我想,食店之所以可以成功,除了食物要真材實料之外,用心待客也是致勝的關鍵。我是很少在這裡寫食評的,連續兩個星期六都來了車品品,今次也忍不住要寫一寫。今個星期很幸運,見到老闆娘在後面忙碌,多口問句整緊乜,答曰:番石榴布甸(奶凍)。大喜!心想終於可在白天嚐到老闆娘的巧手甜品,誰知她說:可能凍唔切!要凍兩三個鐘。勁失望,再隨口跟老闆娘閒談數句,才知道晚上無記要來錄影!嘩!更加開始擔心,以後想食又要等上加等喇!今次點了凍奶茶、招牌大雜麵,皮蛋和八喜撈!凍奶茶是珍珠奶茶味道,跟港式有些不同,但有茶味。皮蛋沒有梘水味,溏心,正!如果可以在皮蛋上灑些糖更好味!大雜麵,腩汁底,油麵。油麵彈牙爽口,我喜歡。牛腩豬大腸仲好好味,蘿蔔清甜沒渣,名不虛傳呀。八喜撈是我第二次點了,上次來點了一次,覺得勁好味,今次又翻兜。本想點一個粗麵一個幼麵混合食,老闆娘話:粗麵好食啲!即時轉太。左等右等,半小時過去,都不見八喜撈蹤影,素知車品品人手少,但沒理由這麼久嘛!因為趕住走,只好硬著頭皮催一催,謎底揭曉:老闆娘忘記下單!老闆著我們等十分鐘,老闆娘也再次從後面走來道歉,還告之一個好消息:可能有得食布甸呀!實在愛死老闆娘啦!果然,不出十分鐘,思念成個星期的八喜撈又登場啦!食之前,老闆娘還一邊傾計一邊教我地點食!在醬油膏和大地魚鬆、豬油膏的加持下,麵條香到不得了,我還特意煎得脆脆的。好味!最後一味是老闆娘的精心之作:番石榴布甸。番石榴味很香,明顯不是用香料的,我們二人很快就消滅了。今趟真是有口福。本來走前仍想跟老闆娘打個招呼的,誰料她又在後面忙碌,沒辦法,幸好是住在附近,可以隨時來探她。以前看得太多食評說這裡服務不周之類,想說,人手少客人多,在不影響品質的前提下,何不體諒體諒?實在,兩個星期的搵食經歷都令我感受到,我是「有食神」的!還要再來!老闆娘,我要再食你的創意甜品呀!…Read More

好久以前吃過一次車品品,但那時是外賣,不是不好吃,但上一回的蝦子麵外賣,難免失準。早已想擇日再來,想不到一等已是一年。朋友在大角咀返工,今天和朋友吃飯,竟然係佢問番我有咩好食,仲要唔知車品品大名,仲要見到招牌讀左做車晶晶,我只好做响導,帶隊黎食車品品。是晚叫的都是大路野,用心做是車品品的特點,所以,你也要有耐性,基本上我從落單到埋單都有好多野係自助,還好店子不趕人,而且也有自知之名,早早在餐牌講左人手不足,請客人耐心等待,也正好供我地談天說地。蝦子魯肉餃撈麵一碗六隻,果然是堂食好過外賣,因為整錯左一隻餃,我果碗仲變相多左一隻送的。老闆娘提示最好快食,其實當日係入冬以黎最凍的一天,所以快食當然會更好味。固名思義,餃子涵係魯肉,切碎了的魯肉很多汁,和平時食到既餃子好唔同,味道帶點甜味,雖是五花腩但果如其介紹般不油膩,連鋪面的蝦子一啖放入口是最好味的。蝦子麵取伊麵而非平時食開的幼麵粗麵,蝦子不少,味道不錯,但個人覺得始終不能和打正旗號的老字號蝦子麵店相比。好吃是好吃,但我相信不會經常來吃,因為有個致命問題:餃子其實唔大隻,成年男人應該唔夠飽。價錢唔平,要食飽真係幾破產下。魚肉碗仔翅和平時食開的很不同,原因可能是無味精。大家可能唔習慣,呢度係無味精但又夠鮮味,看來全因異常足料。齋看冬菇已經很大片,肉絲木耳粉絲也很多,不錯。其實可以唔加魚肉,因為是無特別的。大雜餸認真大堆頭,牛腩、紅腸、牛百葉、豬大腸、雞翼尖、蘿蔔、紅腸、腸仔、豬紅、豬皮、豆卜,等等,同魯肉餃一樣,底墊左大量生菜,真係連菜都慳番唔駛叫。難得是統統都好味,尤其係牛腩、豬大腸、蘿蔔,牛腩、豬大腸滷得很入味,而且一點也不肥,食得車仔麵好多時都會偏油,呢度係加埋腩汁你都唔覺得油。寶物沉歸底,蘿蔔原來才是最好味。蘿蔔超甜又無渣,值得散叫一碗再戰。最後的溏心皮蛋也有水準,放上碟還很有心思把蛋黃連在一起,在這裡吃飯,就是吃心思和人情味。俾錢時,老闆娘話就黎加價了,要食好食,尤以魯肉餃會加得多d,既然係咁,擇日同老婆黎食吧。…Read More
