沙田半天遊,參觀香港文化博物館的敦煌石窟展之後,想起多年末到過的龍華酒店就在左近,在純粹懷舊而在食物水準沒有特別期望之下,想不到卻頗滿意!位於下禾輋村內,駕車跟谷哥地圖進入不得!幸好亂碰亂撞找到了,原來專門停車場在對面村!落車從行人天橋走過去不遠。 沿路上山,大紅燈籠高高掛,回到從前之感極濃,剎那間以為自己尚在博物館未離開! 我沒有印象從前是那樣,但可見飯店刻意保持舊樣、是80多年前的原貌嗎?可惜,在沒有遊客的此情此景,少了熱鬧氣氛,大廳滿座,我們到其一偏廳只開了兩枱客,作為客人,難得清靜! 紅燒乳鴿 $98滷水乳鴿 $98既來之,一人一只乳鴿是指走方案,乳鴿呢?自然不及當年,在某農場嚴選若干天的乳鴿那麼講究了,不過燒都唔錯,紅燒乳鴿皮脆肉嫩,剛燒起非常熱騰,建議要求原隻上方能保持肉汁。相比之下,話說是鎮店之寶的滷水汁,我覺得個鹹,而且滷水不及紅燒香,乳鴿皮下脂肪未被溶化,口感覺膩! 乾炒牛河 $128餐牌上寫着李小龍愛吃的乾炒牛河頗有驚喜,夠鑊氣,牛肉調味濃郁、香嫩無筋,河粉掛汁而入炒得乾身,適當的青蔥、白芝麻添香,見色澤及賣相已經對版。 沙田雞粥一碗 $98一大碗的份量,4人分吃也可以,棉滑足時,連皮連骨雞件不嚡口,水準到位。雖然並不精緻,但整體都唔錯,價錢合理,運作正常,服務態度沒有問題,值得再訪。 …Read More

小時侯大時大節都會去下既龍華不過隨著時日改變龍華酒店已經沒有以前昔日既光輝小時候好多小朋友在遊樂場玩看孔雀..但是現在因為禽流感孔雀都封起來 看起來很可憐都不能開屏了另一邊以前好多枱麻雀既舊地方好似裝修過,同埋仍然有好多枱麻雀上面餐廳都裝修過雖然裝修過但仍然覺得好舊曾經係依度留下許多許多回憶就復活節最後一日去懷舊一下以前爸爸帶我們來都每人一隻原隻乳鴿現在和男朋去就揀了炸同滷水都叫每人食一半看看水準如何不過原隻的肉汁已最多的栗米魚肚羹- GOOD!依個可以話係由細到大既最愛,由於我地得兩個人只叫了一份,味道依舊,好夠鑊氣,過左好耐都仲熱,新式器皿,有d唔慣蟹肉抓三蔬 - GOOD!!! 有蟹肉磨白菜西蘭花同津白,好好味,依個配合好夾滷水乳鴿 - GOOD!堅熱辣辣的,不過滷水味不是很香,但乳鴿係好味的炸乳鴿 - VERY GOOD!熱辣辣同埋鎖到肉汁,但由於已切半,有D肉汁已經流失左~~…Read More
