柴灣地方話大不大, 話小又不小, 餐廳算多, 但好食的.....五隻手指都數完  早前在看到 牛記茶室 的食評, 反正媽媽不想煮飯, 就跟男友和媽媽試試! 人超多呢!!!!   柴灣真的比較少餐廳要等位的說  等了大慨20-25分鐘才有位食物選擇都算多, 價格範圍都幾廣, 有平有貴, 普遍小菜大慨$75-$90, 跟外面的超不多, 但份量比外面少, 但炒粉麵飯就貴得多, 最平的都$60, 一個福建炒飯要$98  出去食飯當然不能太吝嗇啦, 所以三大一少都叫了四個小菜第一道先到的是 清湯蘿蔔牛腩煲: 嘩! 真的要嘩! 天后不是有兩間專食清湯牛腩的嗎? 完全無得比!!! 清湯味道十足, 不是味精味! 淨飲湯都覺得滋味!!! 蘿蔔浸得超常的淋, 足滿著清湯的味道, 連BB都食了不多蘿蔔! 牛腩又香又淋, 我比較喜歡食瘦不食肥肉, 今次剛剛好, 牛腩亦不起筋! 牛腩吸收了好多的清湯味, 食落香口又有口感! 不過這裡有樣不太好, 就時上菜時間超慢, 食完清湯蘿蔔牛腩煲, 等到15-20分鐘才有第2個菜之後就是 怡香太子雞 - 半隻: 本來想點玫瑰色皇太后雞, 即是豉油雞, 可惜賣光了, 唯有叫太子雞試試. 原來太子雞是凍食的, 說凍又不是說超凍的那種, 凍的程度像凍蟹, 雞肉超滑, 不要以為好油, 其實食落不油膩, 反而蘸油一起吃有點油香更好味!  潮式乾煎茄子: 事實上我對潮式二字是沒有抵抗能力的....不過這個都是推介, 茄子上的配料好香口, 食落有D像濕版的避風塘風味, 茄子上有一層薄薄的肉, 食落不會太膩!! 整體好惹味, 配酒一流無鍚骨: 無鍚骨應該是有甜甜的醬油味, 但這個無鍚骨食落味道像士多啤梨骨, 但又點像酸梅的味道, 但太酸, 配飯都覺得太酸太濃, 味蕾最後被這道菜破壞了雖然最後被無鍚骨令到覺得有點美中不足, 不過整體食物質素的確相當不錯但有一個問題是上菜時間頗慢…Read More

牛記一個好街坊又親切嘅名字...當然吧!我都算係一個小小粉絲,話晒由歌賦街食到而家有啲吊腳嘅新店,算了吧當探探我啲老朋友(蒸水蛋、蘿蔔牛腩煲、蓮藕餅。。)哈哈!今晚食有驚喜又有失望!:(我先講失望啦...竟然無我honey蘿蔔牛腩煲呀(因為新舖剛開張好多野未準備好而且今日牛腩煮衰咗所以唔賣得出街)、蓮藕餅都無呀... 好彩有蒸水蛋但係唔知點解無見一排啲水蛋可能無做facial 老咗仲表面無咗以前嘅光滑!算了算了!再揀其他新野反而驚喜來了!超級必食推介:菠蘿串香雞(唔係好記得個名)用咗泰式辣醬黑椒汁煮嘅雞翼,個汁超惹味又唔太辣!大人細路個個讚!!哈哈!牛記煮嘅雞確係有一手!另外點咗魚露雞、玫瑰(豉油)雞各半隻,哇!第一次食魚露雞(凍食)以為會好咸魚露味,點知入口就淨係feel到好滑少少咸,正!玫瑰(豉油)雞(熱食)又係超滑又甜甜地,啲汁可以撈一碗飯!潮式乾煎茄子,簡直係又一惹味王!茄子軟硬度同個汁嘅濃郁度剛剛好,其他店煮嘅茄子一般會好油或者過火喉變得淋淋身,而家剛剛好!其他餸仲有:土魷肉餅、琵琶豆腐、豉油王炒麵、椒鹽鮮魷、羅漢齋腐卷。…Read More
