住喺元朗咁耐都唔知原來開咗間台式私房菜!咁岩經過就入去試吓啦~叫咗兩個前菜分別係涼拌皮蛋($22),同埋麻辣雲耳秋葵($35)皮蛋大大隻,係有小小溏心嘅皮蛋!😍蛋黃部份軟滑creamy, 蛋白部份彈牙,有少少松花,佔隻蛋嘅比例唔多,可以話係皮薄涵靚個汁都好好味,酸酸甜甜又帶少少辣,令皮蛋味道更加有層次麻辣雲耳秋葵全部都好爽口,好好味不過呢個真係幾麻辣下,如果唔算幾食得辣嘅朋友就要留意番麻油雞,未去呢間鋪頭之前從來未聽過咩叫麻油雞原來係冬日進補佳品,店員好貼心咁同我地講要先飲湯後食雞,更提醒我哋因為個湯係一直煲住,直到最後可能會有少少鹹個湯係精華~清清甜甜,紅棗味濃,飲完個身好飲有暖流咁😆雞肉滑身,亦都明顯係有煎過,唔係就咁煲熟,都幾有心思燒仙草珍珠奶茶,仙草同珍珠都幾好食,珍珠奶茶奶味同茶味比例唔錯肉燥飯亦都係幾推薦,肉燥唔會太乾身但亦都唔會太油,味道啱啱好用嚟拌飯唔會太淡都唔會太咸👍最後叫咗黑毛豬香腸同埋飛魚子香腸~佢係即刻烤,熱辣辣,口感同質地似台灣一口腸!黑毛豬香腸豬味極濃!飛魚子香腸係我第一次食,估唔到竟然係有芥辣味,亦都食到粒粒飛魚子,咬口極好👍可以食得出佢哋都幾用心做每一樣野,好友家庭嘅感覺~…Read More

(食評而家差唔多打咗多過50幾篇,之前都係打英文。今次就試下打中文,請大家多多支持,繼續睇我嘅食評)元朗有咩出名?相信除咗老婆餅,就係大棠紅葉。 啱啱星期日去咗大棠睇紅葉,之後乘機喺元朗睇下有咩美食 。朋友推介之下,搵到呢一間位於位於安康街嘅台灣私房。一開始睇地圖候以為好遠,但係其實又唔係wo。喺大馬路行大約五分鐘就會到,一轉入球場就會望到。舖頭前面擺咗好多唔同餐牌,包括咗午市套餐,單點菜式,而且仲有冬日滋補養生系列!真係睇到都流口水!可能因為時間尚早,我哋一入去已經有位。 鋪頭裝修簡單,感覺舒服,而且電視仲係播住台灣綜藝節目。真係一入到去已經好似去咗台灣咁!入面大多數嘅人都係食午市套餐,但哋諗住一場嚟到元朗就食好。試下叫單點,可以試多啲唔同嘅嘢食。1) 涼拌皮蛋(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢):一個好好食嘅頭盤。同三哥譚仔嘅皮蛋相比,呢一個皮蛋少咗一份麻辣味,但係多咗一份清爽嘅香蔥同埋蒜香味。值得一提嘅係佢用即磨嘅蒜蓉,而唔係炸蒜。健康而惹味。2) 麻辣雲耳拌青瓜(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢):一開始抄牌上寫嘅係麻辣雲耳拌秋葵,但係店員同我哋講而家嘅秋葵唔係當造,所以轉咗青瓜畀我哋。真係不時不吃, 果然有廚師嘅堅持!雲耳同青瓜既爽脆同酸酸辣辣既調味十分配合。 可惜佢比我想像中辣,但因為太好味嘅關係,我真係停唔到手,一路飲水一路要食。3) 香酥炸豆腐(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢): 侍應係上菜嘅時候提醒我哋小心啦,果然真係名不虛傳!一咬開豆腐脆皮,就可以聞到淡淡嘅豆香味。再加上面小小嘅胡椒粉,一絕。兩個人分享就最合適不過。4) 椒鹽魷魚鬚(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) :相比起豆腐,椒鹽魷魚嘅炸粉比較厚,但係亦都唔會掩蓋咗魷魚嘅鮮味,每一條都鮮甜而且爽口彈牙。一碟大約有七至八件,而且每件都包住大大嘅魷魚鬚,唔會其他店鋪咁淨係得炸粉。5) 香鹵乳鴿(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢):都算係大隻,而且肉質彈牙,鹵水汁入味!一人兩嚿就最適合啦!6) 三杯雞半隻(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐):冬天食熱辣辣嘅三杯雞就最適合不 。雖然話係得半隻,但其實份量都唔少野。味道方面, 每一件都好入味,有淡淡嘅醬油同埋酒香。 