To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間餐廳雖然有樓上樓下，但舖面不大，去之前最好預約先。
如果要聊聊天，這間就不太建議，因人與人的距離近，會有點吵同聽不清。

海膽魚生飯 $78這個飯好豐富，好像什錦一樣什麼都有，又大又足料，有海膽，三文魚，吞拿魚，北寄貝等。
醬燒三文魚飯 $70這個飯好好味，喜歡食蛋黃醬，一定要食這個。三文魚配蛋黃醬是絕配，我個人覺得
，完全不用點豉油。加上這4大塊三文魚（好似半熟？），真的又平又正的一餐！
