揀左呢間中菜同兩位10月之星嘅家人慶祝生日,環境唔錯,免費泊車,訂位時俾埋車牌,不過落車就要上兩層行番去博覽館站出閘嗰邊至係餐廳嘅位置,如果搭機場快線會覺得行少好多,出閘再上個扶手電梯就係。.全場檯唔多,坐得舒服唔逼。我諗大家都明依家坐得唔逼又冇分兩輪甚至三輪嘅餐廳係幾咁難搵,去d一級戰區酒店食個過千嘅buffet都夠膽死分上下兩輪啦,唉。.訂左6:30pm,但奇怪嘅係準時入到去發現全場都已經坐好晒仲有d客已經食緊,貌似我6點25分到卻係全晚最遲嚟嘅客。於是乎:.鳳肝蜜汁金錢雞➡️賣晒化皮乳豬件➡️賣晒唯有叫支酒定下驚先我求其叫嘅,我唔識酒嘅,即場開個wine dictionary 出嚟睇到好似唔錯咁就嗌。但係我覺得呢度d酒好抵飲,個mark up比市區餐廳平三分一左右。.前菜叫左鮑魚,一人一舊。嫩,唔un,冇「銀」胃。我唔食蒜頭所以倒晒d蒜頭俾屋企人,不過屋企人話蒜頭好正,鮑魚仲正。再嚟係蟹蓋,啖啖蟹肉,一梳一梳咁好分明,唔會有醬呀cream呀嗰d嘮到一pat一pat咁,從肉質同紋路中蟹肉貌似、我希望、我覺得、我願意相信應該係自己拆嘅唔係罐頭嘅蟹肉。不過有dd洋蔥而我又唯一一個唔食洋蔥咁要自己撩走,所以冇人理我全檯人都好enjoy。好食不過都係/米就係咕嚕肉嗰d囉,咁舊肉又真係炸得好脆好好味嘅,肉質lum滑,冇肥肉需要咬番出嚟。侍應都會溫馨提示襯熱食,我諗佢都係見到檯客有老人家影相要影10分鐘都唔俾人食所以非常好心咁暗示下襯熱食至好食咁。下面個碟係舊冰,受歡迎嘅竟然係肉下面d蕎頭同酸薑。琵琶豆腐,豆腐係清,不過都好惹味。最難得冇蔥冇蒜冇洋蔥冇我唔食嘅嘢,雖然係豆腐但係唔會lum bat bat。我地全家都唔鍾意清淡亦都唔鍾意出街食飯叫一碟清嘅青菜😂,呢個豆腐全晚最清㗎喇。牛肋肉好好食,lum得嚟入味有嚼勁但係唔係un咬唔開個隻,係炆到入晒味但係唔會梅梅嗰種口感。前面d雜菌襯埋個汁好惹味,個汁有d紅黃椒同埋sun dried tomato。(我唔係扮嘢但係我真心唔知究竟係點叫,太陽底下曬乾嘅番茄?番茄乾?咁上下)呢個蟹肉伊麵老人家好喜歡,我覺得冇餸。雖然都係好食嘅,但係我會寧願點海鮮泡飯或者炒牛河。甜品點左兩客「紫澐夢境」同一個焗西米布甸,壽包係餐廳送嘅,甜品上面嘅生日朱古力牌係之前同佢講好嘅。個夢境裡面係有一個栗子creme brulee同埋一舊紫薯薑雪糕,雪糕特別,creme brulee我覺得太淡,無論甜味同埋個brulee嘅濃郁度都好麻麻,不過人人都話要健康健康我諗呢個唔好食嘅甜品應該係大眾口味呱,我就唔得喇。西米布甸就非常好食,壽包就咁細個都居然有一粒仔蛋黃,驚喜左。download awe app 有優惠,去到先問下經理侍應。全場侍應好多好殷勤又好幫手,提我地襯熱食,又會提我地影全家福順便幫手揸機;冇嘢做嘅侍應行過會自己睇你有咩需要。服務俾個讚佢。.瑕疵梗有,例如我去之前响官網好仔細咁睇過一次個餐牌,發現自己想食嘅嘢冇嘢需要預訂所以就冇訂,咁我冇心理準備6點幾去到有兩三樣嘢會賣晒。限量發售嘅嘢其實都可以之前俾個客知道嘅。不過真心無咩所謂啦,去多次囉唯有,咁下次識得留定d嘢。.同埋有興趣真係book張窗口檯早d去睇埋日落,應該好正。我就係傻仔左諗到book窗口檯但係忘記左日落呢回事,搞到去到天都7成黑坐多10分鐘個窗馬上倒影番餐廳內部。…Read More

