食完旺角大隻佬碟撈麵根本唔夠飽,太少喇!唯有直接返上水整多個下午茶補補倉啦。走到老遠發現有間大酒樓成三層高添,梗係要試啦。估唔到有我致愛既燉湯供應,獲奬無數?真的嗎?傳統點心、新派菜色、創意小點,跟一般酒樓差不多啦。流沙奶皇包,熱辣辣而且手感非常好,好彈手呢。千萬不可以成隻啪入口,如果撞上岩漿般的奶黃,真係條脷都熟架 ﹗小心地搣開查看,白煙直噴,奶黃緩緩流出,剛好燙嘴不過份。香甜奶黃散發極濃厚奶油蛋黃芬芳,棉棉滑滑、軟軟塾塾,而且包味十足,好好食啊。口水雞,大肥雞帶著肥膏及厚皮,有點油膩喎。雞味略淡,雞肉乾而腍,混上微辣帶酸又帶甜既口水汁,花生味濃有趣,算合格。腐皮卷,炸得乾爽鬆化,似酥皮又似千層,好得意呢 ﹗香口夾著爽蝦肉碎都唔錯。灌湯餃,普普通通沒甚麼的驚喜。巨形餃子,厚厚餃皮包著蝦肉、豬肉、冬菇、迷你瑤柱,大大啖兜埋上湯灌入口,熱騰騰帶香帶甜,合格。蟹子燒賣,真材實料又有 heart,結實瘦肉不油膩,不會滿口肥豬,醃味濃厚有肉香,不嗆不咸不過份,啖啖肉又滲著肉汁,十分滿足。水晶蝦餃,蒸得原整無缺熱燙燙的蝦餃,餃皮嚥韌微黏包著原粒爽彈蝦仁,食得滋味。豉汁鳳爪,濃濃豉汁、厚厚甜味,損腳趾皮爽肉彈都不錯。荷葉飯,飯粒都係有點濕,唔夠乾爽,炒得唔夠香口,味道可以再調濃一點。有蝦、有肉,材料再豐富一點就更好食呢。懷念陽光一代極美味荷飯,係食到就算勁飽都要食晒去先停口,童年回憶啊 ﹗整體點心真係做得不俗,好味道又經濟實惠,環境寬落,坐得舒服,質數同金御差不多!稻香、海港 bye bye 啦!椰子海底椰響螺燉雞湯,氣味芬芳飄飄,連隔離檯阿叔最到都流晒口水,仲投以凌厲既羨慕目光添 ﹗熱騰騰出晒煙,材料塞得燉盅滿滿,小心亦亦地淺呷一口。椰子味跟肉味同樣突出,味道非常香濃,響螺味就偏淡。夠晒火喉,湯汁雖然有點油,但尚算清徹,質感黏稠極美味,連飲三四碗都未夠喉啊。Menu 稱金都大廚係燉湯之皇,仲獲奬無數添,梗係要試試啦,果然不是浪得虛名。金菇炆伊麵走韮黃走蔥,其實都幾齋下。已經重複講足五次,但侍應姐姐似乎完全唔明我講咩,真係請您返大陸進再進修過廣東話啦,激鬼死。最終送上芽菜芹菜炆伊麵,仲要食唔到有金菇,芽菜就勁多!伊麵完全吸收晒芽菜既水份同腥味,食唔到其他味道,微弱豉油味幾乎食唔出,試食左兩注腍劈劈伊麵,成碟掉去垃圾桶,sorry 喇。懷舊雞絲春卷,即叫即炸非常鬆脆新鮮,咬開輕煙緩緩升起,掉在喼汁上打滾,讓她微微降溫。酸甜香口又脆卜卜,食得出雞絲味道與質感,無投訴。四寶雞紮,點解無魚肚既?師傅漏左?侍應阿姐偷食左?特價點心所以無?冬菇、火腿、蟹柳、雞柳,正確食法係唔應該拆開續件食架,要一啖咬齊所有材料先叫紮麻,咁先可以食到雞紮既神髓!分開雞又點會係紮呢。堅係好熱啊,淥親條脷添!十二分好味,四種質感搭乘四種味道,超必殺極甜美既混合。雞柳棉滑加上醃味可口、冬菇味濃彈牙滑滑、火腿結實帶咸香、蟹柳腍而索晒肉汁,被香口嚥韌腐皮擁抱著!無得彈,大滿足,有魚肚就更好啦!滷水豬腳仔,實在太咸,係咪浸左好多日?可否有order先浸呢?撇開味道,骨膠原連肉一齊食,爽爽的又彈彈的,既 juicy 又食得過癮。好多調味料,蝦餃配辣醬、辣油,再燒賣配辣醬、辣油。辣椒油比辣椒醬好味喎,辣醬味道怪怪的,而且有點咸。…Read More
