父親節諗左一輪食咩好,最後決定揀一間就腳評價又唔錯又可以打到卡嘅餐廳,所以就揀左位於尖沙咀嘅『胡同』。一早睇定左其他人嘅推薦,所以揀左以下幾樣餸。火焰胡椒片皮鴨 片皮鴨就預先預訂咗一隻,因為都算係舖頭嘅招牌菜,有機會walk-in 會冇,所以就打電話留定先。佢個名原來係火焰胡椒,除咗火焰之外都唔係太食到胡椒味。片皮鴨上嘅時候,廚師會喺隔離用火焰燒隻鴨,然後切皮。味道食落去唔太有太大驚喜,不過不失。然後用蒸籠裝住嘅皮一上菜嘅時候有煙包圍着以為會熱辣辣,但係即刻食已經凍咗有少少失望。大紅燈籠高高掛即係辣子軟殼蟹,好多辣椒再加炸軟殼蟹,味道係正常加少少辣辣地嘅炸軟殼蟹味,份量岩岩好夠6個人一人一舊試味。花椒金湯桂花魚呢個係其中一樣最好食嘅餸菜,啲花椒辣得來又唔會太搶,唔食得辣嘅人都食到,幾香~薑米蟹肉蘆筍蛋白炒飯呢個係一個正正常常嘅炒飯,唔係好食到薑味,不過都算炒得乾身。食完呢4野之後都唔係太夠飽,所以我哋都再落多咗兩款餸。京城羊肉呢個係另一個驚喜之作,上菜嘅時候望落去有啲似燒肉,食落去羊味非常之豐富,而且唔算太蘇,值得一試。小魚菜苗一上菜嘅時候見到隻碟係有少少崩咗,我哋即刻討論,其實係餐廳特登咁樣做去營造胡同效果,定係其實隻碗真係崩咗😂喺呢個環境食飯,我就冇預計過隻碟係會真係崩咗😅總結嚟講,環境非常適合聚餐慶祝。現場所見,外國人嘅比例亦比較多,集fine-dining同中菜於一身嘅感覺,望住維港夜景食晚餐,感覺舒適,係影相同Chill嘅好地方。…Read More
