行行下街老公又話要食下午茶,對我尼講下午茶係食下燒賣或者撈撈撈面,但對我老公尼講就要坐底食碗野,唯有搵間日本餐廳比佢坐底啦。餐廳無做下午茶,好在仲有午餐,見到有個特上海宝丼係有海膽既,咁梗係要一份另追加一份炸章魚。炸章魚比較細份,只有4粒。食慣炸魷魚既我覺得章魚比較難咬,我唔識欣賞但老公覺得唔錯。特上海宝丼係連餐盤咁上枱,有茶、湯、小食茄子、咸既啫喱(?)及一碗魚生飯。魚生飯賣相好靚,見到已經流哂口水,飯上面舖滿左蟹肉、蟹籽、2隻大甜蝦、吞拿魚及3大片海膽,全部都幾鮮甜。飯既話撈埋左三文魚肉、蜆仔及章魚,老公同我都覺得撈左蜆仔及章魚令到個飯CHEAP 左好多,章魚既口感同個飯一啲都唔夾,而蜆仔就係有種CHEAP 既感覺,或者應該問,魚生飯做乜要放啲熟既蜆仔?埋單時問返員工,先知道個咸既啫喱原來係壽司醋,撈落啲飯度就會變壽司飯。個飯上枱時無人介紹個啫喱,我又點會覺得佢係用尼撈飯架呢?食哂個飯我先食啫喱,因為我滿心歡喜以為佢係甜品....唔緊要啦,我下次都係食返啲平價魚生飯,特上 NO MORE。…Read More

近來少吃紅肉,飲食清淡了很多。我最喜歡日本菜,奈何冰冷的魚生不能經常吃。今晚難得放縱一回,海街丼之前在鰂魚涌分店吃過一次,如今在將軍澳也有分店,當然要試一試。進入餐廳前,量體溫和消毒已經成為了大部分餐廳的指定動作。餐廳環境幽暗寧靜,由數十盞鎢絲燈泡照明,實木桌椅更顯餐廳的樸實。翻開餐牌,除了各式的丼飯,也有炸物和沙律前菜等。⭐️海宝丼(特上)$210配菜視醃茄子,軟軟的,茄子香味很突出。海宝丼綜合了各種海產,乍看之下十分豐富。有紅肉、白肉、章魚、魚子、蛤蜊、小扇貝、真雪蟹、海膽、甜蝦、鮭魚子、青瓜。舀一匙,滿嘴都是鮮甜的海鮮,蟹肉足足佔了海產的四分之一,嚐一口,肉質細嫩,就缺了鮮甜滋味。加上壽司醋果凍味道更鮮,醋果凍味道清新略帶酸,跟米飯攪拌起來,吃起來更加美味。吃到差不多的時候,還可以加入鰹魚湯,湯頭呈奶白色,入口啖啖鮮味,配上丼飯更美好不過。▫️用料豐富,能一次滿足我對海鮮的渴求。不過未知是否受疫情影響,海鮮未算是最新鮮的滋味,有點可惜。…Read More
