一直都很想找一個專食「蠔」的餐廳品嘗一下,朋友經常批評buffet 的質素參差不齊,連鎖西餐廳又不正宗,所以今次我們事先上網做了功課。我們見到,很多人推介這間位於尖沙咀的「蠔灣」,評價相當不錯。加上餐廳名稱用上「蠔」字命名,看來餐廳對於蠔是絕對放在第一位。蠔灣位於「韓國街」位置。幸好我們一早預訂坐位,因為餐廳一到7點半後就幾乎滿座,蠔灣果然吸引到不少人慕名而來。一打開餐牌,蠔的種類多得很,就連我經常食蠔的朋友亦都只識一兩款。面對蠔灣這間專處理蠔的餐廳,最好的方法都是詢問店員,讓他來介紹一下,順道可以學習下。挑選了生蠔款式之後,我們都要點一些熱食來暖暖胃,這樣會好一點。⦿ 1. Oysters with seafood platter我們看到餐牌後實在不懂如何選擇,這次來是要享受不同種類的蠔的味道,絕對不可以像Mr. Bean 一樣亂點一通。所以我們就向店員查詢,店員很有耐性地向我們每款介紹,見我們還是「一舊雲」,於是他就提議由淡到濃味,每款兩隻讓我們嚐嚐。既然店員推薦,我們就一於聽從他的意見,看看這個食法能不能品嘗到生蠔的不同味道。從淡到濃,分別為:Tia Maraa Pearl, Krystale, Speciales Lambert, Le Perle Noire, Gillardeau, Belon。果然,漸進的食法能清楚地食到蠔味的層次感,其實「淡」的已經比平時食到的有味得多,質素確實差天共地。我個人會喜歡較為濃味一些,Le Perle Noire 和Gillardeau都是非常厚肉兼且味道剛好。食完嘴內仍會帶陣陣蠔香。⦿ 2. 清酒蒜蓉煮活蜆湯食完生蠔,最好的當然要飲返碗熱湯暖暖胃。活蜆湯充滿西芹和清酒香,飲完一口再食啖蜆肉,感覺到整個人會更加舒服,而口內亦可以保持到海鮮的鮮味。一碗熱湯對於食完生蠔後是非常重要的,特別是對女孩子。⦿ 3. 黑松露蟹肉意大利飯除了熱湯之外,還點了一份黑松露蟹肉意大利飯,這樣就一定會飽肚。意大利飯用上豐富忌廉煮成,混上蟹肉和意大利飯後口感非常豐滿。想食高質素、多種類的生蠔,果然要去到蠔灣。即使不太懂食蠔,店員亦會專業地慢慢解釋。除左食之外,仲識到唔少野!…Read More
