突然興起想食網燒,由於沒有訂位的關係,結果等位等了大約十分鐘。剛與友人happy hour完,酒後份外想吃濃味之物呢!!先來一客三文魚刺身...雖然在邊皮位置,可是仍然十分鮮嫩肥美!! 溫度亦剛好!! 讚!!再來一客特上牛肉拼盤...有牛舌、胸外膜、肉眼、牛里脊及西冷。拼盤的好處就是樣樣都有得試,壞處則是不大肯定自己吃的到底是什麼?! 除了可以肯定圖中右上角的是牛舌、右下角的是胸外膜之外,其他的我們都分得不太清楚!!不過,我與友人也一致地同意,下排中間的牛肉粒粒與左下角的牛肉片最為出色!! 肉質軟滑!! 爆juicy!! 我想應該是肉眼和牛里脊吧?!至於汁燒黑豚豬排肉...雖然外型有點像煙肉,可是當然比煙肉美味得多啦!! 味道很香很濃而且完全不韌!!最後來個海鮮拼盤...有帶子、大蝦、墨魚、三文魚、蟹與蜆。想不到最好吃的會是三文魚!! 網燒過後魚皮會變得又薄又脆!! 而且本來肥美的三文魚加熱過過滲出濃濃的魚油!! 就如小時候吃的"魚肝油"的味道一樣!! 有趣有趣!!而大蝦亦果然十分大隻!! 新鮮而且有膏,好味!!…Read More

今晚個約會由4人變為3人(有個friend病咗出唔到囄)朋友推介這裡的日本燒烤評價如下:海鮮拼盤 有帶子、蜆、大蝦、魷魚 、蟹、三文魚 & 北寄貝鮮甜、滑嫩、好味…特別係北寄貝 = 未試過熟食, OK 彈牙&爽蜆 = 燒到好耐至熟&至彈開蓋….即係鮮啦!!大蝦 = 真係好大隻…肉質彈牙&鮮味蟹 = 燒咗好耐…D蟹肉重好鮮鎖向殼內!!日本產和牛拼盤包括有和牛牛排肉、牛排肉腩及牛肋骨有D感覺入口即溶化肉地與油脂平均分配肉色紅潤且肉質相當綿軟上等鹽燒牛舌圓形牛舌, 切得薄薄肉汁味濃…爽脆…有口感燒過濃…有點焦香….但美味!!黑豚肉脂肪頗多醃得幾濃味令豬肉肉味滲出…. 好吃!!!雞腿肉肉質嫩口但普通牛肉蔬菜石頭鍋飯石頭飯飯焦OK la…..味道唔錯!!有着粒粒皆辛苦的的感覺!!!!牛尾湯D friends 話湯看似清淡但卻夠味牛尾D肉算幾好,唔錯OK la!!…Read More
