To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以往飲茶都以粵式為主,今次忽然好想轉換口味食潮洲點心;於是上網尋找銅鑼灣附近,正好有間百樂潮州酒家在時代廣場樓上不需我們四周頻撲。食肆裝潢雅典富時代感,給人感覺係新颖與傳統融合一體。椒鹽九肚魚一向怕食九肚魚係驚佢多骨和腥味,所以很少吃。今次以椒鹽油炸烹調,完全沒有以上的問題出現和油膩感;食完一件再一件很快就被我們KO哂!潮州蒸粉果大大隻傳統潮式點心,用料十足有肉碎、花生、菜脯、蝦米、冬茹和元茜等;口感非常豐富。最重要是外層嘅粉皮不會太厚和太黏是我最欣賞的。鮮蝦瑤柱菜苗餃菜苗幼嫩咬落冇渣,鮮蝦彈牙爽口;熱辣辣出籠十分滋味。潮式煎九菜棵外皮煎得香口,內裹九菜份量足;配上些肉碎非常惹味。清心丸綠豆爽最後以清熱降火既綠豆爽甜品做完結。…Read More
