中秋佳節即將到來,今日來個午餐聚會。中菜館位於酒店5樓,大堂的水晶大吊燈,感受極具氣派,跟隨着知客帶領,走進古典風情之地,讓人置身於中式典雅之中。金黃色餐桌布,白色金邊的瓷器,還有四人圓枱也會擺放餐桌轉盤,轉盤再不是大枱專利,以及茶壺下有顆蠟燭燃燒,使茶壺溫度得以保存。君綽鮑魚燒賣王雖然鮑魚燒賣這個噱頭很普遍,但是做得出色又非比比皆是,鮑魚燒賣要好食,豬肉應該加入蝦膠,鮑魚尺寸不能遜色。按這籠燒賣比例來看,頂頂的鮑魚稱得上大粒,整粒燒賣可以用好好味來形容。潮州粉果石榴球沒有思考過它的賣相,原來它是粉紅系出身,頂頂還有一小撮金箔做襯托,實在好看得喜出望外。熱騰騰咬了一口,粉果內裏的餡料細細粒,完全感受到師傅刀工妙絕,粉果皮不厚而且韌度適中,皮滑柔軟。中秋松露玉兔餃別出心裁極具創意,非常應節的點心,白色兔子嬌俏可愛,同樣皮薄餡靚,陣陣松露香由餃內開始散發。雞肉野菌煎脆麵雞肉嫩滑,野菌美味,兩者烹煮再打芡汁完成,伴上金黃色非常鬆脆的麵底,配搭恰當,入口有麵香,芡汁調味剛好,點紅醋食用效果更佳。中菜廳的豆瓣醬,辣椒油,好好味。點心籠籠精美,期待下次再會。…Read More
