焗的煮出來。銀鱈魚,雖肉質不是很滑,但這才覺得是真正銀鱈魚。(因為現在在外邊吃,多是滑得過份,疑似「油魚」)魚以外的熱清酒,更是好飲得,不捨喝下啊!燒牛肉,request 7成熟,不韌也不嚡口,不過牛味仍爭DD。最後,炒菜,下豉油重手了,很咸。炒飯,「廚師」把剛才的燒牛肉,切去肥部份,for炒飯之用,所以飯滲牛肉香。不要少看一份餐的份量,吃至尾聲的飯,碗子深得吃不完……所以甜品,雪糕,也要選一款生果味的,”消一消”滯。柚子雪葩,so fresh!綠茶雪糕,是HD的,不用在此吃啦!而芝麻雪糕,是從日本運來,非常非常芝麻& creamy。這次以優惠價錢,吃到如此水準,當然是抵啦!但如付正價,我覺得其他(如和三昧),造得更好喇。…Read More
