是日與友好到荃灣半島漁港吃晚餐。結果我們叫了個套餐。滷水豬腳仔:豬腳仔冇一陣豬臭味,口感同味道都唔錯。例湯:今晚係赤小豆粉葛鯪魚湯,傳聞係去骨火。講下個味道,味道飲得出鯪魚同豬骨在煲了很久濃郁味道。另外粉葛令到肉湯更加中和,帶有清甜味道。燒味雙拼:叉燒加燒腩仔係我們最終選擇。叉燒肉質唔錯唔會過瘦而韌亦唔會肥到成口油。燒腩仔個皮燒得夠香夠脆,咬落去有著卜卜脆的口感。椒鹽脆豆腐:入面嫩滑外面香脆。魚香茄子煲:熱辣辣既煲仔,除了茄子蔬菜外仲加上肉碎及咸魚香。用黎送白飯食簡直完美。生熟蒜蓉蒸勝瓜:勝瓜清甜加上生熟蒜蓉令到餸菜提升蔬菜鮮味。再叫返個3選1既$1系列,投票要左至尊燒鵝。至尊燒鵝唔會因為係$1而將貨就價,份量都多同埋水準依然。皮脆肉滑,鵝皮夠晒香又唔會太肥 。最後有桂花糕同馬豆糕送。糕唔會太甜,甜度岩岩好。…Read More
