收工過後同友人想搵d酸酸辣辣既泰國菜食,但又唔想入到九龍城咁遠,所以就去左唔太就腳(位旅銅鑼灣同灣仔中間嘛)既新泰食喇! 好彩時間尚早,店鋪都比較多位,一去到就有得入座喇! 事不宜遲,先講講點左既食物先! 首先既係泰式生蝦。一向鍾意食生食既我當然唔可以錯過泰式生蝦,生蝦都係基本泰國餐廳必有既菜式吧!一碟有五隻,每隻生蝦都好肥美,蝦肉好厚身,完全有juicy既感覺! 中間既醬汁酸酸辣辣,入口後要等一陣先感受果陣辣味,十分過癮!小妹絕對推薦! 跟住就係南瓜咖喱焗海鮮。咖喱汁好“杰”身,絕對唔係加咗好多水溝出黎。海鮮方面就有青口,尤魚,蝦等等。比較奇怪既係有炸魚柳? 感覺有點似粟米斑塊不過轉左做咖喱汁! 但個咖喱汁絕對係勝出。最後就係甜品,斑蘭糯米布甸。我一向都鍾意食斑蘭蛋糕,所以就試試個布甸。上面黃色既係斑蘭布甸,下面係有點椰汁味既糯米。布甸較甜,配上下面淡味既糯米都可以。不過略嫌糯米太大舊,建議把布甸切一半成條狀,再搭上少少糯米一口一口咁食吧,話晒布甸應該先係主角,而且賣相應該可以更好吧總結,泰式菜的確不錯,每款都達到基本要求之餘甚至做得更出色值得一食!…Read More

以往我好鍾意食長沙灣間泰城,個冬陰公河粉真係不得了,又濃又多料。可惜不幸摺左,自此就冇遇過質素好的泰國野。直至我遇上Sun Thai!!!><好開心,希望又返返黎啦。第一之試係在我家樓下,搬左去W Square 就冇試過lu。臨去韓國之前唔知點解好想食一次泰國野,咁就舉家去食了。搬左之後地方大好多又靚好多,連本menu都好有氣派呀!唔係講笑,我一直都覺得呢度個冬陰公好得!酸辣都適中,入面有大大隻蝦非常足料。隻蝦連湯一齊煮、居然都keep到蝦的鮮嫩,十分難得。於是當晚係唔夠飲,要叫多一碗。未搬之前,柚子魷魚沙律係on menu 的,亦係我每次必叫的item!但搬左之後得返柚子沙律,fine都照食。柚子非常新鮮唔會苦同太酸,份量亦好足,粒粒果肉咬落卜卜聲,very juicy and refreshing!但係始終好掛住有魷魚柚子沙律,因為真係整得好好,希望可以恢復返啦。牛油雞翼係一定一定要推薦俾你地,好好食。皮脆脆地上面啲配菜全部都好入味,尤其係個洋蔥,啲辛辣味都消失曬,正!牛油雞翼個味好濃好濃好濃但食左都冇覺得口渴,反而想一食再食。我三個人,一人2隻arm arm 好。生蝦咁跳生蝦咁跳><呢隻綠綠地既醬點生蝦又係幾鮮味bo! Sorry ar, 唔知隻醬用咩材料整添。蝦大大隻,去曬啲腸,肉與結實爽口。但係的都係鐘意日本甜蝦多啲,因為真係甜好多。所謂的青醬焗青口只不過係類似芝士加啲雜燈籠椒,味道唔吸引又唔突出,仲好似有少少浪費左個青口…但幸好青口唔老,勉強可用作送飯。 咖哩蟹唔係好夠辣,少許太甜。但蟹肉好多亦吸收曬啲醬,最重要係價錢相宜。青檸蒸石班個味好怪雞,我接受唔到><好似洗潔精。條魚亦都太大,唔夠滑。Overall來講有80分以上,但味道比搬前咸,請多多注意!…Read More

嗜辣既我其實挺鐘意泰菜,今日來到位於灣仔的新泰東南亞餐廳~其實這間不是只有泰式菜, 還有其他星馬菜式~兩口子點了六樣菜式..XD泰式生蝦挺大隻蝦 , 蝦肉夠爽, 感覺新鮮~喜歡其蒜頭及辣椒分開放置 , 可隨自己喜歡而加上 , 又不怕在沾點醬汁時蒜頭及辣椒會掉進醬汁內~鮮味確不錯, 不過份量偏小, $98一碟只有5隻生蝦~幸好我早落單, 到晚上8時半聽到隔鄰桌點泰式生蝦已售罄~冰鎮翡翠螺同樣挺大隻!不止是殼大, 內裡的螺肉也大粒~很有螺味, 不帶雪藏味~配上特製醬汁, 醬汁偏帶青檸酸, 令味道更鮮~木瓜沙津確是很好的開胃菜~初時第一口不算辛辣, 之後越食越辣,辣得好過癮~鹽焗鱸魚以鹽焗方式煮調 , 魚皮被焗得夠乾 ,內裡魚肉滑滑的~廚師在魚肚位置特地放了蒜蔥辟鯹味, 味道挺鮮, 推介!泰式炒金邊粉利用蛋花將金邊粉裝飾得美美的, 挺有心思呢…外表吸引,味道都不錯~這碟份量挺足, 男生們可吃到飽…XD雖然已飽飽, 不過都要食甜品..XD芒果糯米飯 , 可說是我每次去食泰菜都必點XD一份已有齊黑糯米及白糯米,一款滿足晒兩種口感~…Read More
