這家店主打圍桌慢吃。入座先是小食圍盤,酸辣甜鹹一圈轉齊,花生、海蜇、海螺、炸雞翼、蝦多士、特色皮蛋各有角色。最吸睛是刺身船,三文魚、吞拿、帶子、赤貝與甜蝦排開,只上一次,但款式夠多,人人都能試到一片。之後上雞煲,可揀辣或不辣,我們要微辣。雞件啖啖肉,醬香下飯。然後上火鍋。鍋底用自家花膠老火湯,先舀一碗暖胃。海鮮盤隨後登場,也是只上一次:九節蝦、元貝、帶子、象拔蚌、花甲、鮑魚,還有魚片、墨魚,種類豐富。新鮮是亮點,輕汆即起,甜味清楚。配菜亦齊,肥牛、豚肉、手打丸、蔬菜逐樣落。店方備了三十多款醬料,從沙嗲到椒麻,各自調一碗,邊煮邊試,頗有樂趣。飲品有汽水、特調果茶、紅白酒任添,任點任吃無限時,坐到打烊不催客。整體節奏清晰:前菜暖場,刺身亮相,雞煲轉鍋,海鮮作結。若想和朋友慢慢聊天,又想吃得豐富,這裡是一席耐吃的選擇。…Read More

早一星期whatsapp訂位,當天會收到信息確認坐位和留花膠老火湯湯底。雖然17:00可以開始食,不過我地都係19:00到,全場都幾乎滿坐。飲品和混醬在近門口位置自取,沒太留意有邊款揀,不過罐裝有汽水、烏龍茶、啤酒等,亦有一些餐廳自製的紙杯飲品,例如橙汁溝、洛神花溝等等,值得一試,我就飲了半杯洛神花再拎罐無糖烏龍茶加入紙杯一坐低職員就幫忙叫小食,因為朋友之前來過,他說必叫「沙薑豬手」、「紅糖糍粑」,想不到「沙薑豬手」沒有想像中油膩,「紅糖糍粑」亦不是一大塊糯米,而是又糯又軟的傢伙內有紅糖餡,果然是認真製作!另外我再叫了「雞中亦」、「松露蝦多士」、「椒鹽白飯魚」和「炒蜆」,必提的是雞中亦完全係即炸完熱辣辣咁來,脆卜卜非常熱氣香口而且係肥雞翼肉多出煙。蝦多士和白飯魚又係即煮的溫度熱辣辣的好難唔好食。反而炒蜆係正常普通製作有點咸。刺身盤有三文魚、蝦、北寄貝、八爪魚、帶子,來到時是有冰感,沒有雪氣味,是新鮮的,同平時的「放題刺身」不能相題並論,今次的刺身整體表現不錯,我鍾愛帶子和蝦。好了,由於怕太飽打不到邊爐,我們跳過雞煲不吃,直接就來花膠湯底打邊爐。先來一客海鮮拼盤,有鮑魚、鮮蝦、蟶子、蜆、貴妃蚌、魷魚、九肚魚、急凍蠔、迷你帶子、釀冬菇、珊瑚蚌、魚肚、魚旦,嘩嘩嘩。最值得提:九肚魚:超細心竟然係開邊起左中間係骨,第一次用九肚魚打邊爐,只可以講無得頂,好嫩滑,水感,滑溜溜,好好味道貴妃蚌:after taste係甜,同埋睇到佢新鮮到郁:)魚肚:放完入湯底度滾咗一大輪之後索晒啲湯熱辣辣軟綿綿好好味鮑魚和蟶子:新鮮,唔韌,放入湯底後好快甩殼!其餘的食物完全正常操作冇失望,唔特別提,魚旦就普通左啲啦。蔬菜盤:呢間餐廳好多位置都好細心,尤其處理食材方面,平時啲菜成棵上,或一開二或一開四,但係呢啲娃娃菜、油墨菜、西生菜的大塊菜都會摵好一片片,摵到比埋個心你,方便打邊爐熱辣辣放入口,我鍾意!旁邊的美國肥牛反而唔係主角,不過都肉味充足,估佢唔到。打邊爐配料叫了午餐肉:厚切,無得輸,打邊爐必食溫室竹笙:好粗條,口感滑潺潺爽口,沒有噏味,很喜愛吃腐皮卷:新鮮的響鈴,不過一入湯好快淋和散開,反而豆味不太濃郁鴨血:正常操作,冇輸冇贏的鴨血最後一題,「家嫂」呢間餐廳對食材選用用心,準備食材亦細心,職員亦反應亦非常快,無論加湯、點野食、需要幫忙等,也很快手! 而且餐廳坐位算乾淨舒適,所以整體感覺不錯…Read More
