轉新工作後,難得可以相約老友出嚟打邊爐,滾一滾。朋友介紹我去九龍城呢間主打火鍋店,菜單内有很多選擇,分類由 A至 H項,單單 看A項已經有23種牛類食物,我們人太少,所以揀選一"精選二人餐"再加海鮮拼盤船﹐精選二人餐,除了有齊火鍋的配料外,還包括一個基本的清湯底。配料有我最愛的手切牛肉、安格斯牛肉粒、牛白肉(我第一次嘗到這特別的)、手打蝦丸+墨魚丸、青口、蟶子、鮮蝦雲吞、水餃韮菜餃、魚皮餃,還有雜菜籃加烏冬或出前一丁麵。由於,點了海鮮拼盤船,當然夾:)冬蔭功鍋是最佳選擇啦! 果然不負眾望,湯底一放上爐,速速喝一口湯底,嘩!好多香茅味加上新鮮紅蕃茄,香辣好味,即時口水流。等待湯鍋水滾時,趕快由海鮮食起。海鮮船主要是貝殼類海鮮,有新鮮鮑魚、蟶子、帶子、大沙白、桂花蚌等。海鮮經過冬蔭功香料,入口更是惹味。還有,這裡店子小小,食物清潔,坐位四正。比起大型火鍋店吵吵鬧鬧,這間更是適合人少約會的好選擇。…Read More

上年媽媽生日時在openrice找到這家火鍋店,由湯底到火鍋料,親戚們都吃得津津有味。近來秋風起,又到火鍋的季節,的確要找朋友來吃一頓~店舖位於九龍城廣場附近,十分易找,門口也有泊車位很就方便。湯底除了一般的款式外,還有一些以牛為主打的,不過同行的朋友對牛有點過敏,所以我們選了泰式皇室冬陰功湯~湯底原價要$118,不過點二人套餐的話,只需要加$40差價就行了~雖然是火鍋湯底,但用料也不馬虎。湯底裡面有蝦也有青口,打邊爐之前喝兩碗也可以呢!精選二人餐嘅食物雖然看起來沒有很多,不過其實三人分享也足夠!單單是牛肉也有三款:手切牛肉,安格斯牛柳粒,牛白肉。牛肉的油花均勻,輕輕煮十秒就可以了,入口還有滑滑的油脂。牛柳粒的牛味十足,煮久了也不會靭。而牛白肉在其他地方比較少見,吃下去爽口卻滿有牛油香~海鮮有蟶子和青口,非常新鮮~丸類有手打蝦丸,墨魚丸,仲有牛丸同鯪魚球。每款有兩粒,份量剛剛好,每粒都大大粒~餃類的選擇更多,有魚皮餃,雲呑,水餃,韮菜餃~餃類都是皮薄餡靚,滿滿的餡料,吃起來就是滿足~雲吞和水餃裡面還有粒粒彈牙的鮮蝦!除了火鍋料外,二人餐還有烏冬或者公仔麵。為了吸收湯底的精華,我們就選了吸味的稻庭烏冬,是優質彈牙的烏冬啊!眼闊肚窄的確是很適合形容我們,明明二人餐的份量都已經足夠,但還是要再點一埋食物。冰豆腐同萵筍是火鍋必點的配料~還有不能不點的響鈴,響鈴是即點即炸,非常鬆脆,夾下去也要小心翼翼,不然會脆得斷掉~而響鈴還配上甜酸汁,當小食也不錯~而對我已言,火鍋必點就是午餐肉了,午餐肉也是即炸,外脆內軟~還有就是炸魚皮~朋友平日對魚皮有點抗拒,因為怕腥,但這碟她也是一塊接一塊地吃呢~右上角的蔬菜拼盤也是二人餐附的~差點忘了在等待期間我們還點了椒鹽雞翼⋯⋯雖然與一般的椒鹽有點不同,不過加了黑椒,味道很香~三個人點了一檯滿滿的食物,飽到抱著肚子離開,每人也大約$350,由湯底到火鍋料都沒有失望過,看來這個冬天要再來一次了~…Read More
