最近食大左個胃,成日一諗食咩就食放題⋯發現而家嘅放題真係好多花款,就憑「雙放題」呢三個字就吸引左我啦。呢間餐廳主要係做韓牛燒肉同火鍋放題,星期六冇咩搞,條街又熱,識食梗係食早嘅晚市時段啦,差成$40架!同埋早食早消化,冇咁肥⋯掛⋯呢個時段我哋冇book位都有得直接入,正!餐廳位置都幾闊落,我哋兩個人都可以坐一張四人檯,我哋係算比較早入嚟, 之後陸續都差唔多坐滿晒。睇下餐牌先,好多種選擇,真係有好多款1++韓牛任食架!不過侍應一開始就講咗佢哋會送個韓牛拼盤同海鮮拼盤,所以我哋都唔敢嗌太多住。飲品櫃都幾多選擇,值得讚嘅係佢哋有啲一支支自家製嘅茶飲,每支都有一隻茶包係入面,同埋用膠樽整,用完之後用返或者回收都比較環保。味道都唔錯㗎。鍾意飲燒酒嘅朋友留意啦,佢嘅角落有支真露⋯睇唔睇到?先來鋪頭送嘅1++韓牛拼盤,睇到啲雪花就已經流晒口水~放落個爐嘅瞬間「咋」一聲真係好開心,啲肉味係咁攻埋黎,好正呀~~~雖然我唔知自己食緊嘅牛嘅邊個部份,但每一塊都好有牛味呀!!對於牛魔王嚟講,係幸福嘅味道呀~~個海鮮拼盤都唔差,有鮑魚、蟶子、大蝦、青口同帶子,全部都好大隻,同埋燒出嚟係真係鮮甜㗎,一啲都唔腥。重點係,呢啲全部都可以encore任食!鍾意食就可以不停食,食到厭為止啦!店舖都送咗另外一個韓式石鍋雞煲,味道不過不失。泡菜:係屬於偏酸嗰種,好啱我口味。紫菜包飯:飯嘅比例比較多,同埋一份有四舊,不過佢嘅味道真係做得幾正宗,未有肉食之前我就啪晒啦~食完第一盤嘅牛同埋海鮮之後,我哋即刻就嗌左一啲醃左嘅韓式牛,都幾入味,不過我覺得一開始嗰個韓牛拼盤比較正,可能冇醃過始終係原汁原味同牛味重啲。不過我已經冇肚食啦,要留肚打邊爐!佢雙料放題嘅意思原來係燒烤完之後將個燒烤盤拎走,下面係一個Gas爐,揀好湯底接放個煲落去就得啦。所以如果想打邊爐嘅朋友仔要快啲食完燒肉先可以打。我哋揀咗雪濃湯,佢有一隻特製嘅打邊爐用1++韓牛腿肉同1++韓牛肩肉,個邊爐我就為佢地而打架。果然冇令我失望,兩隻肉牛味都好重,一隻仲好肥美,然而我唔知邊個打邊個,有得食就食架啦~牛魔王鐵證~最後我飽到連雪糕都食唔落,你哋可以去試一試~其他就唔一一講啦,大家睇相啦~總括嚟講呢間餐廳都值得一試,因為佢啲牛嘅質素係高嘅,牛味好重同埋種類都好多。另外服務都幾好,啲侍應會經常性地留意個燒烤盤有冇燶,仲會主動幫你換唔使你出聲,呢度好加分。建議食早啲嘅晚市時段,因為冇咁多人之餘又平啲,消化又快啲,感覺又冇咁肥,咁個人就開心啲啦~…Read More

除夕夜氣溫只有11-13度,令人份外想食D油脂高又熱辣辣既食物,所以決定去食韓燒😆。今次呢間餐廳,其賣點係任食韓牛😮!! 即刻勾起我係韓國馬場食韓牛既回憶,既然唔能即時快去韓國,咁唯有試下呢間堅韓牛可唔可以一解我對1++韓牛既渴求啦🤓。餐廳分左幾個時段,我食第一個時段 (5:30-6:50),用餐時間100分鐘,揀左1++頂級韓牛餐 $288,入座送一盆海鮮拼盤。由於我地入座時間早,雖然得兩人,但都被安排入座窗邊既四人枱,所以感覺開揚,坐得舒服又唔迫😃。一開始,店內環境唔錯,地面唔滑唔跣,油煙又唔大。不過到離場果陣,地面已經有D跣。入座無耐,職員已經好快手送上海鮮拼盤同燒肉拼盤。海鮮拼盤中既大蝦、帶子、兩款青口可以無限Refill,而鮑魚、聖子就只送一次。鮑魚彈牙、聖子都算大隻,唔差😋。燒肉拼盤有唔同部位既韓牛同帶皮豬五花。呢盤韓牛係全晚最好味😋😍,無論係賣相定味道都非常好🤤;肉嫩且多汁既韓牛,入口後瞬間爆汁,令人眼前一光。不過油感十足既韓牛真係食唔得多,好快開始膩,少食多滋味!!是日晚餐更每枱送一煲妏牛尾牛尾妏到軟爛,白蘿蔔吸盡牛既精華,整體味道唔錯。雪濃湯一直都未飲過,見呢度有就點黎試下。不過味道比較淡,唔知係米正宗口味。餐廳仲有提供其他肉類,如雞、豬、美國牛、丸類等,但黎得呢度就梗係主攻韓牛啦,所以全版韓牛menu既肉都點勻哂。結果全部一次過上枱,真係分唔到邊個部位….😑🤔但睇賣相都知道無第一盤咁正,食落味道同普通韓燒既肉分別唔大美國牛就試左大理石同安格斯肉眼扒牛扒大大塊,非常吸睛,不過由於未完全退冰,所以火喉難控制,到最後燒到過左火,乾同韌..😣等燒肉既同時,點左其他小食黎試,分別有炸雞、海鮮餅、芝士雞翼。炸雞味道唔正宗,個味係D中式醬料味;芝士雞翼完全無芝士味;另外唔知點解有明太子釀雞翼🙄。海鮮餅唔見海鮮又唔見蔥,入口係粉團一舊😥。碳水怪就梗係要點番D澱粉食物啦---牛肉炒粉絲韓國炒粉絲雖然油,但好重麻油香;呢度既粉絲,貨不對辨無牛肉都算,無麻油香,淡茂茂,只不過係韓式粉絲撈老抽。唔夠滿足,最後半個鐘試埋個火鍋,揀左辛辣湯底,味道似農心辛辣面個湯底。試埋火鍋既1++韓牛肉,雖然有靚靚既雪花,但無乜牛味,而且可能太冰既關係,煮熟已經好韌。全餐最好食既係海鮮同第一盤既燒肉拼盤,小食同火鍋都唔推介,前者完全唔正宗,感覺有D hea;而火鍋配料亦只係D普通菜同丸類為主,韓牛就未解好凍,唔重牛味。如果想黎試既朋友,建議只攻燒肉同海鮮,但倘若真係想食澱粉既話,可以揀石頭鍋飯,因為我見隔離枱既鍋飯好似正正常常。餐廳職員好有禮貌,收碟同上菜速度快,而且無刻意扣起食物既份量,呢點值得一讚…Read More
