終於一星期,興奮得要死,難得走到出嚟,仲要掹到同事走,梗係食返餐好㗎喇,點知普天下都慶祝TGIF,冇頂有位食,於是我地走去隔離嘅工業區搵食,果然唔使同人爭位椰汁好香,飲落又唔似好肥膩大胃雖然少少辣到要call阿媽,但呢個鳳爪真係辣得嚟幾開胃解辣消暑靠梳打,唔太甜,啱啱好用蒜粒嚟烤魚真係好好食,條魚滑到連皮我地都冇剩,連蒜粒都好好味茄子一樣冇得留低,食晒落肚咖喱雖然稀但幾夠味,但可能配豬肉會好啲蒜蓉包好食到嫌唔夠菠蘿唔酸,燒完都仲好juicy:)牛肉調味幾好豬勁肉份量幾多吓豬頸肉串咬落啖啖肉雖然食物質素唔錯,但人流唔多,係就唔使等位,但都希望佢地有多啲生意啦…Read More

新蒲崗雖然無地鐵到,其實入面收埋咗好多好好食嘅食肆,有啲係你唔試過原來係可以咁好食。誤打誤撞黎到呢間醉標,熟路嘅人都知錦榮街同衍慶街都係搵食嘅好地方,泊車又方便,只係呢度門面望落去唔太起眼而且係內街度,上菜就即刻知道係深藏不露。同一般嘅食肆唔同,呢度唔只做一類菜式,舖仔細細但包羅萬有,有泰菜,港式小炒,雞煲,煲仔菜,老闆娘話黎緊仲有酸菜魚同串燒添,睇黎老闆同老闆娘都係老饕黎。睇返餐牌,第一次食就先黎套餐唔洗諗,二至三人餐都只係$198,好抵食,已經有半隻雞,一個泰式前菜,一個餸到飯嘅煲仔菜,加$30仲有個炒菜,其實夠3-4個人食添啦。我地點咗老闆娘推介嘅海南雞,燒豬頸肉,魚香茄子煲,同加埋個馬拉盞通菜。呢份無骨海南雞係必食推介。套餐入面半隻海南雞,去晒骨,齊晒雞翼,上下髀,胸肉,都仲幾大份,老闆娘介紹話海南雞最重要係浸雞嘅步驟,用上湯分幾次浸,咁先可以令到雞肉唔鞋口之餘保持香味,去骨亦都去走啲難熟嘅部份,整體上靚仔啖啖肉。食落就算平時好韌嘅胸肉都真係唔鞋,而且好少肥膏,平時唔太食皮嘅我地都食埋皮,雞肉味都非常好,唔會食到雪味之餘仲有返雞肉味,唔點醬都已經好味。點埋舖頭自家製嘅泰式海南雞醬就更上一層樓,雞醬酸酸甜甜,就咁攞黎餸飯都仲得。就算出面嘅貴價海南雞都做唔到到咁高質素。燒豬頸肉又係另一樣好味菜式。原本我地以為跟餐嘅小食份量會無咁大,上菜嘅時候都係大大份好足量,豬頸肉係有香茅調過味,切得薄身得黎保持爽口彈牙,配埋係泰國舖頭會食到嘅調味醬,酸酸辣辣,好味好味。魚香茄子煲,茄子肉碎又帶點辣,熱辣辣送飯又一流,剩係呢個魚香茄子都已經送到多過一個飯。最後係馬拉盞炒通菜,一道係其他人眼中普通嘅炒菜,事實呢度炒得非常惹味,有用到蒜頭,蝦米,辣椒,蝦醬,有啲餐廳會炒到偏咸,但佢地就岩岩好唔咸但又夠香夠辣味,連菜都唔老又爽脆,為呢餐中泰式嘅晚飯帶黎完美結尾。我地兩個人因為呢餐實在好好味,清晒枱呀,好似好耐未食過咁好味嘅小菜咁,好誇張😂另外一定要講嘅係老闆娘非常親切,笑容滿面,同我地介紹黎緊仲會有比太二更好食嘅酸菜魚,同埋遲下有佢地以前係大埔做開串燒,似乎串燒先係最出色嘅,下次再黎就可以帶朋友同屋企人黎食!咁岩隔離枱食緊雞煲,睇佢地啲材料仲好新鮮添,下下次叫多啲人再黎又可以再試下!…Read More
