以前我哋一班死佬搞飯局,不時都揀啲任飲任食火鍋,因為,個個死佬都幾食得吓,任飲任食就最易預數,大家可以食得盡情。不過,種種原因下,都無搞好多年,依家就只有三幾個死佬約出嚟搞啲小飯局。今晚,嚟到「東哥」,除火鍋任飲任食,仲有多款點心都喺任點任食。任飲任食一向都有好多捧場客,好似今晚咁,閒日嘅星期二,早早就坐滿人。餐廳環境唔錯,如一般點心專門店,地方四正,整潔光猛,最緊要唔會太逼。服務值得一提,幾位樓面阿姐做嘢快手,又有禮,坐滿客時又會校大番啲冷氣,你拎咗啤酒,佢哋又會醒目送上啤酒杯,更會主動添湯。門口大大個易拉架標明晒收費,2小時任飲任食雞煲火鍋點心,8:30pm前收$188,8:30pm後就收$158,另外,$10醬油費,加一服務費,喺咁多。任食火鍋有啲咩揀呢?一張點菜紙睇晒,5款湯底供選擇,而火鍋配料就唔多講,各種肉類、丸類、海鮮、蔬菜……等等,40多款,夠晒啦。份量會以填嘅人頭數去出菜,不過,都喺有多無少,成晚亦無咩漏單。而點心部份,亦有成12款,店員話全部都即叫即蒸。落單就好似平常飲茶咁,基本試上喺斷籠計,好似蝦餃,咪一籠3隻咁囉。任飲又點?所有飲品放晒晌近門口嘅凍櫃中,有汽水、果汁及啤酒,款就唔及一啲日式放題嘅咁多,但啱飲就OK。好似一開初,就試咗啲西柚菠蘿汁、熱情果香橙汁,味道OK喎,酸酸甜甜,襯火鍋都幾多,汽水就更加唔少得啦。東哥蝦餃皇湯底嚟到都要等滾起先有得食,所以,先點幾款點心試試。叫得蝦餃皇,都應該有番一定水準。確實摺紋清晰,皮薄餡靚,裡面鮮蝦大大粒,爽口鮮甜。蟹籽燒賣皇燒賣亦做得唔錯,大大粒爆滿餡,而且,唔會得啲豬肉,仲有鮮蝦肉,更喺無乜肥肉晌裡面,加少少蟹籽作點綴,好食。鮮人參灌湯餃巨型嘅灌湯餃,放上少少素翅,賣相真喺幾有睇頭。人參湯唔錯,餃內填滿好多料,不過,外皮有啲粉腍,感覺麻麻哋啫。跟住都喺時候食火鍋,外面有醬料區,不過,醬料嘅款式就唔多,都喺基本嘢,蒜蓉、辣椒、蔥花、芫荽、豉油,可惜無小弟喜歡嘅沙嗲。懷舊醉雞煲雖然辣雞煲惹味好食,但都喺肥膩,老友都想食清少許,所以,揀呢一款。雖然話醉雞,但其實個湯底似藥膳,味道又幾香。而醉雞件喺分開碟上,咁就可以慢慢分開煮,唔怕煮老晒。啲雞件又真喺幾好食,初初聞落就有陣陣酒香,但煮過後啲酒氣散咗,然而,啲雞肉好嫩滑,沾少少蒜蔥豉油,雞鮮味更突出。轉眼,成碟雞就被我哋處置晒,哈哈!因為都開始好多客,所以,我哋就一次過先點一大輪食物,唔夠先再加。睇見咁多嘢食,未食都興奮。美國頂級肩胛牛肉幾款牛肉之中,肩胛牛肉同牛板腱喺最鍾意嘅,先講肩胛牛肉,油份明顯唔會好多,由於薄切,輕輕灼一灼轉色就食得,入口脂香無咁重,主要食其肉香,肉質嫩滑細緻,富肉香。美國頂級牛板腱牛板腱比肩胛牛肉多少少油花,但唔會好似啲肥牛咁勁,同隸薄切好,輕灼就可以入口,口感腍滑,肉味濃,卻又又不失微微油香,比較啱小弟口味。西班牙豚肉成日話肥豬肉,但啲豚腩肉一啲都唔肥,仲切得薄到透光,雖然喺豬肉,因超薄而無需要灼太耐,啲豚肉估唔到又喺好嫩滑,最緊要又唔會太肥嘛。澳洲和牛粒睇見喺和牛粒,自然有啲期望,不過,睇外觀顯然有啲過肥,怕啲油脂逼晒出嚟,所以,我哋喺等到最尾先食佢。整體而言,和牛粒真喺唔多OK,因為偏肥。特選頂級肥牛啲肥牛唔錯,雖然,望上去真喺油脂偏多,但灼熟之後,啲肉同油脂縮一縮,感覺又唔喺咁犀利,入口軟滑而充滿油香。包心蝦籽丸、松葉蟹柳丸類我哋只喺試當中嘅一款:包心蝦籽丸,依類包心丸應該喺來貨,雖然喺咁,個質素都唔差,內裡有唔少蝦籽。而蟹柳雖然叫松葉,當然唔會諗佢喺由日本松葉蟹所做啦,同樣喺來貨,亦都唔差,至少唔會喺一嚿嚿粉嘅貨色!跟住,分享吓一啲海鮮類同內臟類,點咗5款,師傅好有心,排列整齊好一大碟過送上枱,望上去確喺好睇好多。