To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雞件多，皮不算薄但肉厚身，油飯幾香，是肥妹仔今晚試過最出色菜式。<肉骨茶豬踭飯> 肉骨茶味不算濃，但豬踭夠諗滑，幾舊豆腐卜可以吸埋汁食，送飯唔錯。配菜油炸鬼可以忽略，凍冰冰冇味的
兩個飯都係套餐，每份$92配一樣自選小食。肥妹仔和友人分別選了<新加坡魚餅>及<南乳炸雞翼>。<新加坡魚餅>其實說穿了就係鯪魚球，不過變成煎餅的模樣罷了，但係十級油！食了一塊已放棄