食完雞仲可以加埋雞湯入去當邊爐,但係因為我哋真係太飽冇咁做到。下一次一定要試下!7)肉燥鹽酥雞飯(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢):同其他之前嘅炸嘢都一樣熱辣辣咁上碟,而且外面嘅炸粉唔會太厚。值得一讚嘅係同其他舖頭相比唔會落咗太多胡椒粉或者其他調味。味道比較清淡,食完都唔會口渴。適合健康嘅我哋。8) 薑母桂圓茶(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢):淡淡嘅桂園甜味,而且仲有薑母嘅少少辣味,冬天飲就真係好暖胃。而且一份可以沖到四至五杯,適合幾人分享。總括而言,呢間餐廳的台灣菜十分抵食,而且味道出色。更重要嘅係,佢唔用味精同埋隔夜油,絕對抵讚。…Read More

香港人好鍾意去台灣旅行, 我都唔例外, 不過最近都有一段時間無去台灣, 有點掛念台灣野食, 經過見到元朗新開左間台灣私房菜, 本身對私房菜呢幾個字特別有興趣, 比人感覺較用心同埋出品特別, 少點商業感, 多點人情味。芭樂蘆薈乳酸+$8 - 大部分野食包括小食都可以優惠價加飲品係抵既, 我叫左少甜少冰, 飲品係凍的, 真係少冰, 同埋比較起來, 呢杯甜度應該少左一半, 但仍然好夠味, :)首先乳酸好香, 芭樂味就淡淡的, 蘆薈沉喺底, 間中會啜到, 如果比多隻小匙可以畢佢上來食就好啦。玫瑰蘆薈乳酸+$8- 玫瑰味好香濃, 正常甜度係幾甜, 加埋乳酸都幾夾, 呢杯咁女仔既飲品, 係我男友飲的。酸辣仙掌$48 - 店員推介呢款小食, 有少少似泰式果隻無骨鳳爪, 感覺個鳳爪大隻啲, 口感更好, 鳳爪爽得黎唔靭, 少少酸好清新開胃。酥炸乳鴿$68 - 原本驚酥炸熱氣, 不過又唔會喎, 睇落似係快速走過油, 同燒乳鴿個樣又差唔多, 咬落皮脆肉嫩, 唔算好多汁但嫩同實在, 幾多肉, 又夠香。皇牌牛王麵$62 - 有齊牛肉、牛展同牛肚, 湯底係有牛筒骨煲的, 好香牛骨味又有少少"牛油"味, 個麵樣子似公仔麵, 不過食落無咁淋, 都有啲質感似手工麵, 牛肚細細條幾爽同入味, 牛展薄薄的好軟腍, 大塊的應該是牛肉, 出奇地都好腍, 睇真啲好似牛展個樣有膠原條紋的但厚身的, 怪不得唔靭了。涼拌皮蛋22 - 可以揀辣定唔辣, 我地揀左唔辣, 個汁甜甜鹹鹹有蒜香, 幾惹味, 皮蛋幾易入口, 無強烈的酥味, 蛋心軟滑。鴨舌$65 - 本身有辣有唔辣, 不過剩返辣, 我地又好想食, 咁就試下, 食落又真係幾辣(利申: 平時只食到少辣), 但果隻辣唔係停留好耐痺晒果隻, 都可以接受, 個鴨舌幾柔軟, 算幾多皮肉食, 唔會得骨, 覺得幾有正宗台灣味。麻油雞$158 - 今晚最期待的菜式, 平時間唔中見到台灣女仔LIVE示範煮麻油雞, 或POST食譜, 自己都好想煮, 無奈懶, 好想食但香港可以食到麻油雞的地方好少, 難得見到有一定要食啦! 聽講仲可以補身, 呢排覺得有啲虛, 啱晒啦!店員拎個小鍋黎, 裡面有麻油雞湯, 同埋好多雞件, 睇落係熟晒, 不過翻熱佢, 個火細細地煲座熱翻, 先試下個湯, 幾香甜有雞味麻油味, 唔會覺得鹹, 有用少少藥材煲但藥材味唔多, 見到有唔少薑幸好薑味都唔強, 因為我唔太鍾意薑, 半隻雞食下食下覺得都幾多, 可能斬得幾件, 雞肉夠滑, 係用新鮮雞的, 口感係實在又有雞味。食到咁上下仲可以淥菜, 係送的, 今日有唐生菜、娃娃菜同女菇揀, 揀左唐生菜, 貪佢夠索湯, 不過食到咁多下我地已經飲左好多湯, 好在店員送菜黎前已留意到, 一併送埋湯過黎, 通常加既都係清湯, 但呢個湯竟然同原本果個幾似, 仲多左酒味添, 係用花雕米酒煮雞煮成的湯, 可惜個肚已經好多水, 如果唔係真想飲晒佢, 個唐生菜新鮮爽脆又乾淨, 食埋真係好滿足了。 要讚下呢度店員, 好好禮貌, 招呼得好到位, 唔只食物用心, 服務都係, 我地覺得最抵食麻油雞鍋, 又有湯又有肉又有菜, 又好有台灣風味, 最尾發現原來唔駛加一, 抵食又好食, 大大力支持呢啲小店, 加油!!…Read More
