很少在Openrice寫食評,多數寫在另一個較能推薦比世界各地的華人的網站寫,口分享給華人並非排外,只是英文寫作能力有限而已。但較早前跟友人工作後,認為這食店是連本地朋友也不該錯過的優質食店,就只好兩邊都寫吧!從一間食店的環境,大慨已經可以知道是否用心經營,這間《南瀛水產》佈置簡約不複雜,卻充滿濃濃的和風味,店名用上"水產" 二字,表示水產是其主打之一,要證明出品新鮮度,最簡單就是觀察店內可有以缸來放著海產就知道了,新鮮的水產於現在疫情還未平息時尤其重要,畢竟刺身等鮮吃食物,若處理不宜品質亦會受到影響,但若然客人對這方面有疑慮,來到這裡亦不止刺身選擇,這裡亦有天婦羅及磯燒海鮮選擇,這裡還可以由專人幫忙處理,對喜歡吃多過做的我,絕對是喜訊,自問自己點會燒得好過專人,何必破壞新鮮的食材呢!而這裡亦有煮物供應,但就留待下一次才試試。在南瀛水產還會被周遭各式各樣的日本酒所吸引,顯然這裡是適合三五知己品酒嚐美食的地方,就連不勝酒力的我,也點了一杯巨峰啤酒淺嚐,淡淡的巨峰味為啤酒添上衣裳,有醉意但不會大醉,就算不喝酒的朋友,這裡亦有供應各式的乳酸和梳打。而有酒又怎能沒有佐酒的小吃,這裡亦有不少選擇,枝豆固然是少不了的,還有香脆雪魚乾和特製的青瓜漬等,絕對是放工後跟朋友小聚,洗掉一日疲累的好選擇。食物方面,由於今次跟友人不是來充饑,所以只點了清酒煮蜆,蟹味噌甲羅燒,鮑魚殼燒,南瀛玉子燒和壽司盛。好多人覺得將食評寫得仔細,可信程度反而降低,會懷疑是請人宣傳,但我把食評寫得詳細,只希望用心經營的食店能持續,同樣無心經營的食店,也一定會廣傳出去。其實食鮮的地方,不能以平靚正來作標準,品嚐跟充饑是有差別的,我不會說這店的價錢超值,因為一分錢一分貨是很正常,我也想用幾十塊錢就嚐到藍鰭吞拿魚,但就算有,又可信嗎?只可以說南瀛水產的價格,比不少同級的食店有較高性價比,其實喜歡食日本菜的朋友,都會明白的,而未去過的朋友也不妨一試。P. S:這裡並沒有著力以名人明星食店來作招徠,只是碰巧看到一些老闆的合照,發現有些欣賞的藝人也曾光顧,唔次下次會唔會咁好彩,撞到自己欣賞的人呢?不過撞唔到都唔緊要,因為用心經營的老闆娘,不時會親自打理店子,她跟不少明星同樣親切友善,怪不得這裡工作的人,也能提供如此貼心的服務。…Read More

在尖沙咀吃日本料理有很多選擇,放下工作後約埋朋友來到尖沙咀的《南瀛水產》食浜燒,裝潢都日本居酒屋feel,周圍都是木枱櫈,仲有魚缸及放置了不少清酒樽,飲品先來柚子梳打($52)及白桃梳打($52),夠晒冰涼順喉,清涼透心,甜度剛好,飲了兩口已經把暑氣全消。一上到去已經很喜歡餐廳的氛圍,彷彿置身於日本的居酒屋一開始先吃一些開胃菜,清新的蕃茄沙律($68)也是最好的選擇,新鮮的蕃茄切成小塊,與香氣四溢的柚子汁再連同新鮮的野菜一同品嚐,味道層次豐富,酸甜開胃。天氣都較為酷熱,突然想吃一些清淡的刺身,我選擇了魚味較清的平目刺身($238),切得薄而剔透,肉質細嫩潔白,白雪雪的平目刺身味道鮮美口感又夠滑。