出街食飯多數去尖沙咀,銅鑼灣或觀塘,自己住的太子反而很少去搵食。這間位於太子的點心店開業了約3年多,還記得是我搬到太子後它就開業,今晚終於有機會試一試。多數的點心店都只收茶位,不用加一,籠太子亦不例外,每位茗茶$3。蝦餃蝦餃可以選擇2粒或4粒,人少少都可以食。蝦餃外型脹卜卜,皮薄晶瑩剔透,蝦肉爽口彈牙,還有些竹筍,味道爽脆。燒賣燒賣跟蝦餃一樣可以選擇2粒或4粒,燒賣內有原隻蝦肉,爽口彈牙,豬肉唔會死實實,有豬肉的肉汁。糯米雞餡料豐富,有火腿,雞肉,原隻鵪鶉蛋等,糯米吸收了餡料的味道及肉汁,質感非常軟綿煙韌。流沙奶皇包一搣開裏面的奶皇即刻流出,新鮮熱辣,甜度適中,充滿著咸蛋香味,食完好有罪惡感。不是炸兩腸粉包著炸蝦卷,外層的腸粉很滑,裏面是用網紙包著蝦肉及雜菜炸成,所以非常香脆,但不是每舊都有蝦肉。海皇芝士千絲卷外層似炸麵餅,炸得非常香脆,裏面包著蝦膠,爽口彈牙,但吃不出有芝士味。鮮竹卷外層腐皮很煙韌,裏面包著木耳,豬肉等餡料,加上浸在上湯內,所以咬開有肉汁,木耳很爽口。北菇雞飯正常一人分量,雞肉不算多但肉質嫩滑,加上有薑絲去掉雞肉的肉腥味,飯粒分明爽口,但感覺上糯米雞較為抵吃。整體而言,食物質素不俗,點心款式多,價錢合理,值得一試。…Read More

飲茶再不是酒樓的專利,晚上9點左右來到太子來找東西吃,發現原來還有得飲茶,它的營業時間還要到開到凌晨2點。我很喜歡飲茶,小時候會覺得很悶很無聊,長大了,口味變了,反而很喜歡茶樓內的食物。到晚上9點多還有很多食客,等了一位兒才有位:)令人垂涎的流沙奶皇包($21/3) 我和友人都對眼前的流沙奶皇包讚不絕口,因為它非常非常流心!原本已經“mip”開了一個流沙包,我太心急,就這樣將流沙包從中間一分為二,但因為內餡太流的關係,弄得我的手都是奶皇~~~ 奶皇包充滿蛋黃既咸香味,有沙沙口感,最後一個放了一會兒先食,但都很流心! 一籠有三個流沙包,賣相正常:) 籠太子蝦餃皇($13) /鮮蝦燒賣皇($13) 平時去酒樓會點蝦餃同燒賣,普遍都係一籠4粒,但這間店就可以選擇一籠2/4粒,那就選擇食方面就可以有多一些選擇,試多一些不同的款式。  蝦餃皮薄,蝦肉新鮮,味道正常。海皇芝士千絲卷($21) 有4大件千絲卷,炸得甘脆香口,可惜比較油,千絲卷的底部都浸著油,如果有張墊底紙來索油,感覺會好一點。味道方面,內有爽口鮮蝦和冬菇片,但芝士味欠逢。女生吃一件就已經足夠了,建議4人分享會更好。不是炸兩($23) 名字很特別,一共有6件不是炸兩,遠看和炸兩無異。 腸粉包著米網紙、蝦肉、西芹。外面軟,入面脆,再是彈牙的蝦肉,內層還真的很似油炸鬼呀~可惜的是最後那件沒有蝦,只有腸粉包著脆脆 椰汁桂花糕($17) 師傅梅花間竹地弄好這個甜品,一層桂花一層椰汁,做的很精美同細心。師傅要先待桂花凝固才倒第二層同第四既椰汁,很考時間的點心。椰汁味很香,是不錯的甜品~~ 茶價都是$3一位,無加一,很抵吃,想喝夜茶可以到這兒試試~~ :)…Read More

朋友約係太子食飯,竟然話去飲茶。夜晚飲茶真係好似都係第一次,而且店鋪重要叫做「籠太子」咁威水,一於睇下有咩咁勁叫到做龍太子~蜜味叉燒腸的腸粉熱辣辣。但係粉漿略為厚了點,叉燒份量唔夠同豉油唔夠,所以味道淡了點,重有少少乾爭爭的感覺。堅流心,蒸的時間同埋配料份量剛剛好,做到流心的感覺。唔會太甜同太膩,味道唔錯。但係流心的量唔夠大,唔夠過癮咸水角熱辣辣,炸得夠脆夠新鮮。入面材料的味道同市面的分別不大,勝左夠新鮮出爐。多醬蒸鳳爪,其實即係鳳爪。醬汁與鳳爪的味道材料都同市面的冇咩分別,醬汁夠濃但唔算話真係好多醬~哈哈小籠包好食既,入面的肉汁的確唔少,可以啜啜聲咁飲湯汁的確唔錯。肉質同皮都唔錯,幾好食。感覺上所有點心中最有驚喜的一道,入面有芝士同埋好鮮味的蝦膠,好多汁。出面用面條包住黎炸,炸卜卜幾好食。不過炸得比較油膩左少少,女仔食小心肥呀!海鮮蘿白絲煎薄餅,其實唔好好食到蘿白的味道同口感,只係一道比較脆身的中式煎薄餅。但味道的確唔錯,都幾好食。…Read More

是人約了朋友吃飯,而她當晚要在太子上yoga課,所以我們就在附近”搵食”。由於她不能在運動前吃太多,我們來到了這間點心專門店。餐廳門面以綠色為主,大大的招牌在正上方,有射燈照射著,我們很快便找到了它。店內牆壁也是以綠色為主,牆上整齊的貼著他們招牌點心的照片。最觸目的就是天花吊下來的白色鳥籠燈,和”籠太子”這名字互相呼應,整體上店內的燈光是舒適柔和的。由於是晚飯時間,店內已坐滿了食客,我留意到大部分客人是附近的居民,可能是因為這餐廳的價格較親民吧。點菜是用填點心紙的模式,每道菜由十數元至廿多元左右,兩個女生只要百多元便足夠填飽肚子了。茶介每人三元,比酒樓便宜得多。茶是香片,味道不錯,不會過濃或過淡。如不喜歡飲茶,也有汽水和啤酒之類可以order。原飯鮑魚燒賣單看原隻鮑魚已經很吸引, 一隻小鮑魚鮮味十足。 底下的燒賣冬菇味重, 中間也有鮮蝦。多汁小籠包夾小籠包要非常小心, 因為皮總是很薄容易穿。 小籠包皮薄, 咬開的確是多汁的, 而中間的肉餡又鮮美。鮮蝦菜苗餃沒想到菜那麼多, 鮮蝦爽口, 非常健康。不是炸兩這個真的很不俗, 它是一個模仿炸兩質感的點心, 咬下去有脆脆的炸兩質感, 那是。造成的, 非常特別, 而裡面還有西芹增加口感。海皇芝士千絲卷賣相令人感到有點振撼, 因為那些千絲真的很多很吸引。千絲外層香脆, 裡面有鮮蝦肉, 和芝士, 惹味非常。椰汁桂花糕椰汁糕和桂花糕是間著的, 椰汁味很重, 桂花味香而不會太甜。結帳只是140元, 非常抵吃。…Read More