鮮脆鯇片啲脆鯇片切「雙飛」,切得賣相好靚仔,而魚片色水有光澤,輕灼變白就食得,入口好有魚鮮味,而且,亦比無預期中更強嘅爽脆感,沾點豉油提鮮,非常好食。鮮脆魚腩原本諗住啲魚腩位會多魚脂,不過,睇起嚟又唔喺,入口,其實跟食啲脆鯇片差唔多。廣島蠔啲蠔睇落幾新鮮,外表富光澤,估唔到啲蠔烚完仲咁大隻,唔會縮到得番個銀仔大細,而且,蠔味都幾濃,質素比預期中好。鵝腸不約而同,我哋都話好耐無食過鵝腸。啲鵝腸洗得夠晒乾淨,食落唔會有一陣陣羶臊味,而口感好爽脆。鮮栢葉有時飲茶都會食到,打鞭爐又喺好似好耐未食過,啲栢葉好新鮮,入口一樣喺「嗦嗦聲」咁爽口。響鈴都喺跟番普遍食法,簡單湯灼,輕輕一拖,響鈴吸咗少少湯汁,面層軟軟腍腍,內層仍有少少香香脆脆。油麥菜我哋無特別點太多菜,只喺點咗一客油麥菜,再清晒墊碟嘅生菜而已,純粹心態上食咁多肉,就叫做食番少少菜嚟平衡一下。沙律蝦春卷、流沙擂沙球臨尾就以點心甜品作結,但點解仲會點一客沙律蝦春卷,因為老友貪口爽,話未試過。個春卷新鮮炸,非常香脆,裡面釀咗啲沙律蝦,令春卷食起喛更清爽,真喺幾唔錯;而流沙擂沙球亦值得推仲,喺煎堆仔加擂沙湯圓嘅混合體,外層脆口並充滿芝麻香,入口黑芝麻流沙,正! 千層紅棗糕雖然,層次就唔喺話好分明,不過,入口煙糯,卻唔黏牙,紅棗味突出,作為飯後甜點亦非常合適,此外,呢類糕點小分本身都鍾意食。今餐真喺食得滿滿,單喺食點心都食咗唔少,而火鍋配料亦試咗好多,好在老友都好擦得,先至可以試到咁多嘢,全部清晒,一啲都無嘥。…Read More

平時食任食打邊爐就食得多,不過今次黎東哥除左有任食邊爐之外,仲有埋任食點心,可以一次過滿足兩個願望,但價錢都仲係$200有找,非常抵食。一坐低例牌先拎野飲,哩度嘅野飲雖然唔算特別多,不過勝在唔洗加錢都有得任飲啤酒,連加士伯都有,啱晒麻甩佬,每人隊佢幾罐都回返本。未食火鍋之前,我地先食住點心,點心有十二款,賣相雖然冇連鎖茶樓咁精緻,不過卜道都唔差,最抵讚係佢可以逐件落單,唔怕食唔晒一籠。東哥蝦餃皇 & 鮮蝦菜苗餃 - 兩款餃餃皮唔會太厚,仲帶啲彈性,入面蝦嘅比例都正常,唔會唔霉。鮮人參灌湯餃 - 雖然而家嘅所謂灌湯餃其實都係浸湯餃,不過大隻得黎塊皮又唔會好厚,而且都真係食倒有人參,算係咁。鮮竹牛肉球 & 蟹籽燒賣皇 - 可以逐粒叫,唔怕有人唔食浪費,牛肉球同燒賣唔會太粉,味道正常。沙律蝦春卷 - 春卷一樣可以逐條落單,脆得黎唔會太硬。湯皇鮮竹卷 - 鮮竹卷一份有三舊,入面有魚肚、芋頭同蟹柳,都幾飽肚。流沙擂沙球 - 擂沙球出面係煎堆,脆得黎唔會太油,入面嘅芝麻餡雖然唔係好流沙,不過就好香芝麻味,必食!千層紅棗糕 - 紅棗糕煙煙韌韌唔會太甜,食得出紅棗香味,味道唔錯。澳門豬骨煲 - 食完點心,我地就打邊爐。因為一來想留肚食點心,二來唔想食完雞煲個煲好油就咁加湯打邊爐,所以我地就冇點雞煲,淨係打邊爐。如果唔食雞煲,可以有四款唔同湯底揀,我地揀左豬骨煲,入面有幾大舊豬骨同粟米,都幾足料。墨魚滑 - 火鍋料方面,除左墨魚滑每枱只有一條,其他都可以任食。墨魚滑食落幾彈牙幾香墨魚味。任食火鍋料雖然唔算好多款,不過豬牛雞、丸、海鮮、豆品同蔬菜都有。其中海鮮方面,扇貝同廣島蠔雖然係急凍貨,不過上枱時已經完全解凍,加上唔會太細隻都有睇頭,都算係咁。鮮脆魚腩 & 鮮脆鯇片 - 兩者之中我比較鍾意脆魚腩,因為比較厚肉同肉質比較結實有咬口。其他火鍋料都係正常任食質素,肉類方面我比較鍾意肩胛牛肉同豚肉,前者脂肪比較平均,後者口感幾滑。炸魚皮 & 響鈴 - 魚皮脆得黎唔會太硬,縉鈴就比較薄身,浸一浸就好,否則太腍。松葉蟹柳 & 鮮柏葉 - 蟹柳係粗身嗰款,啖啖肉。柏葉好爽口唔會韌,唔錯。娃娃菜 - 非常爽甜。總結,點心比打邊爐好食,雖然火鍋料都係普通放題質素,但扇貝廣島蠔同脆魚腩都有得任食,最正係可以啤酒任飲,啱晒酒鬼。…Read More