屋企人生日,上網搵到呢間食中菜既餐廳,食完有驚喜一入餐廳已經覺得好舒服,地方闊落,加上設計令整體感和好柔和。坐低之後職員會拎酒精同你消毒雙手,仲有壓縮毛巾可以清潔,感覺好乾淨同周到!叫左個鮑魚做前菜,平時食開蒸鮑魚,呢個鮑魚脆脆地,入口鬆化,好有新鮮感。雖然好多炸蒜,但食唔唔會味重過咸,食到鮑魚鮮味。個鮑魚仲已經切開做3件,方便進食,好細心!呢個蟹蓋我個人十分鍾意!擺碟上已經成個蟹既外型覺得好靚。食落口真係啖啖蟹肉,裡面有好多洋蔥,充滿洋蔥既甜味,仲有蟹肉食鮮甜味呢個湯飯都好正。個湯好濃,聽職員講好似加左啲魚去煮個湯底,所以湯既味道好豐富。如果拉麵係呢個應該都好正而且佢仲有脆米,加埋落湯飯到食可以食到唔同既口感趣脆咕嚕肉冰鎮上場,每舊咕嚕肉都大舊,而且比汁包住,好吸引!脆都真係脆既,不過就略嚴個粉漿厚左啲啲,如果薄啲就更好啦~脆皮三黃雞,即係炸子雞,味道都唔錯既,不過我呢個鍾意食雞胸既,就覺得個雞胸唔夠滑。擺碟仲有幾粒核桃,甜甜地帶有白芝麻,好食如果核桃多啲就好啦🤤由於唔夠肚叫唔到叉燒例牌,所以叫左一碗飯試一試。叉燒夠淋但唔會肥,肥瘦適中,不過我嚴佢唔夠燶邊。另外可能4個人share一碗太少試唔真,未感受到網上大讚叉燒超大驚喜,下次可能要叫例牌,希望試真啲蛋就流心,撈飯正。菜心掛住個上湯味道幾好,不過跟前面比較既就顯得佢普通左啲🙈🙈屋企人叫個紫澐夢境。原來個焦糖布甸裡面有栗子,偷左一啖,感覺幾特別好精美既甜品,其實佢係將豆腐切到一朵花咁,水有少少薑味同桂花,顯刀工既一道甜品芝麻卷有黑白兩色混合,視覺上會比傳統淨黑色既更吸引。味覺上滑就夠滑,不過我覺得芝麻香更濃會更好。上面有塊焦糖幾好食另外都想讚職員細心,會留意住你既情況,幫你收拾,加茶。特別係服務員amy,佢會介紹比較熱門既菜比我地考慮,上菜仲細心介紹點食法,提點我地先試左個味先再決定落唔落醬汁加味等等。今次既晚飯十分滿意,無論係環境,食物質素,抑或員工既服務都非常好。期待下一次再光顧,希望可以坐到窗邊位感受另一個景觀…Read More

之前聽見好多kol 介紹呢間,當然要試下啦。呢度環境非常優美,望住個飛機景外脆內軟,非常彈牙,食到鮑魚本身嘅味道,一隻鮑魚佢幫你切左三片,令你唔會食得好狼狽內餡好彈牙,但感覺無咩特別呢個係佢地個招牌,叉燒一舊切到好似舊豬排咁,非常大份,入口鬆軟唔會好硬又唔會好乾,蜜汁剛剛好,外面燒到有點蕉香味,如果配埋飯應該好正外表好精緻,酥皮好脆,一咬落口唔會即刻散開,蘿蔔絲好香甜又飽滿,十分好味望落好靚,但感覺無咩個人之處帶子佢用左兩種方法去烹調,炸及煎,食落其實差唔多,但用呢兩種方法整其實好浪費食材本身,即使你選料再上盛都好,蘆筍唔會好老,呢個菜最驚嘆係佢下面嘅蝦餅,非常脆,再吸收曬干貝同蘆筍嘅甜味及XO 醬,佢係成碟菜嘅精髓。不過,呢個菜要$3xx, 就有d 唔值好滑同好香濃嘅牛乳味,個炸鱈魚乾好脆,又有魚嘅鮮味,整體唔錯牛肋骨好大條,d 肉好似牛腩咁淋,入口即溶仲好有牛味,如果鍾意食牛嘅人可以一試個窩好熱,炒到d 菜同埋蝦乾好香口,但個人覺得味道一般,唔係唔好味,但感覺無咩特別炒飯粒粒分明,但有少少嘅鹹香味,味道唔錯,但個人覺得有d 油好貼題嘅甜品,個焦糖布甸中間有栗子蓉,個人覺得唔係好夾,焦糖面有點燶味,可以接受,雪糕好特別,係紫薯加點薑味,口味好獨特,幽香嘅紫薯味甜甜地,回甘係少少嘅薑味,幾好味,生果好好味,上面有舊紫色係咩味嘅麵包。呢個甜品唔理味道,就咁見到個效果都值回票價成餐飯好滿意,服務周到,飲完一啖水,就有服務員幫你添水…Read More