接下來吃些熱盤,友人較愛吃清酒煮蜆($98),端上來時已散發陣陣酒香,酒香撲鼻,新鮮的蜆肉肥腴厚肉,味道鮮甜美味,酒味都濃郁。招牌的南瀛卷($288)當然要品嚐,剌身蝦下有幾舊蟹肉飯卷,蟹肉都好鮮甜,很多的海鋪上卷物上,沒有一點吝嗇,豐腴甘香,再有傾倒大堆細緻軟滑的拖羅蓉,盤碟上再加了大量晶瑩剔透的三文魚籽,擺盤已經成個藝術品,呃like拍照已夠晒搶鏡 當然還有不少得此店即叫即做的南瀛玉子燒 ($68),捲成的厚蛋的玉子燒,味道雖然略為單調但是做得十分嫩滑,吃起來都香甜不失濃厚的蛋香,口感濕潤,水準真是不錯。「浜燒」其實是在岸邊將即捕海鮮即燒,所以食的海鮮都是非常新鮮,現時今日,在香港都已經好普及,今晚也可以品嘗到,餐牌上的海產選擇都很多,蟹味噌甲羅燒($156)也是必食之選的,用蟹膏用味噌釀製過,店員將蟹蓋先放在小烤爐上燒,蟹蓋內放入了蟹膏、蟹籽、蟹肉及蔥粒,再加入鵪鶉蛋汁攪拌,當烤到某一個程度時香氣不斷湧出,有專人協助客人現埸即燒即烤,讓我們吃到鮮味滿足,濃郁甘香的蟹膏味道縈繞整個口腔,蟹膏上面有鮮甜蟹肉,再加上脆卜卜的蟹籽,食落鹹香鮮味美,真是齒頰留香,令人再三回味。值得一提必食燒牡蠣($156兩隻),隻隻都有手掌般大,入口的時候滿滿的海水鮮味,肉質軟嫩順滑,有爆汁很juicy,肥美可口,好鮮又好吃。另一款是活鮑魚($156兩隻),燒得剛好又不會太乾又香口,肉質嫩滑,有嚼勁口感且彈牙,而且一點都不韌,也不錯。整體食物都好新鮮又有水準,下次再朋友來過。…Read More

二月真係好多朋友生日,今次係為小豬豬慶生,尖沙咀地點大家都方便,壽星女鍾意食日本嘢,見舊同事食過南瀛話高質,就揀佢啦。室內陳設有啲似在船艙內,每張枱都有個烤爐放响度,睇嚟來這店浜燒係必選嘅。據聞店方水產主要來自日本,餐牌有兩版介紹各地水產名物。太多選擇,一於按圖索驥,參考同事建議及網上食評,再排除篩選出我哋嘅選擇。蕃茄沙律新鮮好食,個汁酸度適中東瀛五點盛食刺身最重要係食材新鮮,三文魚肥美,帶子清甜,平常對油甘魚不痛不痒,呢幾片肥美甘香令我真正愛上了。小豬豬最愛食甘蝦,三隻全部俾佢食曬。既然刺身咁好食,又追加幾款壽司平目、油甘魚、甘蝦壽司平目魚油分豐富濃郁甘香跟住係好多食評都有嘅甲羅燒,現場所見都好多枱有點喎蚧味噌甲羅燒蟹蓋作鍋,內放青葱、蟹膏、蟹肉、蟹籽+鵪鶉蛋店員熟練咁幾吓手勢,已經將鵪鶉蛋打出,邊拌邊燒,不時加入清酒以免燒焦。記得趁熱食呀!蟹膏味鮮甘香,好邪惡呀。活貝盛盒鮑魚好生猛,不時在盤內蠕動北海道帆立貝好大隻架店員燒烤時間掌握得很好,刀貝剛好連貝柱也輕易離殼,漲卜卜肥美鮮甜店員燒帆立貝也不時注入清酒,最後加入調味汁,鮮味無窮好在有店員主理浜燒,我就無咁好耐性搞嘞。赤崎真蠔真蠔好大隻呀,口感爽而柔滑,味道鮮甜鮑魚口感彈牙,鮮味十足加多個清酒煮蜆酒香撲鼻,蜆肉鮮甜食燒物梗係要叫杯嘢飲啦,壽星女叫咗青蘋果乳酸,面頭係水果冰,佢話清新好飲。我杯熱情菠蘿燒酎 都好好飲。但實物與圖片相差太遠鳥,原來因為店方無晒菠蘿,所以成個TOP無咗,係咪應該問吓個客先呢?再由個客決定仲要唔要......呢度要扣分囉......…Read More
